The present invention relates to a mattress having a three-dimensional elastic structure, more particularly, to a mattress having a three-dimensional elastic structure in which a main elastic body independently contracts and expands by multiple first to fourth auxiliary elastic slits which intersect with each other in left and right directions (horizontal), front and rear directions (vertical), and up and down directions (depth) so as to form a three-dimensional air tunnel.
In general, mattresses are classified into spring mattresses, stone mattresses, loess mattresses, and the like, depending on the material or cushioning method applied, but recently, memory foam mattresses having excellent cushioning properties and being relatively light and easy to handle are widely used.
For example, a conventional memory foam mattress proposed in KR Utility Model Publication No. 20-0285977 has a mattress body configured with a core material that is memory foam with low repulsion elasticity, which is a high-functional soft polyurethane resin, an inner coat typically made of Amicro fiber fabric, and an outer coat composed of a normal aerocool fiber fabric.
However, the conventional memory foam mattress configured in this way does not have a built-in metal spring like a spring mattress, so there is an advantage in that noise is not generated during use, but there is a disadvantage of low comfort due to the impossibility of air flow.
In addition, since the memory foam mattress is formed in a rectangular parallelepiped shape and is composed of a single body having the same thickness, it cannot function as a cushioning action according to the size of the load for each part of the human body, and cannot evenly distribute the load of the human body. Therefore, there were disadvantages in that it caused back pain or sleep disturbance during sleep and could not have a comfortable sleep.
The object of the present invention is proposed to solve the problems in consideration of the disadvantages of the conventional art, and to provide a mattress having a three-dimensional elastic structure in which multiple auxiliary elastic slits forming a three-dimensional air tunnel in a main elastic body of a mattress contract and expand, so that air is discharged in all directions through the three-dimensional air tunnel, while at the same time dispersing the pressure by a human body and releasing heat to secure air permeability.
In order to achieve the above object, a mattress having a three-dimensional elastic structure according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a main elastic body composed of one body; multiple first auxiliary elastic slits that are respectively formed to a predetermined height toward a center of a thickness of the main elastic body at regular intervals in left and right directions in an upper planar area of the main elastic body, and penetrate in front and rear directions, respectively; multiple second auxiliary elastic slits that are respectively formed to a predetermined height toward the center of the thickness of the main elastic body at regular intervals in the left and right directions in a lower planar area of the main elastic body so as to be disposed between the multiple first auxiliary elastic slits, and penetrate in the front and rear directions, respectively; multiple third auxiliary elastic slits that are respectively formed to a predetermined height toward the center of the thickness of the main elastic body at regular intervals in the front and rear directions in the upper planar area of the main elastic body, and penetrate in the left and right directions, respectively; multiple fourth auxiliary elastic slits that are respectively formed to a predetermined height toward the center of the thickness of the main elastic body at regular intervals in the front and rear directions in the lower planar area of the main elastic body so as to be disposed between the multiple third auxiliary elastic slits, and penetrate in the left and right directions, respectively; and a three-dimensional air tunnel in which ends of the multiple first to fourth auxiliary elastic slits are all or partly intersected with each other at the center height of the thickness of the main elastic body so that air is circulated in the left and right, front and rear, and up and down directions of the main elastic body.
As another embodiment, the multiple first to fourth auxiliary elastic slits of the present invention are vertically formed to have the same depth from the planar area of the main elastic body to a predetermined height of the thickness of the main elastic body, respectively.
As another embodiment, the multiple first to fourth auxiliary elastic slits of the present invention are vertically formed at have different depths from the planar area of the main elastic body to a predetermined height of the thickness of the main elastic body, respectively.
As another embodiment, at least one horizontal wing part is formed to extend symmetrically left and right at a predetermined height of the multiple first to fourth auxiliary elastic slits of the present invention.
As another embodiment, at least one inclined wing part is formed to extend symmetrically left and right at a predetermined height of the multiple first to fourth auxiliary elastic slits of the present invention.
As another embodiment, at least one curved wing part is formed to extend symmetrically left and right at a predetermined height of the multiple first to fourth auxiliary elastic slits of the present invention.
As another embodiment, a memory foam having an air hole formed therein and a filter foam having an air cell are stacked in the mattress having a three-dimensional elastic structure of the present invention.
A mattress having a three-dimensional elastic structure of the present invention has a structure in which a main elastic body independently contracts and expands by multiple first to fourth auxiliary elastic slits which intersect with each other in left and right directions, front and rear directions, and up and down directions so as to form a three-dimensional air tunnel. Accordingly, when the first to fourth auxiliary elastic slits contract and expand, air is discharged in all directions of the main elastic body through the three-dimensional air tunnel so as to disperse the pressure by a human body, thereby inducing good blood circulation, and heat is released through the three-dimensional air tunnel so as to secure air permeability, thereby inducing maintenance of a proper sleep temperature so as to provide a more comfortable sleep environment.

In order to fully understand the present invention, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying
Referring to
In this case, the main elastic body 10 is made of a high elastic polymer such as a foamed synthetic resin such as foamed urethane or a non-foamed synthetic resin such as synthetic rubber, silicone, and elastomer.
When the thickness of the main elastic body 10 is, for example, 110 mm, the multiple first and third auxiliary elastic slits 20, 30 are respectively formed vertically to a depth of 60 mm from the upper surface of the main elastic body 10 toward the center of the thickness of the main elastic body 10, and the multiple second and fourth auxiliary elastic slits 22, 32 are respectively formed vertically to a depth of 60 mm from the lower surface of the main elastic body 10 toward the center of the thickness of the main elastic body 10 so that they intersect the ends of the multiple first and third auxiliary elastic slits 20, 30 by 10 mm. Accordingly, the three-dimensional air tunnel 40 connected to the left and right (horizontal), front and rear (vertical), up and down (depth) is formed.
When the multiple first auxiliary elastic slits 20 and the multiple third auxiliary elastic slits 30 intersect each other in the upper planar area of the main elastic body 10, a square three-dimensional air tunnel 40 of 10×10 mm is formed. When the multiple second auxiliary elastic slits 22 and the multiple fourth auxiliary elastic slits 32 intersect each other in the lower planar area of the main elastic body 10, and they are alternately intersected in the center between the first auxiliary elastic slits 20 and the third auxiliary elastic slits 30, the square three-dimensional air tunnel 40 of 10×10 mm is formed, so heat is released and elasticity due to air pressure is increased.
The multiple first to fourth auxiliary elastic slits 20, 22, 30, and 32 are vertically formed to have the same depth or different depths from the planar area of the main elastic body 10 to a predetermined height of the thickness of the main elastic body 10, respectively.
That is, as shown in
However, as shown in
That is, the first auxiliary elastic slits 20 formed with a long depth on the upper surface of the main elastic body 10 directly intersect vertically with the fourth auxiliary elastic slits 32 formed with a long depth on the lower surface of the main elastic body 10. On the other hand, the second auxiliary elastic slits 22 formed with a short depth on the lower surface of the main elastic body 10 directly intersect the fourth auxiliary elastic slits 32 formed with a long depth, but indirectly intersect the first and third auxiliary elastic slits 20, 30 formed on the upper surface of the main elastic body 10 through the fourth auxiliary elastic slits 32. The third auxiliary elastic slits 30 formed with a short depth on the upper surface of the main elastic body 10 directly intersect the first auxiliary elastic slits 20 formed with a long depth, but indirectly intersect the second and fourth auxiliary elastic slits 22, 32 formed on the lower surface of the main elastic body 10 through the first auxiliary elastic slits 20.
In this case, as shown in
Alternatively, as shown in
In addition to the horizontal wing part 50, at least one inclined wing part 52 as shown in (a) and (b) of
On the other hand, as shown in
That is, the memory foam 60 is formed in a planar shape corresponding to the mattress and is stacked on the main elastic body 10. The filter foam 70 is used to be interposed between the memory foam 60 and the main elastic body 10 or between the multiple stacked main elastic bodies 10.
As such, the mattress having a three-dimensional elastic structure of the present invention has a structure in which the main elastic body 10 independently contracts and expands by the multiple first to fourth auxiliary elastic slits 20, 22, 30, 32 which intersect with each other in the left and right directions, the from and rear directions, and the up and down directions so as to form the three-dimensional air tunnel 40. Accordingly, when the first to fourth auxiliary elastic slits 20, 22, 30, 32 contract and expand, air is discharged in all directions of the main elastic body 10 through the three-dimensional air tunnel 40 so as to disperse the pressure by a human body, thereby inducing good blood circulation, and heat is released through the three-dimensional air tunnel 40 so as to secure air permeability, thereby inducing maintenance of a proper sleep temperature so as to provide a more comfortable sleep environment.
On the other hand, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, but can be implemented with modifications and variations without departing from the gist of the present invention, and the technical idea to which such modifications and variations have been applied should also be regarded as falling within the scope of the following claims.
