Abstract
Tool to sort, string and cure tobacco leaves simplifies the process of curing, by direct sorting of the leaves into the case/form (9) during harvest process, the leaves are picked with the bottom connected bars and the tool and the hangers (8) can be hanged together on places where the curing process can be done. The tobacco leaves stay on the tool, until they get dry. This way the bore and thread part of the leaves will be avoided, with that time and energy will be saved.

TECHNICAL FIELD TO WHICH THE INVENTION RELATES

The invention “tool to sort, string and cure tobacco leaves”, belongs to the area of mechanical tools which can be used in agriculture starting from picking preparation process and curing the tobacco leaves.


TECHNICAL PROBLEM SOLVED BY THE INVENTION

The technical solution of the invention to sort, string and cure tobacco leaves, differs from the already known solutions, in that the tool is grabbing the tobacco leaves, which are stratified in a form/case. The grabbed leaves have no bore and thread. The leaves stay that way, until the curing process ends, hanged on the places, where usually with known procedure the stings with tobacco would hang too.


STATE OF THE ART

Worldwide there are lots of electrical, motor-driven tools and machines for the same purpose/application, but not tools which function the same way as the mechanical tool to sort, string and cure tobacco leaves.







DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention, the tool to sort, string and cure tobacco leaves, has been assembled as a mechanism same as the function of the simple clothes-peg. The pegs are placed on same height using the same distance between each peg. With their upper and bottom outer part the pegs are connected with strong metal bars forming a large peg, with equal pressure on both upper bars, in opposite direction to each other, that leads that all bottom bars are getting open and they function like one big peg. When we release both upper bars, the picking/grab/snatch of leaves happens, the leaves are in a form, which is the second part of this invention, used/filled during picking process. The picked leaves together with the tool, which has integrated handles and can be hanged the same way as the traditional way, with threads. With this tool, from complete process starting with picking the leaves till curing, the part of bore and thread will be avoided, the result is saving big efforts and time.


The innovation can be most easily described with example for use with, following description and attached drawing.


Drawing 1, is showing the tool to sort, string and cure tobacco leaves together with the form/case as axonometric drawing.


Referring to the drawing, the tool to sort, string and cure tobacco leaves consist of more parallel placed pegs (1) which are connected with upper bars/profiles (5) and (5A), and are fixed on the outer site of the upper pressing bars (4) and (4A) and bottom parts—the grabbing part of the pegs (6) and (6A) are connected with bottom bars/profiles (7) and (7A), with pressing on upper connected bars/profiles (5) and (5A) in opposite way to each other, the bottom parts will be pressed apart—catchers (6) and (6A) from the peg (1), with the tool placed above the form/case (9), is catching/picking including the leaves, with help of the tool holders with their bottom part (8) which hang on the axle (2) on the outer peg (1), so the upper part of the halter (8A) can be hanged on places where the curing process is going to take place.

Tool to sort, string and cure tobacco leaves, characterized with: consisting of more parallel placed pegs (1) which are connected with upper bars/profiles (5) and (5A), and are fixed on the outer site of the upper pressing bars (4) and (4A) and bottom parts—the grabbing part of the pegs (6) and (6A) are connected with bottom bars/profiles (7) and (7A), from the case/form (9) to the axles (2) on their bottom, with connected hanger (8) which allows to lift whole tool together with the leaves and can be hanged on the upper hanger (8A) on the places where the curing process can be done.
