Description
CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS

This application claims the benefit of priority from Chinese Patent Application No. 202422546204.7, filed on Oct. 22, 2024. The content of the aforementioned application, including any intervening amendments thereto, is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety.

TECHNICAL FIELD

This application relates to make-up tools, and more specifically to a makeup brush.

BACKGROUND

During a makeup process, liquid or cream cosmetics (such as liquid foundation, concealer, sunscreen, cream blush) are generally required to be taken by hands of the makeup artist, makeup sponges or powder puffs, dotted to a part of the face to be put with makeups, and then swept using a brush. Such a makeup process is cumbersome and requires multiple makeup tools. Moreover, due to the soft and loose porous sponge structure of the beauty egg and the powder puff, the makeup is prone to be absorbed by the beauty egg or the powder puff when taken or dotted by the beauty egg or the powder puff. This causes a large amount of makeup wastes, and the makeup residue in the beauty egg or the powder puff is also prone to affect the makeup effect in the subsequent uses. If the used beauty eggs and powder puffs are not cleaned in time, the makeups accumulated in the beauty eggs and powder puffs may become moldy or dry and hard, or deteriorate, which will seriously affect their performance and bring great inconvenience to the makeup process.

SUMMARY

Based on this, an objective of the present disclosure is to provide a multi-functional makeup brush that integrates a rubber head and bristles.

The technical solutions of the present disclosure are as follows.

This application provides a makeup brush, comprising a handle, a rubber head for taking and applying a makeup, and bristles for spreading the makeup, wherein the rubber head and the bristles are connected to the same end of the handle. During a makeup process, liquid or cream cosmetics (such as liquid foundation, concealer, sunscreen, cream blush) are taken and evenly spread by using the rubber head and then swept by using the bristles, or are applied by solely using the rubber head or the bristles. On one hand, as the rubber head is smooth and soft, it is not likely to absorb the makeup when taking the liquid or cream cosmetics, and it can be cleaned by wiping with water, make-up removing wet wipes or make-up removing oil after use. This effectively overcomes the problems of makeup wastage and residue on the existing makeup tool due to the absorption of makeup when using the beauty egg or the powder puff. On the other hand, due to the integrated arrangement of the rubber head and the bristles, the user can use a single tool to complete the dotting and sweeping of cream or liquid cosmetics such as liquid foundation and sunscreen, and the subsequent operation of applying powder cosmetics such as fixing powder, which is convenient and conducive to enhancing the efficiency of putting makeups.

In an embodiment, the handle comprises a handle body; an end of the handle body is provided with an accommodating cavity; and a first end of the rubber head and a first end of each of the bristles are embedded in the accommodating cavity in parallel and are fastened to the handle body.

In an embodiment, the handle further comprises a bottom base; and the bottom base comprises at least one flat surface to which at least one of the first end of the rubber head and the first end of each of the bristles is adhesively bonded. The bottom base is embedded in the accommodating cavity, and is detachably connected to the handle body.

In an embodiment, the first end of the rubber head and the first end of each of the bristles are adhesively bonded to the bottom base, and embedded in the accommodating cavity. When the multifunctional makeup brush provided in this application is manufactured and molded, the first end of the rubber head is firstly bonded to the bottom base in alignment with the edge of the bottom base, and then the first end of each of the bristles is bonded next to the rubber head in alignment with the bottom base. After that, the bottom base bonded with the rubber head and the bristles is embedded into the accommodating cavity. Such configurations are convenient for the manufacturing and for the user to disassemble and change the replacement device when in use. When using the makeup brush, if the user needs bristles with different skin feel or different thickness, the user can directly remove the existing rubber head or bristles, and bonds another replacement rubber head or bristles to get a better use experience.

In an embodiment, a second end of the rubber head is provided with an applying surface; and a side of the applying surface back from the bristles is inclined towards the handle body. The rubber head is made of a flexible and smooth material, so that the rubber head is not likely to absorb makeups when taking the liquid or cream makeups, and it also can evenly and smoothly spread the makeup after dotting the makeup to a designated position without leaving obvious traces. Moreover, the smooth applying surface of the rubber head can also reduce the makeup residue. As such, after being used, the rubber head can be cleaned by wiping with water or a make-up remover for subsequent uses. The side of the applying surface away from the bristles is inclined towards the handle body, and the applying surface is curved or flat. Since the rubber head and the bristles are adjacent to each other, and are bonded to the same end of the handle, the user will hold the handle, and the smooth applying surface tilted to the side away from the bristles will directly face the user. In this case, the users only need to rotate their holding direction to conveniently reverse the spatial angle of the rubber head to apply the makeups to the required position using the smooth applying surface.

In an embodiment, a height of a portion of the bristles away from the rubber head is greater than or equal to a height of a portion of the bristles close to the rubber head. Edges of the bristles form a straight line or an arc. The bristles as a whole are in the shape of a flat brush, an oblique brush or a circular arc brush, which is convenient for the user to brush the area to be applied at a certain angle.

In an embodiment, the height of the rubber head is equal to the height of the highest part of the bristles. Since the bristles and the rubber head are set at the same end of the handle, the bristles and the rubber head are close to each other, and the bristles roughly present an outwardly inclined shape that is high near the rubber head and low far away from the rubber head. The height of the rubber head is set to be equal to the height of the highest portion of the bristles, which ensures that the height of the portion of the rubber head abutting the bristles is equal to the height of the portion of the bristles abutting the rubber head, rendering the articulation between the bristles with the rubber head smooth, so as to prevent the user from being poked and injured by the overlong protruding rubber head or bristles during uses.

The beneficial effects of the present disclosure are as follows.

The makeup brush provided in this application integrates the functions of dotting and spreading. The user can use the rubber head to dot or apply creamy cosmetics, and can use the brush head to apply creamy or powdery cosmetics. In the case of using the existing makeup sponges to apply liquid makeups, the liquid makeups will be trapped within the porous structure, which will further contaminate the makeup tool, and make the makeup tool difficult to clean. By comparison, the makeup brush provided in this application includes a rubber head, which is not likely to absorb liquid or cream makeups, and is easy to clean, allowing for better use convenience and improved make- up efficiency.
