Claims
- 1. An isolated polynucleotide encoding a polypeptide comprising a sequence of amino acid residues that is at least 90% identical to an amino acid sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO:2 from residue 25 to residue 176.
- 2. The isolated polynucleotide according to claim 1, wherein said polypeptide comprises a sequence of amino acid residues that is 90% identical to an amino acid sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO:2 from residue 1 to residue 176.
- 3. The isolated polynucleotide according to claim 1, wherein said polypeptide comprises an amino acid sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO:2 from residue 25 to residue 176.
- 4. The isolated polynucleotide according to claim 1, wherein said polypeptide comprises an amino acid sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO:2 from residue 25 to residue 176.
- 5. An isolated polynucleotide comprising a sequence of nucleotides that encode a polypeptide as shown in SEQ ID NO:4 from residue 25 to residue 151.
- 6. The isolated polynucleotide according to claim 5, wherein said sequence of nucleotides encodes a polypeptide as shown in SEQ ID NO:4 from residue 1 to residue 151.
- 7. An isolated polynucleotide comprising a sequence of nucleotides that encode a polypeptide as shown in SEQ ID NO:13.
- 8. An isolated polynucleotide comprising a sequence of nucleotides that encode a polypeptide as shown in SEQ ID NO:26.
- 9. An isolated polynucleotide comprising a sequence of nucleotides that encode a polypeptide as shown in SEQ ID NO:19 from residue 25 to residue 176.
- 10. The isolated polynucleotide according to claim 9, wherein said sequence of nucleotides encodes a polypeptide as shown in SEQ ID NO:19 from residue 1 to residue 176.
- 11. An isolated polynucleotide comprising a sequence of nucleotides that encode a polypeptide as shown in SEQ ID NO:25.
- 12. An isolated polynucleotide comprising a sequence of nucleotides that encode a polypeptide as shown in SEQ ID NO:34 from residue 25 to residue 154.
- 13. The isolated polynucleotide according to claim 12, wherein said sequence of nucleotides encodes a polypeptide as shown in SEQ ID NO:34 from residue 1 to residue 154.
