Claims
- 1. A method of crimping the projecting end of a wrapper containing an article stack, the method comprising the steps of:
a) sliding the projecting end of the wrapper in a first linear direction; b) sliding the projecting end of the wrapper in a second linear direction transverse to the first direction; and c) rolling the projecting end of the wrapper into a rolled crimped end of the wrapper by continuously performing steps a) and b).
- 2. The method of claim 1 wherein the coin wrapper defines an axis and wherein:
d) the step a) includes sliding the projecting end of the wrapper in a radial direction; and e) the step b) includes sliding the projecting end of the wrapper in an axial direction towards the article stack.
