Claims
- 1. A liquid jet blower comprising a container, a main tube arranged in said container, a tubular cap fit onto said main tube, a sliding tube fit onto said main tube and vertically and slidingly movable by rotating said tubular cap, a pressure chamber defined by a first cylinder constituted by a lower portion of said main tube and a lower portion of said sliding tube, a valve box rigidly fitted to the inside of an upper portion of said tubular cap and kept in communication with said pressure chamber, and an actuator projecting upward from said valve box through a top wall of said tubular cap, the blower further comprising:
- a pipe member having an upper edge fitted into a groove formed on the periphery of a lower surface of said top wall, said pipe member having an upper portion defining a second cylinder used as said valve box and a pipe section projecting downward from an inwardly flanged bottom of said second cylinder, said pipe section providing a path for communicating the inside of said second cylinder and said pressure chamber;
- a third cylinder loosely fitted in said second cylinder below the actuator and provided with a stem standing upward from said third cylinder by a shoulder section;
- said actuator comprises an upwardly urged push-down head having a nozzle, in communication with said pressure chamber through a liquid suction path, and an inner tube tightly fitted to an outer surface of an upper portion of said stem, wherein liquid in said pressure chamber is blown through said liquid suction path and out of said nozzle by pushing down said actuator;
- a tubular valve body airtightly slidably arranged around the outer surface of said stem between said third cylinder and said inner tube between said shoulder section and the lower surface of said top wall of said tubular cap, said tubular valve body being slidingly moved downward when pushed by said inner tube and upward when pushed by said shoulder section, said tubular valve body having an outer peripheral surface in close contact with an inner peripheral surface of said second cylinder;
- a piston member fitted into said third cylinder and provided with a rod section having a conduit projecting downward into said pipe section; and
- a discharge valve hole arranged at a bottom of said stem.
- 2. A liquid jet blower comprising a container, a main tube arranged in said container, a tubular cap fit onto said main tube, a sliding tube fit onto said main tube and vertically and slidingly movable by rotating said tubular cap, a pressure chamber defined by a first cylinder constituted by a lower portion of said main tube and a tubular plunger constituted by a lower portion of said sliding tube, a valve box rigidly fitted to the inside of an upper portion of said tubular cap and kept in communication with said pressure chamber, and an actuator projecting upward from said valve box through a top wall of said tubular cap, liquid in said pressure chamber being blown out of a nozzle arranged in said actuator by pushing down said actuator, the blower further comprising:
- an outward flange located on said main tube;
- a plurality of connector plates arranged regularly around an outer surface of said first cylinder between said sliding tube and said outward flange;
- an upper tubular section of said main tube extending upward from an outer periphery of said outward flange;
- a bored disc having an outer periphery rigidly fitted to an upper surface of said outward flange and an inner periphery airtightly fitted to an outer peripheral surface of said tubular plunger;
- a valve tube having an elastic tube section projecting downward from a lower surface of said bored disc, said elastic tube section being in a space defined between said upper portion and said connector plates and closely fitted to said outer surface of said first cylinder to form an ambient air inlet valve;
- an axial groove formed along an upper portion of said cylinder;
- a through bore formed through an upper portion of the cylinder wall for communicating an inside of said pressure chamber with said container when said tubular plunger is vertically moved toward a lower end of said first cylinder; and
- a recess formed on said outer surface of said tubular plunger for releasing airtight connection between said inner periphery of said bored disc and said outer peripheral surface of said tubular plunger when said plunger is vertically moved toward an uppermost position.
