Claims
- 1. A method for removing a soil from a hard surface, said method comprising applying to said soil a hard surface cleaner which comprises:(a) from about 0.001% to 25% of an anionic, nonionic, amphoteric surfactant, and mixtures thereof with optionally, a quaternary ammonium surfactant; (b) from about 1% to 50% of at least one water-soluble or dispersible organic solvent having a vapor pressure of at least 0.001 mm Hg at 25° C.; (c) a combination of (i) from about 0.5% to 15% of an incompletely neutralized potassium ethylenediamine—tetraacetate (EDTA) and (ii) a about 0.1% to 15% of precipitating potassium co-builder as chelating agents wherein the ratio of incompletely neutralized potassium ethylenediamine tetraacetate to precipitating potassium cobuilder is 10:1 to 1:1; and (d) the remainder, water.
- 2. The method of claim 1 further comprising removing said soil and said cleaner from said surface.
