Claims
- 1. An overhead projector comprising:
a) a main body having a stage area; b) a inverted head assembly; and c) a post suspending the inverted head assembly over the stage, wherein the post is pivotally attached to the main body in accordance with equation Clearance={square root}{square root over ((Mx−Px)2)}+(My−Py)2−{square root}{square root over ((Fx−Px)2+(Fy−Py)2)}and wherein the post is outside the stage area when the projector is in a display mode.
- 2. The overhead projector of claim 1, wherein the post is positioned at the corner of the stage area.
- 3. The overhead projector of claim 2, wherein the post has a curved end portion substantially in the shape of an “L.”
- 4. The overhead projector of claim 2 wherein the inverted head assembly remains focused when it moved from the display position to a storage position and back to the display position.
- 5. The overhead projector of claim 2 further comprising roller attachments attached to the main body.
- 6. An overhead projector comprising:
a) a main body having a stage area; b) an inverted head assembly; c) a post suspending the inverted head assembly over the stage area, wherein the post is pivotally attached to the main body such that the inverted head assembly does not to collide with the main body when pivotally rotated about the main body, and wherein the post is outside the stage area when the overhead projector is in a display mode.
- 7. The overhead projector of claim 6, wherein the post is positioned at the corner of the stage area.
- 8. The overhead projector of claim 7, wherein the post has a curved end portion substantially in the shape of an “L.”
- 9. The overhead projector of claim 8 wherein the inverted head assembly remains focused when it moved from the display position to a storage position and back to the display position.
- 10. The overhead projector of claim 7 further comprising roller attachments mounted on the main body.
- 11. The overhead projector of claim 7 wherein the main body further comprises a ledge positioned below the stage area and the post is pivotally attached to the main body beneath the ledge.
