DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The application will be further described below in conjunction with embodiments. However, the application is not limited to the following embodiments. Implementation conditions adopted in the embodiments can be further adjusted according to different requirements during specific applications, and unspecified implementation conditions are conventional conditions in the industry. Technical features involved in all implementations of the application can be combined with each other as long as there are no conflicts thereamong.

Hereinafter, some exemplary embodiments are only briefly described. As realized by the skilled in the art, the described embodiments can be modified in various different ways without departing from the spirit or scope of the embodiments of the application. Therefore, the accompanying drawings and the descriptions are considered to be essentially illustrative, rather than restrictive.

Embodiment 1

As shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 13, the present embodiment provides an intelligent mattress frame 1, including a mattress frame body 2 configured to receive a mattress 3 thereon. The intelligent mattress frame 1 further includes a lifting mechanism 4, a driving mechanism 5, and a controller 6 (unshown in the figures). Specifically, the lifting mechanism 4 is movably disposed on the mattress frame body 2; the driving mechanism 5 controls the lifting mechanism 4 to move upwards and downwards; and the lifting mechanism 4 is disposed below the mattress frame body 2, and when the lifting mechanism 4 moves upwards, part of the lifting mechanism 4 extends downwardly out of a lower surface of the mattress frame body 2 and supports against the ground so as to jack up the mattress frame body 2.

In the present embodiment, the lifting mechanism 4 is disposed below the mattress frame body 2, and the lifting mechanism 4 includes a plurality of air bags 41. The driving mechanism 5 is connected to the lifting mechanism 4, and the driving mechanism 5 is configured to drive the lifting mechanism 4 to reciprocally move upwards and downwards so that the mattress frame body 2 drives the mattress 3 disposed thereon to move.

An output end of the controller is electrically connected to an input end of the driving mechanism 5, and the controller is configured to control the driving mechanism 5 to start or stop work. The mattress frame body 2 is configured to at least have an unfolded configuration and a folded configuration, and when the mattress frame body 2 is in the unfolded configuration, the mattress 3 can be placed on the mattress frame body 2. When the mattress frame body 2 is in the folded configuration, the area of an orthographic projection of the mattress frame body on a horizontal plane is smaller than the area of an orthographic projection thereof in the unfolded configuration, and the mattress 3 is separated from the mattress frame body 2. The length and/or width of the mattress frame body 2 are adjustable.

As shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 4, the driving mechanism 5 includes an air pump 51, a solenoid valve 52 and an air pipe 53. One end of the air pipe 53 is divided into a plurality of air paths communicating with the air bags 41 one by one. The other end of the air pipe 53 communicates with the air pump 51. The air pump 51 is configured to inflate air to the air bags through the air pipe 53. As shown in FIG. 12, the solenoid valve 52 communicates with the air pump 51 and is provided with an exhaust port 54 communicating with the outside, and the air bags 41 exhaust air through the exhaust port 54. Specifically, the solenoid valve 52 can be a two-position three-way solenoid valve, and when the controller controls the driving mechanism 5 to be in a work starting configuration, the air pump 51 and the solenoid valve 52 alternately inflate and deflate the air bags 41. During inflation, the solenoid valve 52 is turned off, and the air pump 51 inflates the air bags 41 through the air pipe 53 so that the air bags 41 expand to drive the mattress frame body 2 to rise, as shown in FIG. 2. During deflation, the solenoid valve 52 is turned on, the air pump 51 stops work, gases in the air bags 41 are exhausted through the exhaust port 54 under the actions of gravities of the mattress 3 and the mattress frame body 2 so that the mattress 3 falls off. When the controller controls the driving mechanism 5 to be in a work stopping configuration, the lifting mechanism 4 stops reciprocally moving upwards and downwards. Preferably, at least one rigid supporting piece 42 is disposed below each of the air bags 41. Considering that the air bags 41 themselves are softer, the air bags 41 are easy to deform if they are placed on a plane such as a bed base and a sofa, and therefore, the effect of the product can be further improved by additionally disposing the at least one supporting piece 42 below the air bags. The shape of the at least one supporting piece 42 can be the same as shapes of the air bags 41 as shown in FIG. 3, and can also be set to be round as shown in FIG. 4, which is not specifically limited herein.
