Claims
- 1. A method of manufacturing a device for holding liquid for an analysis of a liquid sample, comprising the steps of:
- (a) preparing a organic macromolecule material,
- (b) placing a mask with a given pattern in a position that either forms close contact with the surface of the material or is separated from said surface,
- (c) irradiating the surface of the material with ultraviolet (UV) rays through the mask.
- 2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the mask is patterned such that the part that allows UV rays to penetrate is surrounded by a part that blocks UV rays.
