Claims
- 1. An inspecting apparatus of a lubricant applied condition of a bearing, which inspects whether or not a prescribed amount of lubricant is discharged from a lubricant application device that injects said lubricant into the interior of said bearing, comprising:a light shielding hood for preventing said bearing to be inspected from being exposed to an outside light; a black light lamp provided inside the light shielding hood for irradiating an ultraviolet ray to an interior of said bearing; a video camera for picking up an image of said bearing to which the ultraviolet ray from said black light lamp is irradiated, wherein said lubricant includes an addition agent emitting fluorescence based on the excitation of the ultraviolet ray; an image processor for processing an image signal outputted from said video camera; and a control section receiving a signal from said image processor and transferring said bearing to a post process depending on the lubricant applied condition.
- 2. The inspecting apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the ultraviolet ray irradiated from said black light lamp has a wavelength of 300-400 nm.
- 3. The inspecting apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the video camera includes an image picking up device, a condensing lens and an infrared ray cut-off filter.
- 4. A. The inspecting apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the lubricant is lubricating oil.
- 5. The inspecting apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the lubricant is grease.
- 6. The inspecting apparatus according to claim 1, wherein said bearing includes a rolling bearing.
- 7. An inspecting apparatus of a lubricant applied condition of a bearing, which inspects whether or not a prescribed amount of lubricant is discharged from a lubricant application device that injects said lubricant into the interior of said bearing, comprising:a light shielding hood for preventing said bearing to be inspected from being exposed to an outside light; a black light lamp provided inside the light shielding hood for irradiating an ultraviolet ray to an interior of said bearing; a video camera for picking up an image of said bearing to which the ultraviolet ray from said black light lamp is irradiated, wherein said lubricant includes an addition agent emitting fluorescence based on the excitation of the ultraviolet ray, wherein the additional agent emitting fluorescence based on the excitation of the ultraviolet ray is an amine antioxidant.
- 8. The inspecting apparatus according to claim 7, wherein the ultraviolet ray irradiated from said black light lamp has a wavelength of 300-400 nm.
- 9. The inspecting apparatus according to claim 7, wherein the video camera includes an image picking up device, a condensing lens and an infrared ray cut-off filter.
- 10. The inspecting apparatus according to claim 7, wherein the lubricant is lubricating oil.
- 11. The inspecting apparatus according to claim 7, wherein the lubricant is grease.
- 12. The inspecting apparatus according to claim 7, wherein said bearing includes a rolling bearing.
