Claims
- 1. A method of reducing a premenstrual syndrome in a woman having a peritoneal cavity and uterine cavity, comprising:
mixing a compound which acts as a local anesthetic with a physiological salt to form a physiological composition; placing the composition in a catheter; administering the composition into the uterine cavity of the woman with a catheter; and pertubating the composition into the peritoneal cavity in an amount of the composition sufficient for reducing the woman's premenstrual syndrome.
- 2. The method according to claim 1 wherein the compound which acts as a local anesthetic is selected from the group consisting of bupivacaine, lidocaine, mepivacaine, prilocaine and ropivacaine.
