CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS

This is a U. S. patent application which claims the priority and benefit of Chinese Patent Application Number 202322052896.5, filed on Aug. 2, 2023, the disclosure of which is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety.

TECHNICAL FIELD

The present disclosure relates to the field of entertainment toy, and in particular, to a magnetic suction toy water ball.

BACKGROUND

The existing toy water balls are divided into the following two types: the first type is a disposable ball that cannot be used again after being ruptured; the second type is a magnetic suction water ball, which combines two valve bodies through a magnetic force, the water ball is broken open as it is thrown out and hit an object or human body to overcome the magnetic force and thus internal water is splashed around for an entertainment purpose.

Utility Model Patent CN214319126U discloses a toy water ball, the toy water ball includes several valve bodies, each valve body has a first edge portion and a second edge portion; the first edge portion is provided with at least one first magnetic suction members, the second edge portion is provided with at least one second magnetic suction members; a suction force is generated by the first magnetic suction members on the first edge portion of each valve body and the second magnetic suction members on the second edge portion of adjacent valve body to tightly fit the first edge portion of the valve body with the second edge portion of the adjacent valve body when the valve bodies are surrounded to form a spherical shape, and thereby forming a chamber for carrying water together.

In the above technical solution, multiple valve bodies are used to form a water ball, which has a complex structure and high production cost. Moreover, only magnetic suction members are used as a fixing mode, and a watertightness and stability after connection are insufficient, and it is easy to be splashed during a process of throwing.

SUMMARY

In order to make up for the shortcomings in the existing technology, the present disclosure provides a magnetic suction type toy water ball, which has a simple structure, it effectively reduces the production cost, has good watertightness and stability after connection, and is not easy to be splashed during a process of flying.

In order to achieve the above objectives, the technical scheme adopted by the present disclosure is as follows:

    • a magnetic suction toy water ball, including a first valve body and a second valve body, where an edge of the first valve body is provided with a first fixing ring, a top edge of the first fixing ring is provided with a convex rib and a bottom surface of the first fixing ring is provided with multiple first magnets; an edge of the second valve body is provided with a second fixing ring, a top edge of the second fixing ring is provided with a groove and a bottom surface of the second fixing ring is provided with multiple second magnets; the first fixing ring and the second fixing ring are connected with a flexible connecting strip, and the convex rib is clamped with the groove.

In an embodiment, a width of the connecting strip gradually decreases from both sides to the middle, and a thickness of the connecting strip gradually decreases from both sides to the middle.

In an embodiment, the multiple first magnets include a circular magnet and an arc-shaped magnet that are alternately arranged; the multiple second magnets include a circular magnet and an arc-shaped magnet that are alternately arranged.

In an embodiment, the first fixing ring, the second fixing ring, and the connecting strip are integrally formed.

In an embodiment, the first fixing ring is clamped with or bonded to the first valve body, and the second fixing ring is clamped with or bonded to the second valve body.

Compared to the existing technology, the present disclosure has the following beneficial technical effects:

    • the magnetic suction toy water ball of the present disclosure has advantage that overall components are small, the magnetic suction toy water ball has simple structure, and it is beneficial for reducing a production cost; the two valve bodies are closed by an absorption force of the first magnet and second magnet, which can be used multiple times. Moreover, a watertightness and stability of the two valve bodies after connection are strengthened by proving a rib and a groove, thereby avoiding water leakage and easy being splashed of the water ball during a process of flying.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

Many specific details are elaborated in the following description to facilitate a full understanding of the present disclosure. However, the present disclosure can be implemented in many other ways different from this description, and those skilled in the art can make similar amendment without departing from the technical solution of the present disclosure. Therefore, the present disclosure is not limited by the specific embodiments disclosed below.

Embodiment 1

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a magnetic suction toy water ball includes a first valve body 1 and a second valve body 2, both of which can be made of silicone or plastic, in a shape of a plum blossom and can be merged into a dysmorphism sphere. In an implementation mode, the first valve body 1 and the second valve body 2 are merged into a shape of special sphere or special cavity.

An edge of the first valve body 1 is connected with a first fixing ring 3 through clamping or bonding. A top edge of the first fixing ring 3 is provided with a convex rib 31 and a bottom surface of the first fixing ring 3 is provided with multiple first magnets 4. The multiple first magnets 4 include a circular magnet and an arc-shaped magnet that are alternately arranged.

An edge of the second valve body 2 is connected with a second fixing ring 5 through clamping or bonding. A top edge of the second fixing ring 5 is provided with a groove 51 and a bottom surface of the second fixing ring 5 is provided with multiple second magnets 6. The multiple second magnets 6 include a circular magnet and an arc-shaped magnet that are alternately arranged.

The first fixing ring 3 and the second fixing ring 5 are connected with a flexible connecting strip 7, and the convex rib 31 is clamped with the groove 51, which can improve a leak-tightness and prevent water from flowing out from a gap between the first fixing ring 3 and the second fixing ring 5. At the same time, it also improves a stability of a connection between the two valve bodies.

A width of connecting strip 7 gradually decreases from both sides to the middle, rendering it have a larger connection area with the two fixing rings; a thickness of the connecting strip 7 gradually decreases from both sides to the middle, and rendering it is convenience to be folded and close the two valve bodies. The first fixing ring 3, the second fixing ring 5, and the connecting strip 7 are integrally formed.

Embodiment 2

As shown in FIG. 3, a magnetic suction toy water ball differs from Embodiment 1 in that:

    • the first valve body 1 and the second valve body 2 are both in a shape of circular, and the two valve bodies can be merged into a common sphere. The first magnet 4 and the second magnet 6 are both multiple arc-shaped magnets without circular magnets. The multiple arc-shaped magnets are evenly distributed along the circular valve body, forming a circular shape, which can render the two valve bodies perfectly fit without a gap and provide better leak-tightness effect for water.

The above are only some embodiments of the present disclosure and are not intended to limit it. Although detailed explanations of the present disclosure have been provided with reference to the embodiments, it is still possible for those skilled in the art to modify the technical solutions recorded in the embodiments or equivalently substitute some technical features. However, any modification, equivalent substitution, or improvement, etc., made within the spirit and principles of the present disclosure, should be included in the protection scope of the present disclosure.
