Abstract
A magnetic necklace jewelry 100 having various design configurations is provided herein. a first component 102 embedded with multiple magnets 112 which is divided into part A and part B, characterized in that the magnets being embedded within inside portion 116 of the first component such that to attach or detach, part A from part B; a second component 104 consisting of mechanically interconnected metal elements forming a chain which is connected to either side of the first component thereby forming a necklace like jewelry article; Wherein said first component 102 when magnetically detached or free, forms a single larger circumference loop (106) having length in the range between 15 to 25 inches, wherein the first component when magnetically attached to each other, forms a multiple circumference loop, thereby enabling a person to change wearing style of the necklace jewelry instantly.
Description
BACKGROUND
Technical Field

The embodiments herein generally relate to a jewelry worn by a wearer and more particularly, to a necklace segment of jewelry which is capable of being arranged or rearranged in different design configurations and worn as per the likes of the wearer. This is a more significant segment of jewelry after bangles, earing or stud category.


Description of the Related Art

Usually, a wearer of jewelry is often bored and has a monotonous kind of experience in having a single unchangeable piece of jewelry and may have a desire to have a variety of jewelry pieces which can be used according to the dress or occasion. Alternatively, the wearer might desire to change the design of the jewelry to match the style without having to purchase jewelry separately each time or to achieve some fashion goals. This experience will not only give a happy experience but a larger satisfaction in terms of value for money.


Various solutions have been proposed in the past, which helps to modify the design of each category of jewelry into another however, those solutions are deficit with Design quality, Variability and truly Versatile. Also, several solutions also allow for removal, replacement or addition of ornaments from the jewelry itself. Many of these solutions are mechanically and operably complex and thus prone to failure in forming and in its appeal.


Accordingly, there remains a need for a simple, easy to operate variably changing jewelry article, which is capable of being arranged or rearranged in different design configurations and worn as per the likes of the wearer. From the customer point of view, they seek more for the kind of product that provides ease in use, value for money, solution to problems in a bundle package.


SUMMARY

The embodiment herein provides a magnetic necklace jewelry. A magnetic necklace jewelry said jewelry includes a first component consisting of a multiple magnetic elements characterized in that the magnetic elements is embedded within inside portion of the first component; a second component consisting of an interconnected elements forming a chain on either side of the first component, wherein the second component is integrated to said multiple magnetic elements on either side along length of the second component; Wherein said magnetic elements when free forms a design having a single circumference loop, wherein when the magnetic elements are magnetically connected to each other forms a design with a multiple circumference loop thereby enabling a person to change wearing pattern of the necklace jewelry instantly.


In an embodiment, the magnets embedded within the inside portions of the first component may have dimensions in the range between 1 mm to 2 mm. The magnets may be made from nickel platted neodymium having dimension Length—2 mm×height—2 mm×width—2 mm.


In one embodiment, the magnetic flux density (B) and magnetic field strength (H) of the magnets are between 33 and 35 BH. The magnet may be integrated within the inside portions of the first component by soldering the magnets using chemical adhesives, which may not be harmful for wearer's skin and nonreactive to material used in the inside portions.


In an example embodiment, the first component may be consisting of part A and part B, when magnetically attached or detached to each other forms a varied necklace design having a smaller loop and a bigger loop.


In one example embodiment, the first component is of an irregular geometric shape, defined geometric shape, etc. Here, the magnets may be placed inside a cover, wherein the magnetic elements on part A is outside the cover by 0.3 mm and the magnetic elements on part B is within the cover by 0.3 mm.


In an embodiment, the first components are made from gold, silver, nickel, copper, alloy metals, plastics, polycarbonate or like. The second component consisting of the interconnected elements has a varied design structure that is aesthetically curated as per trending fashion.


These and other aspects of the embodiments herein will be better appreciated and understood when considered in conjunction with the following description and the accompanying drawings. It should be understood, however, that the following descriptions, while indicating preferred embodiments and numerous specific details thereof, are given by way of illustration and not of limitation. Many changes and modifications may be made within the scope of the embodiments herein without departing from the spirit thereof, and the embodiments herein include all such modifications.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

An embodiment of this invention, illustrating its features, will now be described in detail. The words “comprising,” “having,” “containing,” and “including,” and other forms thereof, are intended to be equivalent in meaning and be open ended in that an item or items following any one of these words is not meant to be an exhaustive listing of such item or items or meant to be limited to only the listed item or items.


As mentioned, there remains a need for a simple, easy to operate variably changing jewelry article, which is capable of being arranged or rearranged in different design configurations and worn as per the likes of the wearer. The present embodiments herein provide a necklace jewelry which is capable of being arranged or rearranged in different design configurations and worn as per the likes of the wearer. Referring now to FIG. 1 through 5 to describe the various embodiments of the present invention.



FIG. 1 illustrates top view of a necklace 100 arranged in an open configuration free from any magnetic linking according to an embodiment mentioned herein. This is a usual configuration of the necklace of the present embodiment. The necklace includes a first component 102 embedded with multiple magnets 112. The first component is divided into part A and part B, wherein characterized in that the magnets are embedded within inside portion 116 of the first component such that to attach or detach, part A from part B.


In an aspect, the necklace also includes a second component 104 consisting of mechanically interconnected metal elements which is forming a chain and connected to either side of the first component thereby forming a necklace like jewelry article. Here, in an embodiment, when the necklace is free from any magnetic linkages forms a single larger circumference loop 106. This larger loop 106 may have length in the range between 15 to 25 inches.



FIG. 2 illustrates a top view of a necklace configuration in which when first element is magnetically linked together, forms multiple loop necklace according to an embodiment mentioned herein. As mentioned above, when the first component 102 magnetically detached or free, forms a single larger circumference loop 106 having length in the range between 15 to 25 inches. Whereas, when the first component may be magnetically attached to each other, forms a multiple circumference loop, thereby enabling a person to change wearing style of the necklace jewelry instantly.


In an embodiment, the first component 102 magnetically attaches each other, forms a varied necklace design having a smaller loop 108 with length in the range 5 to 10 inches and a bigger loop 110 with length in the range 10 to 15 inches.



FIG. 3 (a) illustrates an open loop configuration of a necklace, (b) illustrates closed loop configuration when the first component is magnetically attached and (c) illustrates a 3D view of the necklace in open loop configuration according to an embodiment mentioned herein. The various configurations of necklace may be achieved from the present embodiment by interaction of part A with part B of the first component. In FIG. 3 (a) the first component is free from any magnetic linkages and the resulting design forms a larger loop depicting as a normal chain jewelry worn by the wearer.


In FIG. 3 (b) the first component is magnetically linked together to form a closed loop design which is aesthetically a different design than the previous one when the first component is free. In FIG. 3 (c) the 3D view of the necklace in open loop configuration indicates the placement of the magnets within part A and part B of the first component.



FIG. 4 illustrates a 3D view of a necklace in an open loop configuration showing the magnets which are embedded in the first element according to an embodiment mentioned herein. The first component consisting of part A and part B magnetically attaches each other, forms a varied necklace design having a smaller loop 108 with length in the range 5 to 10 inches and a bigger loop 110 with length in the range 10 to 15 inches. In an embodiment, the second component consisting of the interconnected metal elements has a varied design structure that is aesthetically curated as per any design or pattern.



FIG. 5 illustrates an exploded view of the first element 102 consisting of part A and part B according to an embodiments mentioned herein. In an embodiment, the magnets may be embedded within the inside portion 116 of the first component which may have dimensions in the range between 1 mm to 2 mm. the magnets are placed inside a cover 114, wherein the magnet on part A is outside the cover by 0.3 mm and the magnet on part B is within the cover by 0.3 mm, thereby overlapping each other without any gap.


In another embodiment, the magnets may be made from nickel platted neodymium having dimension Length—2 mm×height—2 mm×width—2 mm. The magnetic flux density (B) and magnetic field strength (H) of the magnets are in the range between 33 and 35 BH.


In an embodiment, the magnets are integrated within the inside portions 116 of the first component by soldering the magnets using chemical adhesives, which are not harmful for wearer's skin and nonreactive to material used in the inside portions. In an embodiment, the second component be made up of the interconnected metal elements which has a varied design structure that may be aesthetically curated as per any design or pattern trending in chain jewelry.


Thus, a necklace jewelry is capable of being arranged or rearranged in different design configurations and worn as per the likes of the wearer may be achieved by the present embodiment. In an example embodiment, the first component is of an irregular geometric shape, defined geometric shape, etc. In an alternate embodiment, the first components are made from gold, silver, nickel, copper, alloy metals, plastics, polycarbonate or like.


The foregoing description of the specific embodiments will so fully reveal the general nature of the embodiments herein that others can, by applying current knowledge, readily modify and/or adapt for various applications such specific embodiments without departing from the generic concept, and, therefore, such adaptations and modifications should and are intended to be comprehended within the meaning and range of equivalents of the disclosed embodiments. Claims
  • 1. A magnetic necklace jewelry (100), said jewelry comprising: a first component 102 embedded with multiple magnets 112 which is divided into part A and part B, characterized in that the magnets being embedded within inside portion 116 of the first component such that to attach or detach, part A from part B;a second component 104 consisting of mechanically interconnected metal elements forming a chain which is connected to either side of the first component thereby forming a necklace like jewelry article;Wherein said first component 102 when magnetically detached or free, forms a single larger circumference loop (106) having length in the range between 15 to 25 inches, wherein the first component when magnetically attached to each other, forms a multiple circumference loop, thereby enabling a person to change wearing style of the necklace jewelry instantly.
  • 2. The magnetic necklace jewelry as claimed in claim 1, wherein the magnets embedded within the inside portion 116 of the first component has dimensions in the range between 1 mm to 2 mm.
  • 3. The magnetic necklace jewelry as claimed in claim 1, wherein the magnets are made from nickel platted neodymium having dimension Length—2 mm×heigh—2 mm×width—2 mm.
  • 4. The magnetic necklace jewelry as claimed in claim 1, wherein the magnetic flux density (B) and magnetic field strength (H) of the magnets are between 33 and 35 BH.
  • 5. The magnetic necklace jewelry as claimed in claim 1, wherein the magnets are integrated within the inside portions (116) of the first component by soldering the magnets using chemical adhesives, which are not harmful for wearer's skin and nonreactive to material used in the inside portions.

The magnetic necklace jewelry as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first component consisting of part A and part B magnetically attaches each other, forms a varied necklace design having a smaller loop 108 with length in the range 5 to 10 inches and a bigger loop 110 with length in the range 10 to 15 inches.
  • 7. The magnetic necklace jewelry as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first component is of an irregular geometric shape, defined geometric shape, etc.
  • 8. The magnetic necklace jewelry as claimed in claim 1, wherein the magnets are placed inside a cover 114, wherein the magnet on part A is outside the cover by 0.3 mm and the magnet on part B is within the cover by 0.3 mm, thereby overlapping each other without any gap.
  • 9. The magnetic necklace jewelry as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first components are made from gold, silver, nickel, copper, alloy metals, plastics, polycarbonate or like.
  • 10. The magnetic necklace jewelry as claimed in claim 1, wherein the second component consisting of the interconnected metal elements has a varied design structure that is aesthetically curated as per any design or pattern.
