The present disclosure relates to a technical field of household mattresses, and in particular to a mattress with adjustable comfort.
Mattresses are a kind of pad installed on a bed board, which make a human body lying indirectly on the bed board and improve sleep comfort.
There are a variety of mattresses in the prior art, but performance of the mattresses is relatively single. Comfort of the mattresses in the prior art is limited after the mattresses are produced, but different consumer have different sleep habits and sleep needs. In order to meet the sleep habits of different consumers, different mattresses are needed. However, a mattress with a specific softness needs to be tailor-made for customers, a production cycle of which is long, and efficiency of which needs to be further improved.
The present disclosure provides a mattress with adjustable comfort in order to solve a problem that a mattress in the prior art cannot satisfy sleep needs of different people.
To realize above purpose, the present disclosure provides the mattress with adjustable comfort. The mattress with adjustable comfort comprises a module adjusting layer, a wrapping layer, and a top layer.
The module adjusting layer is matched with the wrapping layer. The module adjusting layer is connected to the top layer. The module adjusting layer comprises filling pads. The filing pads are assembled together.
Each of the filling pads comprises an adjusting module, a first inner sleeve, and a second inner sleeve. Each first inner sleeve is connected to a corresponding adjusting module. Each second inner sleeve is sleeved on a corresponding first inner sleeve.
Optionally, the mattress further comprises an installing bottom layer matched with the wrapping layer and an interlayer. When installed, the installing bottom layer is arranged between the module adjusting layer and the wrapping layer. The interlayer is connected to the wrapping layer. When installed, the interlayer is arranged between the top layer and the module adjusting layer.
Optionally, a first hook-and-loop fastener hook layer is fixedly connected to a first side wall of each of the filling pads. A first hook-and-loop fastener loop layer is fixedly connected to a second side wall of each of the filling pads. The first side wall of each of the filling pads is opposite to the second side wall of each of the filling pads. The first hook-and-loop fastener hook layer of each of the filling pads is fastened to the first hook-and-loop fastener loop layer of an adjacent filling pad.
Optionally, a first zipper is fixedly connected to a side wall of each first inner sleeve. First zipper teeth corresponding to the first zipper are connected to each adjusting module. Each first inner sleeve is connected to a corresponding adjusting module by the first zipper thereof.
Optionally, a second zipper is fixedly connected to a middle portion of a side wall of each second inner sleeve. After each first inner sleeve is connected to the corresponding adjusting module by the first zipper thereof. Each second zipper is zipped with a corresponding first zapper, so that each second inner sleeve is sleeved on the corresponding first inner sleeve.
Furthermore, in order to fix the top layer and the interlayer, a third zipper is fixedly connected to an inner side of the wrapping layer. The wrapping layer is connected to the interlayer through the third zipper. Second zipper teeth corresponding to the third zipper are fixedly connected to the interlayer. A fourth zipper is fixedly connected to an outer side of the wrapping layer. The wrapping layer is connected to the top layer through fourth zipper. Third zipper teeth corresponding to the fourth zipper are fixedly connected to the top layer.
Compared with the prior art, in the mattress with adjustable comfort of the present disclosure, the adjusting module in each of the filling pads has its own softness and is selected according to self preference of a consumer for subsequent assembly, so that after the filling pads are assembled, different positions of the mattress have different softness. That is, the softness of different positions of the mattress is adjustable, which solves a problem that softness of the mattress in the prior art cannot satisfy different customers. Therefore, the mattress of the present disclosure is able to be applied to different customers. The customers only need to assemble the filling pads having different softness to form the mattress of the present disclosure, and the mattress of the present disclosure after assembly well in line with the self preference of the consumer. Further, the mattress of the present disclosure has a short production cycle and high efficiency.

The module adjusting layer 3 is matched with the wrapping layer 5. The module adjusting layer 3 is connected to the top layer 1. The module adjusting layer 3 comprises filling pads 301. The filing pads 301 are assembled together.
Each of the filling pads 301 comprises an adjusting module 3014, a first inner sleeve 3015, and a second inner sleeve 3019.
Each adjusting module 3014 is a spring, a sponge, a combination of the spring and the sponge, or any material capable of being filled in each of the filling pads 301.
Each adjusting module 3014 is filled with a specific filling material, so that the filling pads 301 have different softness.
Each first inner sleeve 3015 is connected to a corresponding adjusting module 3014. Each second inner sleeve 3019 is sleeved on a corresponding first inner sleeve 3015.
The mattress further comprises an installing bottom layer 4 matched with the wrapping layer 5 and an interlayer 2. When installed, the installing bottom layer 4 is arranged between the module adjusting layer 3 and the wrapping layer 5. The interlayer 2 is connected to the wrapping layer 5. When installed, the interlayer 2 is arranged between the top layer 1 and the module adjusting layer 3.
A first hook-and-loop fastener hook layer 3012 is fixedly connected to a first side wall of each of the filling pads 301. A first hook-and-loop fastener loop layer 3013 is fixedly connected to a second side wall of each of the filling pads 301. The first side wall of each of the filling pads 301 is opposite to the second side wall of each of the filling pads 301. The first hook-and-loop fastener hook layer 3012 of each of the filling pads 301 is fastened to the first hook-and-loop fastener loop layer 3013 of an adjacent filling pad 301.
A first zipper 3016 is fixedly connected to a side wall of each first inner sleeve 3015. First zipper teeth corresponding to the first zipper are connected to each adjusting module 3014. Each first inner sleeve 3015 is connected to a corresponding adjusting module 3014 by the first zipper thereof.
A second zipper 3011 is fixedly connected to a middle portion of a side wall of each second inner sleeve 3019. After each first inner sleeve 3015 is connected to the corresponding adjusting module 3014 by the first zipper 3016 thereof. Each second zipper 3011 is zipped with a corresponding first zapper 3016, so that each second inner sleeve 3019 is sleeved on the corresponding first inner sleeve 3015.
A third zipper 201 is fixedly connected to an inner side of the wrapping layer 5. The wrapping layer 5 is connected to the interlayer 2 through the third zipper 201. Second zipper teeth corresponding to the third zipper 201 are fixedly connected to the interlayer 2. A fourth zipper 101 is fixedly connected to an outer side of the wrapping layer 5. The wrapping layer 5 is connected to the top layer 1 through fourth zipper 101. Third zipper teeth corresponding to the fourth zipper 101 are fixedly connected to the top layer 1.

When the mattress needs to be laid on a single bed, a group of filling pads 301 (defining three filling pads as a group) is needed for assembling. When assembling the mattress, it is necessary to assemble one of the group of filling pads first. First, the adjusting module 3014 thereof is placed in the first inner sleeve 3015, and the first zipper 3016 thereof is zipped to fix the adjusting module 3014 thereof to the first inner sleeve 3015 thereof. Then, the first inner sleeve 3015 thereof equipped with the adjusting module 3014 thereof is placed in the second inner sleeve 3019 thereof. The second zipper 3011 thereof is zipped, and then the first inner sleeve 3015 thereof is fixed to the second inner sleeve 3019 thereof to complete an assembly of the one of group of filling pads 301. Then, the three filling pads 301 are aligned and are assembled together through the first hook-and-loop fastener hook layer 3012 arranged on the first side wall of each of the filling pads 301 and the first hook-and-loop fastener loop layer 3013 arranged on the second side wall of each of the filling pads 301. That is, the three filling pads 301 are assembled together to form the module adjusting layer 3.
When installing the mattress, the mounting bottom layer 4 is placed in the wrapping layer 5, then the module adjusting layer 3 is placed on the mounting bottom layer 4, and the module adjusting layer 3 is placed in the wrapping layer 5. Then the interlayer 2 is placed on the module adjusting layer 3. The third zipper 201 is zipped to fix the interlayer 2. Finally, the top layer 1 is placed on the interlayer 2, and the fourth zipper 101 is zipped to fix the top layer 1, thereby completing an assembly of the mattress. The mattress is placed on a bed board of the single bed for sleeping.
When the mattress needs to be laid on a double bed, two groups of filling pads 301 are assembled to form the module adjusting layer 3. Mounting steps of one group of filling pads 301 for the double bed are same as mounting steps of the group of filling pads 301 for the single bed. After the two groups of filling pads 301 are assembled, the two groups of filling pads 301 are assembled together through a second hook-and-loop fastener hook layer 3017 arranged on a third side wall of each of the filling pads and a second hook-and-loop fastener loop layer 3018 arranged on a fourth side wall of each of the filling pad 301. Rest mounting steps of the mattress for the double bed are same as that of the mattress for the single bed.
When installing the mattress, the consumer is able to determine the number of the filling pads 301 according to needs of the consumer, so that the mattress meets requirements of self-sleeping habit and self-sleeping feeling of the consumer.
Moreover, when the consumer needs to replace the softness of the mattress, it is only necessary to adjust positions of the filling pads in the module adjusting layer 3, so as to complete an adjustment of the softness of different positions of the mattress. sleep positions of different consumers are different, and the mattress with adjustable softness is adapted to different sleep positions.

Through the filling pads 301 arranged in the module adjusting layer 3, the softness of the mattress is adjusted. A conventional one-piece mattress generally has a fixed softness, while the adjusting module in each of the filling pads has its own softness and is selected according to self preference of the consumer for subsequent assembly, so that after the filling pads are assembled, different positions of the mattress have different softness, which solves a problem that the softness of the conventional one-piece mattress in the prior art cannot satisfy different customers. Therefore, the mattress of the present disclosure is able to be applied to different customers. The mattress is formed by assembling, so there is no need to tailor a one-piece mattress, the customer only needs to assemble the filling pads having different softness together to form the mattress as desired. The mattress of the present disclosure has a short production cycle and high efficiency.
