Abstract
Provided is a load-distributing assembly that is convertible into a raincoat or a bag. The load-distributing assembly includes: a raincoat part having a first side and a second side, which become the first side and the second side of a bag, respectively, and a raincoat body connected to inner sides of the first side and the second side and folded between the first side and the second side to be unfolded, if necessary; and a load-distributing part formed at both sides of a front of the raincoat body and connected to first edges of the first side and the second side to distribute load of articles in the first side and the second side that become carrying parts on the front of the raincoat body when unfolded.
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
1. Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to a load-distributing assembly that is convertible into a raincoat or a bag. More particularly, the present invention relates to a load-distributing assembly that is convertible into a raincoat or a bag, wherein the load-distributing assembly can reduce strain on a user by distributing the load of carried articles when being used as a raincoat.


2. Description of the Related Art

A raincoat for preventing a user's clothes and body from becoming wet with rain is generally provided in a jacket type or a poncho type.


Users can freely move their hands even though wearing a raincoat, so raincoats are extensively used for outdoor activity.


However, when a user wearing a raincoat enters a structure such as a house and a building, there is a need for a specific facility for the user to quickly take off and store the raincoat.


Further, it is difficult to carry articles in common raincoats of the related art.


That is, the spaces for keeping articles are covered by the raincoat, so a user has to open a portion of the raincoat or take off the raincoat in order to put in and take out articles, so the user may be exposed to rain.


In regard of these problems, there is Korean Patent No. 10-1375837, titled “Rain coat” by the applicant(s), which is referred to as ‘prior art’ hereafter.


According to the prior art, a raincoat is stowed in a bag part, and when a user opens the bag part, the raincoat is unfolded for wearing.


The prior art provides storage spaces in the raincoat, so it is possible to carry various articles.


However, when a user wears the raincoat with various articles having different weights stored in the spaces, the load of the articles is directly applied to the user's neck, so the user feels uncomfortable and may quickly become fatigued.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The present invention has been made in an effort to solve the problems and an object of the present invention is to provide a load-distributing assembly that is convertible into a raincoat or a bag, wherein the load-distributing assembly can reduce strain on a user by distributing the load of carried articles when used as a raincoat.


In order to achieve the above object, according to one aspect of the present invention, there is provided a load-distributing assembly that is convertible into a raincoat or a bag, the load-distributing assembly including: a raincoat part having a first side and a second side, which respectively become the first side and the second side of a bag, and a raincoat body connected to inner sides of the first side and the second side and folded between the first side and the second side to be unfolded, if necessary; and a load-distributing part formed at both sides of a front of the raincoat body and connected to first edges of the first side and the second side to distribute the load of articles in the first side and the second side that become carrying parts on the front of the raincoat body when unfolded.


The load-distributing part may include: a first strap having an upper end fixed to a left portion of the front of the raincoat body and a lower end fixed to a left end of the first edge of the first side; and a second strap having an upper end fixed to a right portion of the front of the raincoat body and a lower end fixed to a right end of the first edge of the second side.


When a user unfolds the first side and the second side and wears the raincoat body, the first strap may be positioned on a left shoulder and a left upper portion of the back of the user across the user's left arm positioned between the first strap and a left part of the front of the raincoat body.


When a user unfolds the first side and the second side and wears the raincoat body, the second strap may be positioned on a right shoulder and a left upper portion of the back of the user across the user's right arm positioned between the second strap and a right part of the front of the raincoat body.


When a user unfolds the first side and the second side and wears the raincoat body, the upper end of the first strap may be fixed at a position corresponding to the user's left shoulder; a right end of the first edge of the first side may be fixed to a left end of the first edge of the second side; and an edge connected to the right end of the first edge of the first side and an edge connected to the left end of the first edge of the second side are separated from each other.


When a user unfolds the first side and the second side and wears the raincoat body, the upper end of the second strap may be fixed at a position corresponding to the user's right shoulder; a left end of the first edge of the second side may be fixed to a right end of the first edge of the first side; and an edge connected to the left end of the first edge of the second side and an edge connected to the right end of the first edge of the first side may be separated from each other.


Lengths of the first strap and the second strap may be determined such that the straps extend to the left end of the first edge of the first side and the right end of the first edge of the second side, respectively, across left and right shoulders and left and right upper portions of the back of a user in contact the user's body with his/her arms crossing the straps.


According to the present invention, there is provided a load-distributing part on a raincoat part that can be converted into a bag, so it is possible to reduce strain to the user by distributing the load of carried articles when using the raincoat.


Preferably, different cushion pad may be disposed with different sensor.

Further, the present invention should be defined within the scope described in claims.


Therefore, components, operation, and technologies that have been extensively known in the art will not be described in detail in order to avoid making the present invention unclear.


Further, the same reference numerals indicate the same components throughout the specification and terminologies stated herein are provided for describing the embodiments, not limiting the present invention.

FIGS. 3 and 4 are views sequentially showing a process of setting the load-distributing part 20 that is a main part of the load-distributing assembly that is convertible into a raincoat or a bag according to an embodiment of the present invention on a raincoat part 10, in which FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing a process of setting the load-distributing part 20 and FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing the load-distributing part 20 set on the raincoat body 13.


It will be found that, as shown in the figures, the present invention includes the raincoat part 10 and the load-distributing part 20.


The raincoat part 10 includes a first side 11 that is a first side of a bag, a second side 12 that is a second side of the bag, and a raincoat body 13 that is connected to the inner sides the first side 11 and the second side 12 and folded between the first side 11 and the second side 12 to be unfolded, if necessary.


The load-distributing part 20 is formed at both sides of the front of the raincoat body 13 and is connected to first edges of the first side 11 and the second side 12 to distribute the load of articles in the first side 11 and the second side 12 that become carrying parts on the front of the raincoat body 13 when they are unfolded.


Accordingly, the raincoat part 10 that can be converted into a bag and the raincoat body 13 has the load-distributing part 20, so it is possible to reduce user strain by distributing the load of articles when the present invention is used as a raincoat.


The present invention can be used as in the embodiment described above and can be implemented as in the following embodiments.


First, the load-distributing part 20 includes: a first strap 21 that has the upper end fixed to the left portion of the front of the raincoat body 13 and the lower end fixed to the left end of the first edge of the first side 11; and a second strap 22 that has the upper end fixed to the right portion of the front of the raincoat body 13 and the lower end fixed to the right end of the first edge of the second side 12.


For reference, the ‘left’ and the ‘right’ stated herein are based on the body of a user and mean the right side and the left side, respectively, in the drawings.


The lengths of the first strap 21 and the second strap 22 may be determined such that the straps extend to the left end of the first edge of the first side 11 and the right end of the first edge of the second side 12, respectively, across the left and right shoulders and the left and right upper portions of the back of a user in contact the user's body with his/her arms crossing the straps.


Preferable lengths of the first strap 21 and the second strap 22 are determined such that the first strap 21 and the second strap 22 are in contact with both shoulders and the left and right upper portions of the back of a user when the user puts his/her arms into between the first strap 21 and the front of the raincoat body 13 and between the second strap 22 and the front of the raincoat body 13 and then turns the straps back, which may be the optimal lengths for implementing the state shown in FIG. 4.


When a user unfolds the first side 11 and the second side 12 and wears the raincoat body 13, the first strap 21 is positioned on the left shoulder and the left upper portion of the back of the user across the user's left arm positioned between the first strap 21 and the left part of the front of the raincoat body 13.


Further, when a user unfolds the first side 11 and the second side 12 and wears the raincoat body 13, the second strap 22 is positioned on the right shoulder and the right upper portion of the back of the user, as shown in FIG. 4, across the user's right arm put into between the second strap 22 and the right part of the front of the raincoat body 13, as shown in FIG. 3.


When a user unfolds the first side 11 and the second side 12 and wears the raincoat body 13, the upper end of the first strap 21 may be fixed at the position corresponding to the front portion of the user's left shoulder.


The right end of the first edge of the first side 11 is fixed to the left end of the first edge of the second side 12, and the edge connected to the right end of the first edge of the first side 11 and the edge connected to the left end of the first edge of the second side 12 are separated from each other.


Accordingly, since the upper end of the first strap 21 is fixed at the position corresponding to the front portion of the left shoulder, the first strap 21 is placed on the left shoulder and the left upper portion of the back of the user, as shown in FIG. 4, so the first side 11 is pulled up from the first position P1 to the second position P2, and accordingly, a portion of load can be distributed.


Further, when a user unfolds the first side 11 and the second side 12 and wears the raincoat body 13, the upper end of the second strap 22 may be fixed to the front portion of the user's right shoulder.


The left end of the first edge of the second side 12 is fixed to the right end of the first edge of the first side 11, and the edge connected to the left end of the first edge of the second side 12 and the edge connected to the right end of the first edge of the first side 11 are separated from each other.


Accordingly, since the upper end of the second strap 22 is fixed to the front part of the right shoulder, the second strap 22 is placed on the right shoulder and the right upper portion of the back of the user, as shown in FIG. 4, so the second side 12 is pulled up from the first position P1 to the second position P2, and accordingly, a portion of load can be distributed.


As described above, it can be seen that the spirit of the present invention is to provide a load-distributing assembly that is convertible into a raincoat or a bag, depending on circumstances, and can reduce strain to a user by distributing the load of articles when being used as a raincoat.


It should be understood that the present invention may be changed and modified in various ways by those skilled in the art without departing from the scope of the present invention.

Claims
  • 1. A load-distributing assembly that is convertible into a raincoat or a bag, comprising: a raincoat part having a first side and a second side, which respectively become the first side and the second side of a bag, and a raincoat body connected to inner sides of the first side and the second side and folded between the first side and the second side to be unfolded, if necessary; anda load-distributing part formed at both sides of a front of the raincoat body and connected to first edges of the first side and the second side to distribute a load of articles in the first side and the second side that become carrying parts on the front of the raincoat body when unfolded.
  • 2. The assembly of claim 1, wherein the load-distributing part includes: a first strap having an upper end fixed to a left portion of the front of the raincoat body and a lower end fixed to a left end of the first edge of the first side; anda second strap having an upper end fixed to a right portion of the front of the raincoat body and a lower end fixed to a right end of the first edge of the second side.
  • 3. The assembly of claim 2, wherein when a user unfolds the first side and the second side and wears the raincoat body, the first strap is positioned on a left shoulder and a left upper portion of a back of the user across the user's left arm positioned between the first strap and a left part of the front of the raincoat body.
  • 4. The assembly of claim 2, wherein when a user unfolds the first side and the second side and wears the raincoat body, the second strap is positioned on a right shoulder and a left upper portion of a back of the user across the user's right arm positioned between the second strap and a right part of the front of the raincoat body.
  • 5. The assembly of claim 2, wherein when a user unfolds the first side and the second side and wears the raincoat body, the upper end of the first strap is fixed at a position corresponding to the user's left shoulder, and a right end of the first edge of the first side is fixed to a left end of the first edge of the second side, and an edge connected to the right end of the first edge of the first side and an edge connected to the left end of the first edge of the second side are separated from each other.
  • 6. The assembly of claim 2, wherein when a user unfolds the first side and the second side and wears the raincoat body, the upper end of the second strap is fixed at a position corresponding to the user's right shoulder, and a left end of the first edge of the second side is fixed to a right end of the first edge of the first side, and an edge connected to the left end of the first edge of the second side and an edge connected to the right end of the first edge of the first side are separated from each other.
  • 7. The assembly of claim 2, wherein lengths of the first strap and the second strap are determined such that the first and second straps extend to the left end of the first edge of the first side and the right end of the first edge of the second side, respectively, across left and right shoulders and left and right upper portions of a back of a user in contact the user's body with the user's arms crossing the first and second straps.
