The present invention relates to a manual weaving machine which is operated comfortably, securely, and safety.
As shown in
In operation, a first string 15 and a second string 16 have a same color, and a color of a third string 17 is different from the first and second strings 15, 16. The third string 17 is surrounded around the second extension 142, and the first string 15 and the second string 16 are winded back to the first connection column 12 via the second extension 142, the second connection column 13, and the fork rack 14, wherein the first string 15 is winded between the first extension 141 and the second extension 142 of the fork rack 14, and the second string 16 is winded through the first extension 141. A head end of the third string 17 is tied on the second string 16, and a distal end of the third string 17 is winded through the first string 15. Thereafter, the first string 15 and the second string 16 are winded back to the second connection column 13.
The first, second, third strings are removed from the string arrangement stand 1 and are supported at predetermined positions respectively so that the first, second, third strings are woven by using the manual weaving machine.
However, the manual weaving machine is operated uncomfortably, and user cannot take a rest in the weaving process.
The present invention has arisen to mitigate and/or obviate the afore-described disadvantages.
The primary objective of the present invention is to provide a manual weaving machine which is operated comfortably, securely, and safety.
To obtain above-mentioned objective, a manual weaving machine provided by the present invention contains: a base formed in an H shape, a first connection column, and a second connection column.
The base includes a C-shaped support arranged thereon, the first connection column and the second connection column which are erected on the C-shaped support and are spaced a distance between the first connection column and the second connection column, wherein an upper end of an outer wall of the first connection column is connected with a first horizontal extension, a second horizontal extension is connected on a middle section of the outer wall of the first connection column, and a third horizontal extension is connected on a lower end of the outer wall of the first connection column.
An upper end of an outer wall of the second connection column is connected with a first horizontal stein, and a second horizontal stein is connected on a lower end of the outer wall of the second connection column.
A lateral post is locked on a first end of a top of the C-shaped support by using a nut after inserting through a recess of a fixing sheet on an outer peripheral side of the C-shaped support adjacent to the first end of the top of the C-shaped support.
The first horizontal extension, the second horizontal extension, and the third horizontal extension are connected with one of two first connection sheets.
The first horizontal stein and the second horizontal stein are connected with the other first connection sheet, and two middle portions of the two connection sheets are coupled on two ends of the second connection sheet respectively.
An expansion structure is arranged on the outer peripheral side of the C-shaped support beside a bottom of the first connection column, and a shaft extends from an inner peripheral side of the C-shaped support adjacent to a rear end of the top of the C-shaped support.
A fixing structure is arranged on an outer wall of the second connection column, and the fixing structure has a coupling sheet connected on a lower end of the outer wall of the second connection column, a C-shaped rack coupled with a lower end of the outer wall of the second connection column, a top of the coupling sheet and an upper end of the other first connection sheet, and an operation bar rotatably connected between the coupling sheet and one of two corners of the C-shaped rack.
In weaving process, the pull lever of the expansion structure is pulled to drive the driven lever so that the expandable piece is actuated by the driven lever, and the yarn is pulled in a triangle shape by using the pull lever, the driven lever, and the expandable piece. In the meantime, a positioning piece is winded into a hollowly triangular space of the yarn and to pull the yarn tightly. The lateral post is moved adjustably, and the operation bar is pulled to change a position of the C-shaped rack, thus pulling the yarn tightly. Preferably, user is capable of stopping the weaving process to take a rest.
Thereby, the manual weaving machine has advantages as follows:
The expansion structure is arranged on the outer peripheral side of the C-shaped support beside the bottom of the first connection column, wherein the expansion structure has the pull lever, the driven lever, and the expandable piece. The expandable piece is driven by the driven lever to swing upward so that warps of multiple yarns are staggered upward and downward, thus avoiding manually pulling the warps.
The second connection column is erected on the C-shaped support and has the coupling sheet, the operation bar, and the C-shaped rack so that a tension of the yarns is released to avoid a damage of the manual weaving machine.
The lateral post is locked on the first end of the top of the C-shaped support by using the nut after inserting through the recess of the fixing sheet on the outer peripheral side of the C-shaped support adjacent to the first end of the top of the C-shaped support. Thereby, when a length of a fabric material is too long and the coupling sheet retracts downward, thus adjusting the tightness of the yarns.
With reference to
The base 2 includes a C-shaped support 21 arranged thereon, wherein the first connection column 3 and the second connection column 4 are erected on the C-shaped support 21 and are spaced a distance therebetween, wherein an upper end of an outer wall of the first connection column 3 is connected with a first horizontal extension 31, a second horizontal extension 32 is connected on a middle section of the outer wall of the first connection column 3, and a third horizontal extension 33 is connected on a lower end of the outer wall of the first connection column 3. An upper end of an outer wall of the second connection column 4 is connected with a first horizontal stein 41, and a second horizontal stein 42 is connected on a lower end of the outer wall of the second connection column 4. A lateral post 5 is locked on a first end of a top of the C-shaped support 21 by using a nut after inserting through a recess 221 of the fixing sheet 22 on an outer peripheral side of the C-shaped support 21 adjacent to the first end of the top of the C-shaped support 21. The first horizontal extension 31, the second horizontal extension 32, and the third horizontal extension 33 are connected with one of two first connection sheets 6. The first horizontal stein 41 and the second horizontal stein 42 are connected with the other first connection sheet 6, and two middle portions of the two connection sheets 6 are coupled on two ends of the second connection sheet 7 respectively. An expansion structure 34 is arranged on the outer peripheral side of the C-shaped support 21 beside a bottom of the first connection column 3, wherein the expansion structure 34 has a pull lever 341 rotatably connected with a driven lever 342 on the outer peripheral side of the C-shaped support 21 beside the bottom of the first connection column 3, and the expansion structure 34 has an expandable piece 343 connected on the first connection column 3 and the one first connection sheet 6, wherein an end of the expandable piece 343 is coupled with the driven lever 342. A fixing structure 43 is arranged on an outer wall of the second connection column 4, and the fixing structure 43 has a coupling sheet 431 connected on a lower end of the outer wall of the second connection column 4, a C-shaped rack 432 coupled with a lower end of the outer wall of the second connection column 4, a top of the coupling sheet 431 and an upper end of the other first connection sheet 6, and an operation bar 433 rotatably connected between the coupling sheet 431 and one of two corners of the C-shaped rack 432.

Referring further to
In weaving process, the pull lever 341 of the expansion structure 34 is pulled to drive the driven lever 342 so that the expandable piece 343 is actuated by the driven lever 342, and the yarn is pulled in a triangle shape by using the pull lever 341, the driven lever 342, and the expandable piece 343. In the meantime, a positioning piece 8 is winded into a hollowly triangular space of the yarn and to pull the yarn tightly, as shown in
Thereby, the manual weaving machine has advantages as follows:
The expansion structure 34 is arranged on the outer peripheral side of the C-shaped support 21 beside the bottom of the first connection column 3, wherein the expansion structure 34 has the pull lever 341, the driven lever 342, and the expandable piece 343. The expandable piece 343 is driven by the driven lever 342 to swing upward so that warps of multiple yarns are staggered upward and downward, thus avoiding manually pulling the warps.
The second connection column 4 is erected on the C-shaped support 21 and has the coupling sheet 431, the operation bar 433, and the C-shaped rack 432 so that a tension of the yarns is released to avoid a damage of the manual weaving machine.
