BACKGROUND

By way of background, various individuals support different sports teams, Greek organizations, companies, etc. These individuals often enjoy showing their love, pride, and spirit for a specific organization. Some individuals may live nearby their favorite sports team and may conveniently visit the stadium to watch sport matches to show their love and to support for their favorite team. Some great sport supporters may travel distances to watch their favorite sports from stadium stands. Being able to visit favorite teams and to be able to show love and pride for a team can be fun and entertaining for the individuals. Individuals may wear t-shirts with a favorite team's logo, paint a logo and/or player's name on their hands and faces, use flags with the favorite team's logo and use other items to show their love for their favorite team while watching matches in person. However, customized t-shirts can be costly and may not be affordable by all. Also, painting logos on ones face and hands may cause skin irritation, thereby causing an inconvenience to the users. Further, flags with team's logo or player's name on it can be unusable later and individuals may be reluctant to buy such items.

Apart from the individuals who are able to visit stadiums to watch their favorite sports in person, there are a lot of sport supporters who may live a considerable distance from their favorite sports teams and may be unable to attend games in person. Such individuals who are not able to visit their favorite teams, may visit bars, cafes, and other similar places where live sport matches are aired or streamed. Individuals supporting different teams may visit these places and enjoy matches.

Therefore, there exists a long-felt need in the art for an item that can be used by individuals to show love, pride and spirit for a specific organization or sports franchise while watching their favorite team(s). There is also a long-felt need in the art for a device that allows individuals who are unable to view the sporting event in person to show their love for their favorite team(s). Additionally, there is a long-felt need in the art for a device that provides a cost-effective way of showing support for their favorite team without wearing expensive customized t-shirts, displaying/using flags, or other items. Moreover, there is a long-felt need in the art for a device that eliminates the need to paint ones face or other body parts to support their favorite team and therefore prevent the individuals from any skin irritation/diseases caused due to face/body painting. Further, there is a long-felt need in the art for a device that can be used by individuals visiting cafes, bars, and other similar places to show support for their favorite team and to sit together and enjoy the sporting event fully. Finally, there is a long-felt need in the art for a device that is reusable and can be used to entertain guests on a sports team's gameday.

The subject matter disclosed and claimed herein, in one embodiment thereof, comprises a themed logo drinkware and tray set. The set is used by individuals to display their fandom for their favorite sports team, organization and more further comprising a serving tray having an anti-skid tray surface and raised periphery around the surface. The tray is used for serving beverages and has a logo of one of a sports team, an organization or an event printed thereon, a beer mug/pitcher with a second logo printed thereon wherein the second logo is of the same sports team, organization or the event of whose logo is printed on the tray, and a plurality of glasses with each glass having the second logo printed thereon. The logos display love of users in a same way displayed by t-shirts having logos of sports teams and more.

In this manner, the drinkware and tray set of the present invention accomplishes all of the foregoing objectives and provides users with a fun and unique set of drinkware and a tray to show their appreciation, love, and fandom for their favorite team, organization, and event. The set can be created to represent any sports team or organization that the user desires. The set is useful for individuals to socialize and for individuals who do not attend events in person.
