Abstract
A magnetic button with a attraction effect is disclosed. The magnetic button includes an adsorption sub-buckle and an adsorption female buckle. Installation pads are arranged at one end of the adsorption sub-buckle and at one end of the adsorption female buckle. A connection clamping column is arranged on one side of the adsorption sub-buckle. Double locking is performed via clamping between the connection clamping column and a female buckle and adsorption between a common magnet and a strong neodymium iron boron magnet. A male buckle concave clamping groove is formed in the connection clamping column. A clamping ring is arranged on an inner wall of the male buckle concave clamping groove.
Description
FIELD OF TECHNOLOGY

The present disclosure belongs to the technical field of magnetic buttons, and particularly relates to a magnetic button with a strong attraction effect.


BACKGROUND

With the development of society, people have higher and higher requirements for metal magnetic buttons. As a result, metal magnetic buttons with the advantages of automatic alignment, magnetic force concentration, and slide and drop prevention are researched and developed. Metal magnetic buttons are featured with stable performance and strong magnetic force, and can adapt to the market development and keep up with the trend of fashion accessories. The oneness of conventional metal magnetic buttons is broken, and the design style is novel. Metal magnetic buttons are mainly used in packages, leatherware, luggage, furniture hardware and so on.


Existing magnetic buttons are connected only by means of attractive force of magnets when in use, so the magnetic buttons are separated from each other due to slight collision and friction during use, and the connection is not firm enough. Therefore, a magnetic button with a strong attraction effect is provided.


SUMMARY

In order to solve the problem raised in the above background, an objective of the present disclosure is to provide a magnetic button with a strong attraction effect.


To achieve the above objective, the present disclosure provides the following technical solution: a magnetic button with a strong attraction effect, including an adsorption sub-buckle and an adsorption female buckle, where installation pads are arranged at one end of the adsorption sub-buckle and at one end of the adsorption female buckle, a connection clamping column is arranged on one side of the adsorption sub-buckle, a male buckle concave clamping groove is formed in one end of the connection clamping column, a common magnet and a strong neodymium iron boron magnet are arranged in the adsorption female buckle, one end of the adsorption female buckle corresponds to a female buckle, and the female buckle is clamped into the male buckle concave clamping groove.


Preferably, the adsorption sub-buckle includes a sub-buckle adsorption sheet, a sub-buckle foot is arranged on one side of the sub-buckle adsorption sheet, the connection clamping column is installed on the other side of the sub-buckle adsorption sheet, and the sub-buckle adsorption sheet is installed at a use position by the sub-buckle foot.


Preferably, a sub-buckle installation hole is formed in one end of the sub-buckle foot, an adsorption sheet installation hole is formed in the middle of the sub-buckle adsorption sheet, a fixation clamping head is arranged at one end of the connection clamping column, and the fixation clamping head is installed on the sub-buckle foot through the adsorption sheet installation hole and the sub-buckle installation hole.


Preferably, the sub-buckle foot is set to be U-shaped, and the sub-buckle adsorption sheet is installed between the sub-buckle foot and the connection clamping column by the fixation clamping head.


Preferably, the adsorption female buckle includes a female buckle support sheet, a copper shell is arranged on one side of the female buckle support sheet, the common magnet and the strong neodymium iron boron magnet are installed inside the copper shell, the female buckle is installed in the middle of the female buckle support sheet, and a female buckle foot is arranged on the other side of the female buckle support sheet.


Preferably, an insert hole is formed in the middle of the copper shell, magnet installation holes are formed in the middle of the strong neodymium iron boron magnet and in the middle of the common magnet, and one end of the female buckle passes through the magnet installation holes and the insert hole.


Preferably, a support sheet installation hole is formed in the middle of the female buckle support sheet, an installation clamping head is arranged at one end of the female buckle, the installation clamping head passes through the support sheet installation hole and the female buckle installation hole, and the female buckle, the female buckle support sheet, and the female buckle foot are fixedly connected by the installation clamping head.


Preferably, the strong neodymium iron boron magnet and the common magnet are clamped on an inner wall of the copper shell and have the same size as the female buckle support sheet.


Preferably, each of the installation pads includes a pad main body, and a pad installation hole is formed in a surface of the pad main body.


Preferably, the adsorption sub-buckle, the adsorption female buckle, and the installation pads are set to be circular in top-view shape and have the same size.


Compared with the prior art, the present disclosure has the following beneficial effects:


1. By design of the sub-buckle adsorption sheet, the connection clamping column, the male buckle concave clamping groove, the common magnet, the strong neodymium iron boron magnet, and the female buckle, double locking is performed via clamping between the connection clamping column and the female buckle and adsorption between the common magnet and the strong neodymium iron boron magnet during use, such that the higher safety factor is realized; moreover, the magnetic button is convenient to open or close and easy to operate; and in addition, compared with a flat groove in the market, the male buckle concave clamping groove in the connection clamping column according to the present disclosure enables the installation to be firmer.


2. By design of the installation clamping head, the fixation clamping head, and the installation pads, the adsorption sub-buckle and the adsorption female buckle are convenient to assemble during use, and in cooperation with the support of the installation pads, the wear of an item is reduced and it is more stable and convenient for installation at the use position.

DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS

The technical solution in the embodiments of the present disclosure will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present disclosure. Apparently, the described embodiments are merely a part rather than all of the embodiments of the present disclosure. All other embodiments obtained by those of ordinary skill in the art based on the embodiments in the present disclosure without creative efforts fall within the scope of protection of the present disclosure.


Embodiment 1

Referring to FIGS. 1 to 6, the present disclosure provides a technical solution as follows: a magnetic button with a strong attraction effect, including an adsorption sub-buckle 1 and an adsorption female buckle 2, where installation pads 3 are arranged at one end of the adsorption sub-buckle 1 and at one end of the adsorption female buckle 2, a connection clamping column 5 is arranged on one side of the adsorption sub-buckle 1, a male buckle concave clamping groove 6 is formed in one end of the connection clamping column 5, a common magnet 16 and a strong neodymium iron boron magnet 22 are arranged in the adsorption female buckle 2, one end of the adsorption female buckle 2 corresponds to a female buckle 14, and the female buckle 14 is clamped into the male buckle concave clamping groove 6. Double locking is performed via clamping between the connection clamping column 5 and the female buckle 14 and adsorption between the common magnet 16 and the strong neodymium iron boron magnet 22, such that the higher safety factor is realized. The adsorption sub-buckle 1, the adsorption female buckle 2, and the installation pads 3 are set to be circular in top-view shape and have the same size. During use, the adsorption between the adsorption sub-buckle 1 and the adsorption female buckle 2 is more stable and convenient.


Further, referring to FIGS. 1 to 3, the adsorption sub-buckle 1 includes a sub-buckle adsorption sheet 4, a sub-buckle foot 7 is arranged on one side of the sub-buckle adsorption sheet 4, the connection clamping column 5 is installed on the other side of the sub-buckle adsorption sheet 4, the sub-buckle adsorption sheet 4 is installed at a use position by the sub-buckle foot 7, an insert hole 12 is formed in the middle of a copper shell 15, magnet installation holes 17 are formed in the middle of the strong neodymium iron boron magnet 22 and in the middle of the common magnet 16, and one end of the female buckle 14 passes through the magnet installation holes 17 and the insert hole 12, such that the female buckle 14 is conveniently in clamped connection with the male buckle concave clamping groove 6 of the connection clamping column 5 during use.


Further, referring to FIGS. 1, 4, and 5, the adsorption female buckle 2 includes a female buckle support sheet 19, the copper shell 15 is arranged on one side of the female buckle support sheet 19, the common magnet 16 and the strong neodymium iron boron magnet 22 are installed inside the copper shell 15, the female buckle 14 is installed in the middle of the female buckle support sheet 19, and a female buckle foot 13 is arranged on the other side of the female buckle support sheet 19, such that the common magnet 16 and the strong neodymium iron boron magnet 22 are conveniently installed at the use position by the female buckle support sheet 19 and the copper shell 15 during use.


It may be known from the above description that the present disclosure has the following beneficial effects: double locking is performed via clamping between the connection clamping column 5 and the female buckle 14 and adsorption between the common magnet 16 and the strong neodymium iron boron magnet 22 during use, such that the higher safety factor is realized; moreover, the magnetic button is convenient to open or close and easy to use; and in addition, compared with a flat groove in the market, the male buckle concave clamping groove 6 in the connection clamping column 5 according to the present disclosure enables the installation to be firmer.


Embodiment 2

Referring to FIGS. 1 to 6, on the basis of Embodiment 1, the present disclosure provides a technical solution: a sub-buckle installation hole 8 is formed in one end of the sub-buckle foot 7, an adsorption sheet installation hole 9 is formed in the middle of the sub-buckle adsorption sheet 4, a fixation clamping head 10 is arranged at one end of the connection clamping column 5, and the fixation clamping head 10 is installed on the sub-buckle foot 7 through the adsorption sheet installation hole 9 and the sub-buckle installation hole 8. During use, the sub-buckle foot 7, the sub-buckle adsorption sheet 4, and the connection clamping column 5 are assembled by the fixation clamping head 10, such that the assembly is more convenient. The sub-buckle foot 7 is set to be U-shaped, and the sub-buckle adsorption sheet 4 is installed between the sub-buckle foot 7 and the connection clamping column 5 by the fixation clamping head 10, such that the sub-buckle foot 7 is more convenient and stable to install during use.


Further, referring to FIGS. 1 and 5, a support sheet installation hole 20 is formed in the middle of the female buckle support sheet 19, an installation clamping head 18 is arranged at one end of the female buckle 14, the installation clamping head 18 passes through the support sheet installation hole 20 and the female buckle installation hole 21, and the female buckle 14, the female buckle support sheet 19, and the female buckle foot 13 are fixedly connected by the installation clamping head 18. The female buckle 14, the female buckle support sheet 19, and the female buckle foot 13 are conveniently assembled by the installation clamping head 18, and then the copper shell 15 and the magnets are installed on the female buckle support sheet 19 for use. The strong neodymium iron boron magnet 22 and the common magnet 16 are clamped on an inner wall of the copper shell 15, and the strong neodymium iron boron magnet 22 and the common magnet 16 have the same size as the female buckle support sheet 19, such that during use, the strong neodymium iron boron magnet 22 and the common magnet 16 are installed and used more stably.


Further, referring to FIG. 6, each of the installation pads 3 includes a pad main body 24, and a pad installation hole 23 is formed in a surface of the pad main body 24, such that during use, the installation pad is convenient to install on the sub-buckle foot 7 and the female buckle foot 13 by the pad installation hole 23.


By adopting the above technical solution, the adsorption sub-buckle 1 and the adsorption female buckle 2 are convenient to assemble during use, and in cooperation with the support of the installation pads 3, the wear of an item is reduced and it is more stable and convenient for installation at the use position.


A working principle and workflow of the present disclosure are as follows: during use, the installation pads 3 are placed at an installation position of the item, and one end of the sub-buckle foot 7 is bent and fixed through the item, such that the adsorption sub-buckle 1 is installed on the item; and similarly, the adsorption female buckle 2 is installed in a corresponding fixation position of the item, and the female buckle foot 13 is bent and fixed. During use, the adsorption sub-buckle 1 and the adsorption female buckle 2 are connected by adsorbing the strong neodymium iron boron magnet 22 and the common magnet 16 on an inner side of the copper shell 15 onto the sub-buckle adsorption sheet 4, such that the item is adsorbed and fixed to the corresponding position; and meanwhile, one end of the female buckle 14 is inserted into the male buckle concave clamping groove 6 for clamped connection, such that the adsorption sub-buckle 1 and the adsorption female buckle 2 are adsorbed and fixed more firmly.

A magnetic button with a attraction effect, comprising an adsorption sub-buckle and an adsorption female buckle, installation pads being arranged at one end of the adsorption sub-buckle and at one end of the adsorption female buckle, a connection clamping column being arranged on one side of the adsorption sub-buckle, a male buckle concave clamping groove being formed in one end of the connection clamping column, a common magnet and a neodymium iron boron magnet being arranged in the adsorption female buckle, one end of the adsorption female buckle corresponding to a female buckle, and the female buckle being clamped into the male buckle concave clamping groove.
  • 2. The magnetic button with a attraction effect according to claim 1, wherein the adsorption sub-buckle comprises a sub-buckle adsorption sheet, a sub-buckle foot is arranged on one side of the sub-buckle adsorption sheet, the connection clamping column is installed on the other side of the sub-buckle adsorption sheet, and the sub-buckle adsorption sheet is installed at a use position by the sub-buckle foot.

The magnetic button with a attraction effect according to claim 2, wherein a sub-buckle installation hole is formed in one end of the sub-buckle foot, an adsorption sheet installation hole is formed in the middle of the sub-buckle adsorption sheet, a fixation clamping head is arranged at one end of the connection clamping column, and the fixation clamping head is installed on the sub-buckle foot through the adsorption sheet installation hole and the sub-buckle installation hole.
  • 4. The magnetic button with a attraction effect according to claim 2, wherein the sub-buckle foot is set to be U-shaped, and the sub-buckle adsorption sheet is installed between the sub-buckle foot and the connection clamping column by the fixation clamping head.

The magnetic button with a attraction effect according to claim 1, wherein the adsorption female buckle comprises a female buckle support sheet, a copper shell is arranged on one side of the female buckle support sheet, the common magnet and the neodymium iron boron magnet are installed inside the copper shell, the female buckle is installed in the middle of the female buckle support sheet, and a female buckle foot is arranged on the other side of the female buckle support sheet.

The magnetic button with a attraction effect according to claim 5, wherein an insert hole is formed in the middle of the copper shell, magnet installation holes are formed in the middle of the neodymium iron boron magnet and in the middle of the common magnet, and one end of the female buckle passes through the magnet installation holes and the insert hole.

The magnetic button with a attraction effect according to claim 5, wherein a support sheet installation hole is formed in the middle of the female buckle support sheet, an installation clamping head is arranged at one end of the female buckle, the installation clamping head passes through the support sheet installation hole and the female buckle installation hole, and the female buckle, the female buckle support sheet, and the female buckle foot are fixedly connected by the installation clamping head.
  • 8. The magnetic button with a attraction effect according to claim 5, wherein the neodymium iron boron magnet and the common magnet are clamped on an inner wall of the copper shell and have the same size as the female buckle support sheet.
  • 9. The magnetic button with a attraction effect according to claim 1, wherein each of the installation pads comprises a pad main body, and a pad installation hole is formed in a surface of the pad main body.
  • 10. The magnetic button with a attraction effect according to claim 1, wherein the adsorption sub-buckle, the adsorption female buckle, and the installation pads are set to be circular in top-view shape and have the same size.
