BACKGROUND
Technical Field

The embodiments herein generally relate to a jewelry worn by a wearer and more particularly, to a bangle segment of jewelry which is capable of being arranged or rearranged in different design configurations and worn as per the likes of the wearer. This is a more significant segment of jewelry after earing or stud category.

Description of the Related Art

Usually, a wearer of jewelry is often bored and has a monotonous kind of experience in having a single unchangeable piece of jewelry and may have a desire to have a variety of jewelry pieces which can be used according to the dress or occasion. Alternatively, the wearer might desire to change the design of the jewelry to match the style without having to purchase jewelry separately each time or to achieve some fashion goals. This experience will not only give a happy experience but a larger satisfaction in terms of value for money.

Various solutions have been proposed in the past, which helps to modify the design of each category of jewelry into another however, those solutions are deficit with Design quality, Variability and truly Versatile. Also, several solutions also allow for removal, replacement or addition of ornaments from the jewelry itself. Many of these solutions are mechanically and operably complex and thus prone to failure in forming and in its appeal.

Accordingly, there remains a need for a simple, easy to operate variably changing jewelry article, which is capable of being arranged or rearranged in different design configurations and worn as per the likes of the wearer. From the customer point of view, they seek more for the kind of product that provides ease in use, value for money, solution to problems in a bundle package.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

An embodiment of this invention, illustrating its features, will now be described in detail. The words “comprising,” “having,” “containing,” and “including,” and other forms thereof, are intended to be equivalent in meaning and be open ended in that an item or items following any one of these words is not meant to be an exhaustive listing of such item or items or meant to be limited to only the listed item or items.

As mentioned, there remains a need for a simple, easy to operate variably changing jewelry article, which is capable of being arranged or rearranged in different design configurations and worn as per the likes of the wearer. The present embodiments herein provide a bangle jewelry which is capable of being arranged or rearranged in different design configurations and worn as per the likes of the wearer. Referring now to FIG. 1 through 3 to describe the various embodiments of the present invention.

FIG. 1 illustrates various configurations in which a magnetic bangle 100 can be arranged according to an embodiment mentioned herein. Here, the first variation to start with will be of the bangle arranged in 102a pattern. This combination then can be separated from center to obtain part A and part B which is depicted in 102b pattern.

In an embodiment, when Part A and Part B is reversed in combination and joint together, a complete circular type of bangle is obtained which is shown in 102c pattern. This combination can also be separated from the center which is depicted in 102d pattern.

FIG. 2 illustrates top and perspective view of a bangle which is integrated with a magnet within the bangle according to an embodiment mentioned herein. The top view depicts a robust circular shaped hollow structure 104. Here, multiple magnets may be embedded within edges of hollow structure so that the two-parts part A and Part B stick or attach together when both are brought close to each other.

In an embodiment, the robust circular shaped hollow structure may have varied design patterns which can be based on how the designer has designed the jewelry. The over all aesthetics of the bangle will depend on how smoothly part A and part B integrate with each other while completing each design pattern and when both the parts are rotated and attached together forming new design pattern every time. FIG. 2. (e), (f), (g) and (h) provides various design patterns which may be obtained from various configurations of part A and part B.

FIG. 3 illustrates an exploded view of the magnetic bangle which can disintegrate into part A and part B, wherein part A and part B can be configured differently each time forming a new design as per FIG. 1. and FIG. 2 according to an embodiment mentioned herein. In an embodiment, the bangle jewelry includes a robust circular shaped hollow structure 104, wherein the structure is separable into two magnetically detachable parts, Part A and Part B.

In an embodiment, Part A and Part B consist of flat portions 110, 114 on one side, and varied design structure 112, 116 on other side. In an embodiment, an array of geometrically shaped magnets 106, 108 which may be spaced apart from each other is embedded within the flat portions 110, 114 of part A and part B respectively.

In another embodiment, the magnets may enable attaching and detaching of part A with Part B in different combinations, thereby resulting into varied design configurations a-e of the bangle jewelry (as shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2). In one embodiment, the magnets may be embedded within the flat portions 110, 114 which has dimensions in the range between 1 mm to 2 mm. In another embodiment, the magnets may be made from nickel platted neodymium having dimension Length−2 mm×height−2 mm×width−2 mm.

In one embodiment, the magnetic flux density (B) and magnetic field strength (H) of the magnets are between 33 and 35 BH. The magnet may be integrated within the flat portions 110, 114 of part A and part B respectively by soldering the magnets using chemical adhesives, which are not harmful for wearer's skin and nonreactive to material used in the flat portions.

In an embodiment, the flat portion when rotated, keeping part A and part B either magnetically attached or detached to each other on the flat portion's side may form a varied bangle design after each rotation. Consequently, when the varied design structure is rotated, keeping part A and part B either magnetically attached or detached to each other, forms a varied bangle design after each rotation.

In an embodiment, the magnets may be placed inside a cover 118, wherein the magnets on the flat portion in part A is outside the cover by 0.3 mm, wherein the magnets on the flat portion in part B is within the cover by 0.3 mm. In one example embodiment, the robust circular shaped hollow structure, Part A and Part B is made from gold, silver, nickel, copper, alloy metals, plastics, polycarbonate or like. The varied design structure on other side of Part A and Part B may consist of various design structure that may be aesthetically curated as per trending fashion.

Thus, a bangle jewelry which is capable of being arranged or rearranged in different design configurations and worn as per the likes of the wearer is achieved in the present embodiment.

The foregoing description of the specific embodiments will so fully reveal the general nature of the embodiments herein that others can, by applying current knowledge, readily modify and/or adapt for various applications such specific embodiments without departing from the generic concept, and, therefore, such adaptations and modifications should and are intended to be comprehended within the meaning and range of equivalents of the disclosed embodiments. It is to be understood that the phraseology or terminology employed herein is for the purpose of description and not of limitation. Therefore, while the embodiments herein have been described in terms of preferred embodiments, those skilled in the art will recognize that the embodiments herein can be practiced with modification within the spirit and scope.
