BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

This invention relates to a membrane stripping apparatus, particularly to one applied for releasing membrane.

2. Description of the Prior Art

A conventional membrane applicator, as shown in FIG. 1, includes a hold-pull rod 1 having two ends pivotally connected with a membrane release unit 2 and a roller unit 3. The roller unit 3 has two ends respectively provided with a housing 4 and one of the housings 4 is formed with a positioning groove 5, and the membrane release unit 2 is slidably assembled with the positioning grooves 5. The housings 4 are respectively disposed with two gears 6 that are meshed with each other and connected with the roller unit 3. Thus, during use of the conventional membrane applicator, the positioning groove 5 functions to restrict the rotating range of the roller unit 3, and the gears 6 are employed to increase the binding force of the roller unit 3 when the roller unit 3 straps and fixes an article.

However, the conventional membrane applicator has the following defects: (1). The positioning grooves 5 restrict the rotating range of the roller unit 3 so various kinds of articles are impossible to be integrally strapped and fixed; (2). The intervals formed between two ends of the membrane applicator unit 2 and the hold-pull rod 1, as shown in FIG. 1, disable the membrane applicator to carry out complete strapping for an article, resulting in trouble in strapping work to a user. (3). The two housings 4 are respectively provided with two gears 6 and thus, when the gears 6 of one housing 4 get stuck, a user will be unable to carry out strapping work. Therefore, the conventional membrane applicator is necessary to be ameliorated.

At this time, a user can remove the membrance release unit 20 and replace the membrance roll 200. Thus, by the quick-detaching unit 13, the membrance release unit 20 of the membrance strapping apparatus 100 of this invention can quickly be removed and the membrance roll 200 can be removed or replaced conveniently.

A second preferred embodiment of a membrance strapping apparatus 100 in the present invention, as shown in FIG. 10, is to have the hold-pull rod 10 formed with a threaded hole 14 at one end adjacent to the base 12, and the membrance strapping apparatus 100 is further provided with a telescopic rod 50 having one end formed with a stud 51 to be threadably combined with the threaded hole 14 of the hold-pull rod 10 to have the underside of the membrance strapping apparatus 100 combined with the telescopic rod 50. Thus, when the membrance strapping apparatus 100 is used, the function of extension and contraction of the telescopic rod 50 enables a user to carry out strapping to the topside of the article 300 or to a portion of the article 300, which is difficult in strapping and hence, the telescopic rod 50 facilitates a user to carry out integral strapping work for the article 300.

Referring to FIG. 10, different from the first preferred embodiment, the second preferred embodiment of the membrance strapping apparatus 100 has the membrance release unit 20 further provided with a first position-limiting block 23 and a second position-limiting block 24. The first position-limiting block 23 has a central portion bored with a threaded hole 231, and the shaft rod 21 has an outer side of one end provided with male threads 213 to be correspondingly screwed with the threaded hole 231 of the first position-limiting block 23. The second position-limiting block 24 is disposed with a position-limiting hole 241 corresponding to another end of the shaft rod 21 for another end of the shaft rod 21 to be inserted therein. Further, the first position-limiting block 23 has one side provided with a first position-limiting stud 232, while the second position-limiting block 24 has one side formed with a second position-limiting stud 242. The first and the second position-limiting studs 232 and 242 have their circumferential sides respectively formed into a stepped shape. In this preferred embodiment, the shaft rod 21 can be fitted thereon with a membrance roll 200, which is a paper tube membrance roll. When the membrance roll 200 is to be fitted around the shaft rod 21, the interval of the first position-limiting block 23 and the interval of the second position-limiting block 24 of the membrance release unit 20 can be adjusted for corresponding with the length of the membracne roll 200 via the mutual thread connection relation that the threaded hole 231 of the first position-limiting block 23 is screwed with the male threads 213 of the shaft rod 21. Thus, the membrance strapping roll 200 can be restrictedly positioned by the membrance release unit 20 and, since the first position-limiting stud 232 and the second position-limiting stud 242 have their circumferential sides respectively formed with stepped surfaces; therefore, membrance rolls 200 of different diameters can be restrictedly positioned between the first and the second position-limiting blocks 23 and 24. One of the advantages of the membrance strapping apparatus 100 in the present invention is that membrance rolls 200 of various lengths and diameters can be fitted for use.

While the preferred embodiments of the invention have been described above, it will be recognized and understood that various modifications may be made therein and the appended claims are intended to cover all such modifications that may fall within the spirit and scope of the invention.
