Claims
- 1. A perpendicular recording medium comprising:a substrate, a perpendicular magnetization film, at least one first soft magnetization film formed between the substrate and the perpendicular magnetization film, and a second soft magnetization film formed on said perpendicular magnetization film, wherein a thickness of the second soft magnetization film is less than a thickness of the perpendicular magnetization film, and the thickness of the second soft magnetization film is within a range of 2 nm to 10 nm, and a total thickness of said second soft magnetization film and the perpendicular magnetization film is within a range of 7 nm to 100 nm.
- 2. The perpendicular recording medium according to claim 1, wherein said second soft magnetization film includes a material selected from the group consisting of permalloy, CoNiZr, FeSi, FeAlSi and CoNbZr.
