The embodiments herein generally relate to a jewelry worn by a wearer and more particularly, to a necklace segment of jewelry which is capable of being arranged or rearranged in different design configurations and worn as per the likes of the wearer. This is a more significant segment of jewelry after bangles, earing or stud category.
Usually, a wearer of jewelry is often bored and has a monotonous kind of experience in having a single unchangeable piece of jewelry and may have a desire to have a variety of jewelry pieces which can be used according to the dress or occasion. Alternatively, the wearer might desire to change the design of the jewelry to match the style without having to purchase jewelry separately each time or to achieve some fashion goals. This experience will not only give a happy experience but a larger satisfaction in terms of value for money.
Various solutions have been proposed in the past, which helps to modify the design of each category of jewelry into another however, those solutions are deficit with Design quality, Variability and truly Versatile. Also, several solutions also allow for removal, replacement or addition of ornaments from the jewelry itself. Many of these solutions are mechanically and operably complex and thus prone to failure in forming and in its appeal.
Accordingly, there remains a need for a simple, easy to operate variably changing jewelry article, which is capable of being arranged or rearranged in different design configurations and worn as per the likes of the wearer. From the customer point of view, they seek more for the kind of product that provides ease in use, value for money, solution to problems in a bundle package.
The embodiment herein provides a magnetic necklace jewelry. A magnetic necklace jewelry said jewelry includes a first component consisting of a multiple magnetic elements characterized in that the magnetic elements is embedded within inside portion of the first component; a second component consisting of an interconnected elements forming a chain on either side of the first component, wherein the second component is integrated to said multiple magnetic elements on either side along length of the second component; Wherein said magnetic elements when free forms a design having a single circumference loop, wherein when the magnetic elements are magnetically connected to each other forms a design with a multiple circumference loop thereby enabling a person to change wearing pattern of the necklace jewelry instantly.
In an embodiment, the magnets embedded within the inside portions of the first component may have dimensions in the range between 1 mm to 2 mm. The magnets may be made from nickel platted neodymium having dimension Length—2 mm×height—2 mm×width—2 mm.
In one embodiment, the magnetic flux density (B) and magnetic field strength (H) of the magnets are between 33 and 35 BH. The magnet may be integrated within the inside portions of the first component by soldering the magnets using chemical adhesives, which may not be harmful for wearer's skin and nonreactive to material used in the inside portions.
In an example embodiment, the first component may be consisting of part A and part B, when magnetically attached or detached to each other forms a varied necklace design having a smaller loop and a bigger loop.
In one example embodiment, the first component is of an irregular geometric shape, defined geometric shape, etc. Here, the magnets may be placed inside a cover, wherein the magnetic elements on part A is outside the cover by 0.3 mm and the magnetic elements on part B is within the cover by 0.3 mm.
In an embodiment, the first components are made from gold, silver, nickel, copper, alloy metals, plastics, polycarbonate or like. The second component consisting of the interconnected elements has a varied design structure that is aesthetically curated as per trending fashion.
These and other aspects of the embodiments herein will be better appreciated and understood when considered in conjunction with the following description and the accompanying drawings. It should be understood, however, that the following descriptions, while indicating preferred embodiments and numerous specific details thereof, are given by way of illustration and not of limitation. Many changes and modifications may be made within the scope of the embodiments herein without departing from the spirit thereof, and the embodiments herein include all such modifications.
The embodiments herein will be better understood from the following detailed description with reference to the drawings, in which:
Persons skilled in the art will appreciate that elements in the figures are illustrated for simplicity and clarity and may have not been drawn to scale. For example, the dimensions of some of the elements in the figure may be exaggerated relative to other elements to help to improve understanding of various exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure.
Throughout the drawings, it should be noted that like reference numbers are used to depict the same or similar elements, features, and structures.
An embodiment of this invention, illustrating its features, will now be described in detail. The words “comprising,” “having,” “containing,” and “including,” and other forms thereof, are intended to be equivalent in meaning and be open ended in that an item or items following any one of these words is not meant to be an exhaustive listing of such item or items or meant to be limited to only the listed item or items.
As mentioned, there remains a need for a simple, easy to operate variably changing jewelry article, which is capable of being arranged or rearranged in different design configurations and worn as per the likes of the wearer. The present embodiments herein provide a necklace jewelry which is capable of being arranged or rearranged in different design configurations and worn as per the likes of the wearer. Referring now to
In an aspect, the necklace also includes a second component 104 consisting of mechanically interconnected metal elements which is forming a chain and connected to either side of the first component thereby forming a necklace like jewelry article. Here, in an embodiment, when the necklace is free from any magnetic linkages forms a single larger circumference loop 106. This larger loop 106 may have length in the range between 15 to 25 inches.
In an embodiment, the first component 102 magnetically attaches each other, forms a varied necklace design having a smaller loop 108 with length in the range 5 to 10 inches and a bigger loop 110 with length in the range 10 to 15 inches.
In
In another embodiment, the magnets may be made from nickel platted neodymium having dimension Length—2 mm×height—2 mm×width—2 mm. The magnetic flux density (B) and magnetic field strength (H) of the magnets are in the range between 33 and 35 BH.
In an embodiment, the magnets are integrated within the inside portions 116 of the first component by soldering the magnets using chemical adhesives, which are not harmful for wearer's skin and nonreactive to material used in the inside portions. In an embodiment, the second component be made up of the interconnected metal elements which has a varied design structure that may be aesthetically curated as per any design or pattern trending in chain jewelry.
Thus, a necklace jewelry is capable of being arranged or rearranged in different design configurations and worn as per the likes of the wearer may be achieved by the present embodiment. In an example embodiment, the first component is of an irregular geometric shape, defined geometric shape, etc. In an alternate embodiment, the first components are made from gold, silver, nickel, copper, alloy metals, plastics, polycarbonate or like.
The foregoing description of the specific embodiments will so fully reveal the general nature of the embodiments herein that others can, by applying current knowledge, readily modify and/or adapt for various applications such specific embodiments without departing from the generic concept, and, therefore, such adaptations and modifications should and are intended to be comprehended within the meaning and range of equivalents of the disclosed embodiments.
