Abstract
The present invention discloses a manufacturing method for a paper protective shell of a mobile device, comprising: selecting a paper material, and mixing the paper material with water to form a paper pulp; performing a mould press manner to press the paper pulp to form a shell by using a mold, and separating the shell from the mold to dry the shell; and performing an appearance color treatment to color an outer surface of the shell; wherein the colored shell is a final product after finishes the appearance color treatment, and the final product is the paper protective shell of the mobile device, and the paper protective shell is used to combine with the mobile device.
Description
BACKGROUND OF INVENTION
1. Field of the Invention

The present invention is related to a manufacturing method for a paper protective shell of a mobile device, and more particularly, to a manufacturing method can use the recycling materials as the manufacturing materials of the paper protective shells of the mobile devices, so as to achieve the purpose of environmental recycling and re-use and will not cause environmental pollution.


2. Description of the Prior Art

People always use the smart phones or tablet PCs in their daily life now. In order to protect the phones or tablet PCs form being scratched or damaged, people always combines the housing of phones or tablet PCs with the protective shells of mobile devices to protect the phones or tablet PCs.


The materials of conventional protective shell of the mobile device almost are made of plastic. The plastic protective shells are easy to be mass-produced by the manufacturers, and the manufacture cost of them is also low. However, when the mass plastic protective shells are thrown away, they not only easy to make environment pollution, but also produce the question of the environment recovery. More importantly, the plastic protective shell is not easy to be decomposed by the natural soil. And more especially, everyone's environmental awareness gradually rises in the present, and for avoiding making environment pollution and damage, it is the better choice that the recycling material is used to replace with the plastic.


Accordingly, there has a need for developing a manufacturing method for a paper protective shell of a mobile device for solving the problem arising from the conventional arts.


SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The primary objective of the present invention is to provide a manufacturing method for a paper protective shell of a mobile device, and therefore, the manufacturing method can use the recycling materials as the manufacturing materials of the paper protective shells of the mobile devices, so as to achieve the purpose of environmental recycling and re-use and will not cause environmental pollution.


In order to achieve the above-mentioned objectives, the present invention provides a manufacturing method for a paper protective shell of a mobile device, comprising: selecting a paper material, and mixing the paper material with water to form a paper pulp; performing a mould press manner to press the paper pulp to form a shell by using a mold, and separating the shell from the mold to dry the shell; and performing an appearance color treatment to color an outer surface of the shell; wherein the colored shell is a final product after finishes the appearance color treatment, and the final product is the paper protective shell of the mobile device, and the paper protective shell is used to combine with the mobile device. Thereby, the present invention uses the paper protective shell made of the recycling material as the protective shell of the mobile device to achieve the purpose of environmental recycling and re-use, and the paper material can be decomposed naturally and will not cause environmental pollution. Also, the plastic can be reduced in use so as to achieve the purpose of protecting the environment.


Preferably, the paper material is selected from recycling materials.


Preferably, the mould press manner is selected from one of the hot press manner and cold press manner.


Preferably, the appearance color treatment is selected from one of a water transfer printing, a thermal transfer printing, a sublimation transfer printing and a digital spray pattern.


Preferably, the mobile device is selected from one of a cell phone, a tablet PC and a notebook PC.


Preferably, the paper protective shell of the mobile device further comprises a sheet body, wherein the sheet body is extended from one side of the paper protective shell of the mobile device, and there are many fold lines between the sheet body and the paper protective shell of the mobile device, and a fold action is operated between the sheet body and the mobile device when folding the fold lines.


All these objects achieved by oven apparatus according to the present invention are described below.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

The invention disclosed herein is directed to a manufacturing method for a paper protective shell of a mobile device. In the following description, numerous details corresponding to the aforesaid drawings are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention so that the present invention can be appreciated by one skilled in the art, wherein like numerals refer to the same or the like parts throughout.


Although the terms first, second, etc. may be used herein to describe various elements, components, modules, and/or zones, these elements, components, modules, and/or zones should not be limited by these terms. Various embodiments will now be described in conjunction with a number of schematic illustrations. Various embodiments of the application may be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as a limitation to the embodiments set forth herein.


Please refer FIG. 1. FIG. 1 illustrates a chart schematic diagram of a manufacturing method of a paper protective shell of a mobile device according to an embodiment of the present invention. In the embodiment, a manufacturing method for a paper protective shell of a mobile device of the present invention, the steps 100 of manufacturing method comprise: selecting a paper material (step 101), and mixing the paper material with water to form a paper pulp (step 102); performing a mould press manner to press the paper pulp to form a shell by using a mold (step 103), and separating the shell from the mold to dry the shell (Step 104); and performing an appearance color treatment to color an outer surface of the shell (Step 105). More specifically, the colored shell is a final product after finishes the appearance color treatment (Step 106), and the final product is the paper protective shell 20 of the mobile device (please also refer FIGS. 2 and 3), and the paper protective shell 20 is used to combine with the mobile device 10 (please also refer FIGS. 2 and 3).


Please refer FIG. 2. FIG. 2 illustrates a separate schematic diagram of a final product of a paper protective shell and a mobile device according to an embodiment of the present invention. The paper material of the paper protective shell 20 of the mobile device is selected from recycling materials. Specifically, the mould press manner is selected from one of the hot press manner and cold press manner, and the mobile device 10 is selected from one of a cell phone, a tablet PC and a notebook PC. Thereby, the present invention uses the paper protective shell made of the recycling material as the protective shell of the mobile device to achieve the purpose of environmental recycling and re-use, and will not cause environmental pollution.


Please refer FIG. 3. FIG. 3 illustrates a schematic diagram of the outer surface of the final product of the paper protective shell of the mobile device, and also refers FIG. 2. In order to make the visual appearance of the final product of paper protective shell 20 of the present invention have different changes or increase the visual beauty, it performs an appearance color treatment to color an outer surface 201 of the protective shell 20. Specifically, the appearance color treatment is selected from one of a water transfer printing, a thermal transfer printing, a sublimation transfer printing and a digital spray pattern. Thereby, the mobile device 10 can achieve a more beautiful effect in the overall visual when the paper protective shell 20 having the color appearance is combined with the mobile device 10. The mobile device 10 is selected from one of a cell phone, a tablet PC and a notebook PC.

FIG. 4 illustrates a schematic diagram of a final product of the paper protective shell of the mobile device according to another embodiment of the present invention, and also refers FIGS. 1-3. In another embodiment, the paper protective shell of the mobile device further comprises a sheet body 202. Specifically, the sheet body 202 is extended from one side of the paper protective shell 20 of the mobile device 10, and there are many fold lines 203 between the sheet body 202 and the paper protective shell 20 of the mobile device 10, and a fold action is operated between the sheet body 202 and the mobile device 10 when folding the fold lines 203. When the mobile device 10 is combined with the paper protective shell 20, and the sheet body 202 is operated to perform the fold action, and thereby the sheet body 202 can cover the screen surface of the mobile device 10 to protect the screen of the mobile device 10. Hence, the present invention uses the paper protective shell made of the recycling material as the protective shell of the mobile device to achieve the purpose of environmental recycling and re-use, and the paper material can be decomposed naturally and will not cause environmental pollution. Also, the plastic can be reduced in use so as to achieve the purpose of protecting the environment.


While the present invention has been particularly shown and described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in form and detail may be without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention.

Claims
  • 1. A manufacturing method for a paper protective shell of a mobile device, comprising: selecting a paper material, and mixing the paper material with water to form a paper pulp;performing a mould press manner to press the paper pulp to form a shell by using a mold, and separating the shell from the mold to dry the shell; andperforming an appearance color treatment to color an outer surface of the shell;wherein the colored shell is a final product after finishes the appearance color treatment, and the final product is the paper protective shell of the mobile device, and the paper protective shell is used to combine with the mobile device.
  • 2. The manufacturing method for a paper protective shell of a mobile device of claim 1, wherein the paper material is selected from recycling materials.
  • 3. The manufacturing method for a paper protective shell of a mobile device of claim 1, wherein the mould press manner is selected from one of the hot press manner and cold press manner.
  • 4. The manufacturing method for a paper protective shell of a mobile device of claim 1, wherein the appearance color treatment is selected from one of a water transfer printing, a thermal transfer printing, a sublimation transfer printing and a digital spray pattern.
  • 5. The manufacturing method for a paper protective shell of a mobile device of claim 1, wherein the mobile device is selected from one of a cell phone, a tablet PC and a notebook PC.
  • 6. The manufacturing method for a paper protective shell of a mobile device of claim 1, wherein the paper protective shell of the mobile device further comprises a sheet body, wherein the sheet body is extended from one side of the paper protective shell of the mobile device, and there are many fold lines between the sheet body and the paper protective shell of the mobile device, and a fold action is operated between the sheet body and the mobile device when folding the fold lines.
