Abstract
The present invention relates to a device and a method associated with the device. With respect to the device, it is a two to four decorated magnets, which keeps the collar up and immobile. This device can be used to keep the collar of an individuals shirt from moving. The core components of the invention are magnets, glue, gemstones, raw stones, and either gold, brass, silver, or copper, which, generally speaking, are configured as follows: one magnet inside the collar of the shirt and another magnet on the outer region of the collared shirt, or one magnet within the collar of the shirt with another magnet between the shirt and the inner region of the collar and finalizing the last magnet on the outer region of the collar shirt. With respect to the device it should be further noted that the purpose of this device is to keep the collar of the shirt from moving. With respect to the associated method, In order to carry out the method the following core steps are followed: place one magnet inside the collar of the shirt, step two is to place the other magnet on the outer region of the collar and at the same time connecting it to the magnet that is on the inside of the collar. Ultimately, at the conclusion of these steps the collar of the shirt should not be moving and in place of desired specification.
Description
BACKGROUND
1. Field of the Invention

The invention relates generally to magnets that keep a collar of a shirt in place

2. Background

Currently there are no solutions for this problem.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

It is desirable to have a collar cuff which keeps the collar of a shirt up right, in place, and stable. Furthermore, it would also be desirable to have a collar cuff device that looks neat, fashionable, and professional. The disclosed device and associated method advantageously fill this need and addresses the aforementioned deficiencies by providing a way to keep the collar of a shirt attached to the shirt using magnets.

Disclosed is a Collar Cuff, which is made up of the following components two magnets, raw stones/gem stones, and super glue. These components are connected as follows place the decorative magnet on the outer part of the collar and align it with the other magnet that is placed within the collar. After the magnets are aligned the collar will be stabilized.

The Collar Cuff may also have one or more of the following: {(1) one magnet that is on the outer side of each collar and another magnet inside of each collar of the shirt and an additional magnet inside each collar of the shirt. (2) Or a collar shirt that comes equipped with a two magnets within the collar of the shirt, which connects to the magnet that is on the outer sides of the collar, (3) an u-shaped metal/plastic bar that has the ends of each side bent making a L-shape. These L-shaped ends are also magnets. This version of the Collar Cuff would fit under the collar of the shirt and would connect to a magnet which is on each outer region of the collar.

The disclosed Collar Cuff is unique when compared with other known alternatives and solutions because it is easier to use than the button on a shirt, it allows more access than the button on a shirt, and the Collar Cuff makes is easier to control the mobility of the collar as well.

The Collar Cuff also is faster to use than any other solution.

The disclosed Collar Cuff is unique in that it is structurally different from other known solutions to keeping the collar of a shirt in place. More specifically, the Collar Cuff is unique due to the presence of: (1) {Magnets}; (2) {Raw stones, natural stones, and precious metals}; and (3) {The curing process that takes place to make the Collar Cuff itself}.

Furthermore, the process associated with the aforementioned Collar Cuff is likewise unique. More specifically, the disclosed process owes its uniqueness to the fact that it: (1) {Stabilizes the collar of the shirt without damaging the integrity of the shirt}; (2) {the Collar Cuff also combines personality, flare, versatility in any environment }; and (3) {It's combination of components that formulates the Collar Cuff itself.

The Collar Cuff is initially sold as a set but individual cuffs can be made. A set of Collar Cuffs is made with a total of four magnets. Each cuff requires two magents. One magnet is placed on the inside of the collar and the other magnet is placed on the outer side of the collar. Magnets were chosen because of the properties the magnets provide without compromising the integrity of the collar of the shirt.

The unique setting is composed of either raw stones, natural stones, or gems and sometimes precious metals to form a decorative piece.

After the setting is designed then created it is either adhered, soldered, or welded to the magnet that is placed on the outer side of the collar. Allowance of time is needed for the new creative piece to cure.

Once cured the new decorative piece is ready to be placed on the outer side of the collar and lined up with the magnet that is placed on the inside of the collar for collar stability and immobility.

This disclosure will now provide a more detailed and specific description that will refer to the accompanying drawings. The drawings and specific descriptions of the drawings, as well as any specific or alternative embodiments discussed, are intended to be read in conjunction with the entirety of this disclosure. The Magnets that keep a collar of a shirt in place. may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as being limited to the embodiments set forth herein; rather, these embodiments are provided by way of illustration only and so that this disclosure will be thorough, complete and fully convey understanding to those skilled in the art.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

The present invention is directed to magnets that keep a collar of a shirt in place

In its most complete form, the Collar Cuff is made up of the following components {(1.) 2-4 magnets, a natural raw stone, a tumbled raw stone, a gem stone, or a welded metal such as gold, platinum, silver, copper, stainless steel, surgical, and bronze. These components are either welded together, adhered together by glue, or are soldered together.

The most complete form of performing the method associated with the disclosed Collar Cuff consists of the following steps (1.) get four magnets, (2.) create the setting that is desired (a setting can be a raw stone, tumbled raw stone, or a gem stone placed in a metal setting such as gold, platinum, silver, copper, stainless steel, surgical, and bronze, or a setting can be a logo, initials, a symbols, . . . etc that is made up of gold, platinum, silver, copper, stainless steel, surgical, and bronze. (3.) after the setting is created the designer then adheres it to a magnet by glue, soldering, or welding.

Once the adhesive process is completed, place the created setting on the outer region of the collar and place the other magnet on the inside of the collar, and the two magnets will attract together to keep the collar in position.

These are two different sets of Collar Cuffs. The top row outside magnets are the design magnets that go on the outer region of the collar, while the two inside magnets go on the inside of the shirts collar. The same is for the multicolored Collar Cuffs on the bottom.

This picture displays one multicolored Collar Cuff stabilizing the collar of the shirt, while the other collar is without the Collar Cuff.
