Claims
- 1. A manually operated dispenser for dispensing media from a media supply means, said dispenser comprising:
- at least one duct means for a medium;
- at least one valve for substantially closing and opening at least one said at least one duct means, said at least one valve having a valve body cooperating with a valve seat, said valve body being a resiliently deformable disk body inserted between said valve seat and an opposite facing support face, said disk body having a self-resiliency in the manner of a disk spring to be operationally resilient for performing a deformation motion providing a resting position and a second position,
- said disk body being substantially planar in one of the resting position and the second position, wherein said disk body is braced between said valve seat and said support face by said self-resiliency, said disk body being substantially spherical in the other of said resting position and said second position, for moving onto and off of the valve seat.
- 2. The dispenser according to claim 1, wherein said disk is arranged in a valve chamber having a circumferential inner width extension in a vicinity of said disk body, said disk body having a circumferential outer width extension substantially smaller than said inner width extension of said valve chamber, thereby providing a positional centering for said disk body and a motion clearance for said deformation motion of the disk body.
- 3. The dispenser according to claim 2 wherein said disk body has an outer annular circumference defining said outer width extension and sealingly resting against said facing support face.
- 4. The dispenser according to claim 1, wherein said disk body has an outer annular circumference spacedly provided for alignment of said disk body.
- 5. The dispenser according to claim 1, wherein said disk body has a substantially spherical concave curved side providing an outer circumference of said disk body, said disk body resting against said facing supporting face with said outer circumference.
- 6. The dispenser according to claim 1, wherein said facing support face is an end face provided for movable receiving said disk body with respect to said deformation motion provided for raising said disk body from said valve seat.
- 7. The dispenser according to claim 1, wherein said disk body has a through opening providing a disk hole, means being provided for resiliently deforming said disk body to transfer said disk body between the resting position and the second position.
- 8. The dispenser according to claim 7, wherein said disk body is substantially annular, thereby providing said through opening, said disk body being a disk-like spring washer.
- 9. The dispenser according to claim 1, wherein said disk body is provided for opening said valve as a function of a pressure of the medium.
- 10. The dispenser according to claim 1, wherein said disk body is constructed self-resilient in a substantially axial direction.
- 11. The dispenser according to claim 1, wherein means are provided for decreasing a closing return tension of said disk body as a function of progress of said deformation motion defining an opening motion.
- 12. The dispenser according to claim 1, wherein said disk body is a disk made from steel and shaped spherical in one of the resting position and the second position.
- 13. The dispenser according to claims 1, wherein said disk body is a disk made from plastics and shaped spherical in one of the resting position and the second position.
- 14. The dispenser according to claim 1, wherein said at least one valve is an outlet valve provided for closing and opening an outlet duct means.
- 15. The dispenser according to claim 1, wherein said at least one valve is arranged in a piston unit of a pump means, said piston unit providing said duct means.
- 16. The dispenser according to claim 1, wherein said valve is arranged between two first and second duct means provided for separate supply with media flow, said disk body being exposed to the media flow supplied by either of said duct means.
- 17. The dispenser according to claim 16, wherein said two duct means issue into a common connecting duct, both of said two duct means traversing said valve body.
- 18. A manually operated dispenser for dispensing media from a media supply means, said dispenser comprising:
- at least one duct means for a medium;
- at least one valve for substantially closing and opening at least one said at least one duct means, said at least one valve having a deformable valve body cooperating with a valve seat, said valve body being arranged between said valve seat and an opposite facing support face, means being provided for transferring said valve body between an opening position and a closing position by deformation of said valve body and, for forcing said valve body towards said closing position by pressure of a medium, wherein said valve body is supportedly and annularly engaging said support face in a vicinity of an outer circumference.
- 19. A manually operated dispenser for dispensing media from a media supply means, said dispenser comprising:
- at least one duct means for a medium;
- at least one valve for substantially closing and opening at least one said at least one duct means, said at least one valve having a deformable valve body cooperating with a valve seat, said valve body being arranged between said valve seat and an opposite facing support face, said valve body opening by a deformation motion providing an opening position and a closing position, said valve body being arranged at the end of a rod providing said facing support face and wherein said rod is positionally fixedly inserted in a socket surrounding said valve body.
- 20. A manually operated dispenser for dispensing media from a media supply means, said dispenser comprising:
- at least one duct means for a medium;
- at least one valve for substantially closing and opening at least one said at least one duct means, said at least one valve having a deformable valve body cooperating with a valve seat, said valve body being arranged between said valve seat and an opposite facing support face, said valve body opening by a deformation motion providing an opening position and a closing position, and wherein a socket receiving said valve body is an end socket passing into said duct means in the vicinity of said valve seat.
- 21. A manually operated dispenser for dispensing media from a media supply means, said dispenser comprising:
- at least one duct means for a medium;
- at least one valve for substantially closing and opening at least one said at least one duct means, said at least one valve having a deformable valve body cooperation with a valve seat, said valve body being arranged between said valve seat and an opposite facing support face, said valve body opening by a deformation motion providing an opening position and a closing position, and wherein said valve body is arranged between two longitudinally chaining rod members fixedly interconnected and providing a rod element of a piston rod.
- 22. The dispenser according to claim 21, wherein said disk body is substantially planar in one of said opening position and said closing position.
- 23. A manually operated dispenser for dispensing media from a media supply means, said dispenser comprising:
- at least one duct means for a medium;
- at least one valve for substantially closing and opening at least one said at least one duct means, said at least one valve having a deformable valve body cooperating with a valve seat, said valve body being arranged between said valve seat and an opposite facing support face, said valve body opening by a deformation motion providing an opening position and a closing position, and wherein said valve is arranged in duct means of two simultaneously operating pumps, said duct means of both of said pumps traversing said valve body.
- 24. A manually operated dispenser for dispensing media from a media supply means, said dispenser comprising:
- at least one duct means for a medium;
- at least one valve for substantially closing and opening at least one said at least one duct means, said at least one valve having a deformable valve body cooperating with a valve seat, said valve body being arranged between said valve seat and an opposite facing support face, said valve body opening by a deformation motion providing resting position and a second position, wherein said valve body is provided by a disk body inserted between said valve seat and said facing support face, said valve body being operationally resilient, and substantially planar in one of the resting position and the second position, and substantially spherically concave in the other of said resting position and said second position, for moving onto and off of the valve seat, two pumps having pump chambers being provided, a first one of said two pumps being provided for operation in an upright position of the dispenser, a second one of said two pumps being provided for operation in an inverted position of said dispenser, suction ports being provided for connecting said pumps to said media supply means, outlet duct means being provided for discharging the media from said pump chambers, said outlet duct means being connected to said pump chambers, said outlet duct means having a common outlet duct for said two pumps, said at least one valve providing an outlet valve of said outlet duct means, said valve body opening said outlet valve to an area surrounding said valve seat.
- 25. A manually operated dispenser for dispensing media from a media supply means, said dispenser comprising:
- at least one duct means for a medium;
- at least one valve for substantially closing and opening at least one said at least one duct means, said at least one valve having a deformable valve body cooperating with a valve seat, said valve body being arranged between said valve seat and an opposite facing support face, said valve body opening by a deformation motion providing a resting position and a second position, wherein said valve body is provided by a disk body inserted between said valve seat and said facing support face, said valve body being operationally resilient, and substantially planar in one of the resting position and the second position, and substantially spherically concave in the other of said resting position and said second position, for moving onto and off of the valve seat, said valve being arranged between two first and second duct means provided for separate supply with media said second means being arranged in a manner surrounding said first duct means.
