The technical solution of the present disclosure will be described clearly and completely with the attached drawings. Obviously, the described embodiment is a part of the embodiment of the present disclosure, but not the whole embodiment. Based on the embodiment of the present disclosure, all other embodiments obtained by those skilled in the art without creative labor belong to the protection scope of the present disclosure.

In the description of this utility model, it should be noted that if the terms “center”, “upper”, “lower”, “left”, “right”, “vertical”, “horizontal”, “inside” and “outside” appear, the indicated orientation or position relationship is based on the orientation or position relationship shown in the attached drawings, which is only for the convenience of describing this utility model and simplifying the description. In addition, the terms “first”, “second” and “third” are used for descriptive purposes only, and cannot be understood as indicating or implying relative importance.

As shown in FIG. 1-FIG. 5, the locking mechanism for an upright post of a walking machine 100 provided by this utility model includes a first component 1 fixed to a walking machine frame, a second component 2 fixed to the upright post of the walking machine, and a third component 3 movably arranged between the first component 1 and the second component 2. The first component 1 is provided with a first accommodating groove 10, and the third component 3 includes a connecting rod 31, a wrench 32 rotatably connected to the connecting rod 31, and a movable member 33 partially received in the first accommodating groove 10. The movable member 33 includes a protruding part 331 protruding from the first accommodating groove, a main body part 330 connected to the protruding part 331, and a spring 332 located at one end of the main body part 330 far from the protruding part 331. When the protruding part 331 is pressed down by the force toward the first accommodating groove 10, the spring 332 abuts against the bottom of the first accommodating groove 10. When the spring 332 is not stressed, the protruding part 331 protrudes from the first accommodating groove 10, and the second component 2 can rotate relative to the first component 1.

Specifically, the second component 2 is rotatably connected to the first component 1 through a screw 4. The second component 2 is provided with a second accommodating groove 21 which can enclose a first accommodating space with the first accommodating groove 10 and a third accommodating groove 22 which can enclose a second accommodating space with the first accommodating groove 10. When the spring 332 is not stressed, the movable member 3 can move between the second accommodating groove 21 and the third accommodating groove 22. That is, when the upright post of the walking machine is erected to the open state, the movable member 3 is located in the first accommodating space surrounded by the second accommodating groove 21 and the first accommodating groove 10, and when the upright post of the walking machine rotates to the folded state toward the base of the walking machine, the movable member 3 is located in the second accommodating space surrounded by the third accommodating groove 22 and the first accommodating groove 10.

In this embodiment, the main body part 330 includes a first part 333 connected with the protruding part 331 and a second part 334 connected with the spring 332. The thickness of the first part 333 is smaller than that of the protruding part 331, and the width of the second part 334 is larger than that of the protruding part 331. The first accommodating groove 10 includes a front groove 101 for accommodating the first part 333 and a rear groove 102 for accommodating the second part 334. The distance that the second part 334 can move in the rear groove 102 is equal to the distance that the protruding part 331 can move in the front groove

Preferably, the first part 333 is generally fan-shaped, the width of an end of the first part 333 near the protruding part 331 is greater than that of an end of the first part 333 near the second part 334, and the width of the open end of the front groove 101 of the first accommodating groove 10 is greater than that of an end of the front groove 101 communicating with the rear groove 102. That is, the side wall of the front groove 101 extending to the rear groove 102 is slightly inclined, which is matched with the roughly fan-shaped first part 333, so that the upright post can be prevented from shaking when locking, and it is safe and stable.

In this embodiment, the first component 1 includes a through hole 103 for accommodating the screw 4 and a limit post 104 located on the reverse extension line of the connecting line between the center of the through hole 103 and the center of the first accommodating groove 10. The second component 2 is provided with a chute 23 corresponding to the limit post 104, and when the second component 2 rotates relative to the first component 1, the limit post 104 moves in the chute 23.

In this embodiment, the wrench 32 includes an abutting part 321 connected to the connecting rod 31 and a tail part 322 far away from the connecting rod 31. When the wrench 32 rotates close to the first component 1, the abutting part 321 abuts against the protruding part 331 and compresses the spring 332 so that the protruding part 331 enters the front groove 101. A stopper 24 is provided between the second accommodating groove 21 and the third accommodating groove 22 of the second component 2. When the protruding part 331 is located in the front groove 101, the stopper 24 blocks the protruding part 331 so that the second component 2 cannot rotate relative to the first component 1. The included angle between the two side walls of the stopper 24 is approximately equal to the angle at which the second component 2 can rotate relative to the first component 1.

The present disclosure provides a locking mechanism for an upright post of a walking machine, which includes a first component fixed on a walking machine frame, a second component fixed on a upright post of the walking machine, and a third component movably arranged between the first component and the second component, wherein the first component is provided with a first accommodating groove, and the third component comprises a connecting rod, a wrench rotatably connected with the connecting rod, and a movable member partially accommodated in the first accommodating groove; the movable member comprises a protruding part protruding from the first accommodating groove, a main body part connected with the protruding part, and a spring located at one end of the main body away from the protruding part; when the spring is not stressed, the second component can rotate relative to the first component. The relative motion between the first component and the second component is limited by the position change of the movable component, which is easy to operate, safe and stable.

The above embodiments are only used to illustrate, rather than to limit the technical solution of the present disclosure. Although the present disclosure has been described in detail with reference to the above-mentioned embodiments, those skilled in the art should understand that technical solution recorded in the above-mentioned embodiments can be still modified, or some or all of its technical features can be substituted equally. However, these modifications or substitutions do not make the essence of the corresponding technical solution deviate from the scope of the technical solution of each embodiment of the present disclosure.
