Abstract
A luminous hanging apparatus has a transparent main body with an image customized by thermal transfer printing, a chain rope for hanging is provided on the upper part of the main body, and at least one side of the main body is provided with an illumination device that injects light into the main body to make the image customized by thermal transfer printing emit light. Images customized by heat transfer printing in the main body of transparent materials may be used to form various graphics, and uses different color illumination devices to illuminate the images. The hanger can be used as a decoration for Christmas trees and the like, as well as walls and desktops. Multiple hanging parts and light source devices connected by optical fiber control the static color of multiple hanging parts, stepless color adjustment, colorful dynamic mode and other modes through the mobile phone.

CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS

This application claims priority to Chinese Utility Model application No. 202321818336.X entitled “LIGHT-EMITTING HANGING PIECE” filed before China's National Intellectual Property Administration on Jul. 12, 2023, the entire contents of which are incorporated herein by reference.

BACKGROUND
1. Technical Field

The present disclosure relates generally to a luminous hanging apparatus and decorations for hanging on the body or other articles.


2. Related Art

In recent years there, has been an astonishing array of decorations that can be hung on walls, on Christmas trees, or on a person's body. However, most of the graphics on existing pendants are fixed and will not produce various visual changes. Moreover, each hanging part is independent and not connected with each other. Therefore, an overall lighting effect cannot be produced.


BRIEF SUMMARY

In order to overcome the problems of the prior art, the present disclosure proposes a luminous hanging apparatus. The single light-emitting device or multiple light-emitting devices include a connection from a light source to each article through an optical fiber of the light source device, which can include single or multiple light sources with different color changes and images that have been coated and customized through thermal transfer, making the hanger more colorful.


The purpose of this apparatus is achieved as follows: a luminous hanging part, comprising: a main body made of transparent materials, in which there is provided an image customized by thermal transfer printing, a chain rope for hanging that is provided on the upper part of the main body, and at least one side of the main body that is provided with an illumination device that injects light into the main body to make the image customized by thermal transfer printing emit light.


Furthermore, the illumination device can be controlled by a mobile phone app and remotely control a static color, a stepless color adjustment sequence, a colorful dynamic mode sequence, as well as other modes that can be adjusted with a single button.


Further, the optical fiber of the illumination device may have high brightness, is safe and durable, has high light conductivity, and is non-conductive and heat-conductive.


Further, the main body may be one of a sphere, a polygonal prism, and a plate.


Further, the main body may be provided with at least one layer of customized images through thermal transfer printing.


Further, the special coating of the resin may be sprayed onto the surface of the hanging apparatus.


Further, the personalized and customized image may be printed by a printer and transferred to the hanging apparatus by means of heating.


Further, the personalized and customized image on the main body through thermal transfer can make the hanging part more visually appealing by changing different light sources


Further, the illumination device includes a color-changing light-emitting diode, a controller, and a battery.


Further, there is one illumination device, which is arranged on the upper part of the main body, and has a through hole passing through the chain rope.


Further, there are two illumination devices, which are arranged symmetrically on both sides of the axis of symmetry of the main body.


Further, there is one illumination device, which is set at the bottom of the main body.


The advantages and beneficial effects of the various embodiments of the present disclosure are as follows: the embodiments of the present disclosure adopts images customized by thermal transfer printing in the main body of the transparent material to form various graphics, and uses different color illumination devices to illuminate the images customized by thermal transfer printing in the main body to form colorful shapes. The hanger can be used as a decoration hanging on the chest, and can also be used to decorate a Christmas tree, as well as walls and desktops. Multiple hanging parts and light source devices connected by optical fibers can be controlled through the mobile phone app+remote control to control the static color of multiple hanging parts, stepless color matching, colorful dynamic mode, and other modes.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION
Embodiment One

This embodiment is a luminous hanging part, as shown in FIG. 1. This embodiment includes: a main body 1 made of a transparent material, the main body is provided with an image 2 customized by thermal transfer printing, a chain rope 3 for hanging is provided on the upper part of the main body, and at least one side of the main body is provided with an illumination device 4 that injects light into the main body to make the image customized by thermal transfer printing emit light.


The main body described in this embodiment is made of transparent material, which can be colorless and transparent or colored and transparent when the illumination device is not turned on. The shape of the body can be spherical, ellipsoidal, or oblate spherical. It can also be a rhombohedral or polygonal prism, or a sheet, such as a disc (as shown in FIG. 1), an ellipse, an oblong sheet, etc., or a polygonal sheet. In a word, the main body can be in various shapes.


An aspect of this embodiment is to set personalized and customized images in the main body. The personalized and customized images refer to a person's own photos, or photos taken by a certain person himself. In short, they are open to everyone, and they are designed by themselves.


The function of the illumination device is to configure the battery, the controller, and the light-emitting diodes, and make the light-emitting diodes produce continuous lighting, flickering, color-changing and other lighting effects, produce various lighting effects, and change various shapes.


The illumination device can be arranged on the top of the main body and integrated with the chain rope, as shown in FIG. 1, can also be installed on both sides or bottom of the main body to form various shapes.


The illumination device may be a light source device connected by an optical fiber. When multiple subjects are arranged together, such as on a Christmas tree, or combined on a wall or other objects, the multiple subjects can be connected through optical fibers and controlled by a light source device that can generate various colors of light. The light source device is equipped with light sources of various colors and a control program to control the light sources to emit various colors, so that multiple subjects can emit light and change colors according to the pre-programmed programs to produce colorful light shows. The light source device can be equipped with a wireless communication module, connected to the mobile phone through the wireless communication module, an app that can control the light source device is installed on the mobile phone, and the light show program in the light source device can be edited through the mobile phone app to make the light show more personalized. Various music for the light show may be configured through the mobile phone, so that the light show can be matched with the music to achieve better effects.


Embodiment Two

This embodiment is an improvement of the first embodiment, and is a refinement of the first embodiment about the main body. The main body described in this embodiment is one of a sphere, a polygonal prism, and a plate.


Said sphere can be sphere, ellipsoid, prolate sphere, etc., said polygonal prism can be hexahedron, octahedron, etc., and said plate can be in the shape of original sheet, square sheet, five-pointed star, six-pointed star, etc.


Embodiment Three

This embodiment is an improvement of the above embodiment, and is a refinement of the above embodiment about the main body. The main body described in this embodiment is provided with at least one layer of personalized and customized images.


The main body described in this embodiment is composed of at least one layer of transparent sheets, each transparent sheet is provided with a personalized image, and then the transparent sheets of these personalized images are superimposed on the transparent sheet, and the surface is polished smooth to form a three-dimensional shape of the main body, and the graphics in the main body have a plane or three-dimensional shape.


Embodiment Four

This embodiment is an improvement of the above embodiment, and is a refinement of the above embodiment regarding the illumination device. The illumination device described in this embodiment includes a color-changing light-emitting diode, a controller, and a battery.


Color-changing light-emitting diodes can use two-color or multi-color light-emitting tubes. The controller can be used to make the color-changing light-emitting diodes produce different colors, and effects such as flashing. The battery can be a button cell or other types of batteries.


Embodiment Five

This embodiment is an improvement of the above embodiment, and is a refinement of the above embodiment regarding the illumination device. The illumination device described in this embodiment is one, which is arranged on the upper part of the main body and has a through hole passing through the chain rope.


The illumination device described in this embodiment is combined with the chain rope, and the illumination device illuminates the phosphorescence pattern in the main body from the top of the main body.


Embodiment Six

This embodiment is an improvement of the above embodiment, and is a refinement of the above embodiment regarding the illumination device. There are two illumination devices in this embodiment, which are arranged symmetrically on both sides of the axis of symmetry of the main body.


The two illumination devices can be separated by 180 degrees, that is, on both sides, or the difference can be less than 180 degrees, forming two symmetrical figures, equivalent to two ears.


Embodiment Seven

This embodiment is an improvement of the above embodiment, and is a refinement of the above embodiment regarding the illumination device. The illumination device described in this embodiment is one, and is arranged at the bottom of the main body.


The illumination device shines light upwards from the bottom of the subject to form a special graphic effect.


Embodiment Eight

This embodiment is an improvement of the above embodiment, and is a refinement of the above embodiment regarding the illumination device. The illumination device described in this embodiment includes a light source device 6 capable of providing single or multiple lights of different colors to a single subject or multiple subjects through an optical fiber 5, as shown in FIG. 2.


The illumination device described in this embodiment is a relatively independent entity, independent from the main body, and connected to the main body through an optical fiber. A light source device can connect multiple subjects. Multiple bodies can be used to decorate the Christmas tree 7, as shown in FIG. 2, or various elements of the building, such as walls, bars, pillars, and the like.


The light source device is provided with a plurality of light sources composed of light-emitting diodes of various colors, as well as corresponding power supplies and a controller for controlling the changing colors of the light sources. Optical fiber is used between the light source device and the main body. Optical fiber has the advantages of high brightness, safety and durability, high light guide, non-conductive, non-thermal conduction, etc.


Embodiment Nine

This embodiment is an improvement of the above-mentioned embodiment, and is a refinement of the above-mentioned embodiment about the light source device. The light source device described in this embodiment is equipped with a multi-mode one-button regulator capable of producing static colors, stepless toning, and multi-color dynamic lighting sequences.


The one-button regulator can directly control multiple subjects to form a characteristic light show, and can also form a variety of personalized light shows by changing the program of lighting sequence.


Embodiment Ten

This embodiment is an improvement of the above-mentioned embodiment, and is a refinement of the above-mentioned embodiment about the light source device. The light source device described in this embodiment is connected to the mobile phone 8 through a wireless communication network, as shown in FIG. 2.


Set up a wireless communication module in the light source device, such as a wifi chip and other communication modules, so that the light source device is connected to the network, and then connected to the mobile phone through the network, so that the light show app can be installed on the mobile phone, and a personalized light show can be realized through programming on the mobile phone.


Finally, it should be noted that the above is only used to illustrate the technical solution of the embodiments of the luminous hanging apparatus is not limiting. Although the embodiments of the present disclosure have been described in detail with reference to the preferred layout scheme, those of ordinary skill in the art should understand that the technical solution of the luminous hanging apparatus (such as the material of the main body, the composition of the illumination device, and the structure of the light source device, etc.) can be modified or equivalently replaced without departing from the spirit and scope of the technical solution of the present disclosure.

Claims
  • 1. A light-emitting hanging piece, comprising: a main body made of transparent material, in which an image customized by thermal transfer printing is provided, a chain rope for hanging is provided on the upper part of the main body, and at least one side of the main body is provided with an illumination device that injects light into the main body to make the image customized by thermal transfer printing emit light.
  • 2. The light-emitting hanging piece according to claim 1, wherein the main body is one of a sphere, a polygonal prism, and a sheet.
  • 3. The light-emitting hanging piece according to claim 2, wherein at least one layer of customized images is arranged in the main body.
  • 4. The light-emitting hanging piece according to claim 3, wherein the illumination device comprises a color-changing light-emitting diode, a controller and a battery.
  • 5. The light-emitting hanging piece according to claim 4, wherein there is one said illumination device, which is arranged on the upper part of the main body and has a through hole passing through the chain rope.
  • 6. The light-emitting hanging piece according to claim 4, wherein there are two illumination devices, which are arranged symmetrically on both sides of the axis of symmetry of the main body.
  • 7. The light-emitting hanging piece according to claim 4, wherein there is one said illumination device, which is arranged at the bottom of the main body.
  • 8. The light-emitting hanging piece according to claim 3, wherein the illumination device includes a light source device capable of providing single or multiple lights of different colors to a single subject or multiple subjects through optical fibers.
  • 9. The light-emitting hanging piece according to claim 8, wherein the light source device is equipped with a multi-mode one-button regulator capable of producing static colors, stepless toning, and multi-color dynamic lighting sequence.
  • 10. The light-emitting hanging piece according to claim 9, wherein the light source device is connected to a mobile phone through a wireless communication network.
