DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

As shown in FIG. 1, a forming technology of men's underwear, comprising the following steps:

1) using a seamless underwear machine;

2) adding four 140D nylon yarns in a weaving process;

3) carrying out stitch uplifting weave treatment on two sides of the crotch, to be specific, uplifting 5 stitches across at the most crinkled part in the middle, slowly loosening uplifted stitches at two ends, and subsequently uplifting three stitches across till one stitch is uplift across, wherein the weave used at the bag part in the middle of the crotch lies in one A-color stitch and three B-color stitches in 2nd, 4th, 6th and 8th paths.

4) threading 40S modal into the 1st to the 8th paths of 5# yarn nozzles, threading 20/20 covering yarns into the 1st to the 8th paths of 2# yarn nozzles, and threading 140D nylon antimicrobial yarns into the 2nd, 4th, 6th and 8th paths of 4# yarn nozzles;

5) drawing a graph by graphic software, integrally adding the 2nd, 4th, 6th and 8th paths of 140D nylon antimicrobial yarns to the crotch by using a CFG yarn nozzle instruction function, and slackening the density of the crotch by utilizing an overlapping function, so that the slackened crotch is combined with the added 140D antimicrobial yarns and the stitch uplifting weave to form a bag; and

6) importing a DIS graph drawn in the step 5) into programming software, and inputting to a U disk in a form of CO file.

The seamless underwear machine is a Santoni TOP2 seamless underwear machine imported from Italy.

The A-color stitch and the B-color stitch are different in color, wherein the A-color stitch is red and the B-color stitch is yellow.

The graphic software is built-in graphic software of Photon Santoni.

The programming software is built-in Graph6 programming software of Santoni.

A making technology of men's underwear, comprising the following steps:

1) drawing a graph of the underwear by a stylist via graphic software;

2) combining the program complied in claim 1 with the graph in the step 1) and then importing into a machine;

3) weaving the product after required various raw materials are threaded into the machine, and recording the gram weight, the waist width and the time when the fabric is off the machine;

4) dyeing the muslin which is off the machine in the step 3) and amending the dimension;

5) cutting off excessive cloth residues on the semifinished product in the step 4), then carrying out crotch splicing in a form of four needles and six lines, subsequently trimming line residues and finally ironing for shaping; and

6) feeding the product shaped by ironing in the step 5) into a packing workshop, and then packing to obtain the finished product.

The graphic software is Graph6 photon.

The machine is a Santoni SM8 TOP2 seamless underwear machine imported from Italy.

In this technical solution, the adopted nylon yarns are 140D nylon antimicrobial yarns, which is more beneficial to physical health.

A drawing method is as follows:

Start software to select a graph drawing mode at an SDI state first and then select the respective number of stitches of transverse line and vertical line, and subsequently draw a graph according to our demands to this product, wherein one color can represent a weave structure. But four colors of black, green, red and yellow are procedurally designated stitch tracks and respectively represent no cast-on, cast-on by a second needle selector, cast-on by a first needle selector and full cast-on. In this FIGURE, we need to make use of a CFG yarn nozzle instruction function which is configured in a graphic layer II, wherein one color can represent the action that which path of yarn nozzle makes. Here, we need to weave 4# yarn nozzles (the 2nd, 4th, 6th and 8th paths) to a position D, that is to say, the 2nd, 4th, 6th and 8th paths of 140D nylon antimicrobial yarns are integrally added to the crotch. By this time, the graph at an SDI state has been finished. Next, we need to convert the SDI graph into a DIS graph by adding required various materials. As shown in this graph, there are four colors, namely black, green, red and yellow, and the instruction of yellow color is executed even other colors exist. At this moment, the DIS graph is capable of being identified by the machine. At last, an overlapping function is required, which is to slacken the density of the crotch, wherein the density of slackening should not too large, being most appropriate within 10-30 densities. Therefore, the slackened crotch is combined with the 140D antimicrobial yarns added above and the stitch uplifting weave to form a bag.

Embodiment 1

1) drawing a graph of this kind of underwear of size L by a stylist;

2) programming by the stylist to combine the graph drawn in the step 1) with the program, and then importing such program into a machine;

3) looming, to be specific, weaving the product after required various raw materials are threaded into the machine and the compiled program is imported into the machine, and recording the gram weight, the waist width and the time, all of which are indispensable, when the fabric is off the machine;

4) dyeing, wherein it is available if the dimension of the dyed fabric is in accordance with the requirements, whereas it is need to be amended;

5) removing unnecessary parts, such as line residues after entering a subsequent sewing workshop, subsequently ironing for shaping and finally configuring a designated label; and

6) packing for forming the finished product after entering a packing workshop.

Embodiment 2

1) finding out a graph of the underwear of size L made previously from Graph6 photon graphic software by the stylist, and scaling up to make a size XL.

2) amplifying the model by using Graph6 quasar programming software, and changing the revolution of the machine if necessary.

3) looming according to the steps the same as that described above, but the difference lies in that we can weave a muslin on the machine directly by calculating the gram weight, the waist width and the time of the underwear of size XL according to the size L.

4) dyeing, wherein it is available if the dimension of the dyed fabric is in accordance with the requirements, whereas it is need to be amended;

5) cutting off excessive cloth residues after entering a subsequent sewing workshop, then carrying out crotch splicing in a form of four needles and six lines, subsequently trimming unnecessary parts, such as line residues, then ironing for shaping and finally configuring a designated label; and

6) packing for forming the finished product after entering a packing workshop.

Herein, it is indicated that the dyeing process in this technical solution comprises dacron-filled full nylon dyed yarns and dacron-filled model and nylon dyed yarns. Only is one color dyed for the full nylon product, and accordingly in addition to the color of dacron, the rest is nylon's color. Whereas the model and nylon product is quiet different as the coloring environments of model and nylon are different, one of which is an alkaline environment and the other of which is an acidic environment, respectively, and therefore, three colors, namely model's color, nylon's color and dacron's color can be reflected in our product. Of course, the model and the nylon can also be dyed in the same color, and after the dyeing is finished, the dimension of the made sample can be determined. If the dimension is incorrect, amendments need to be made from the steps 1), 2) and 3), to be specific, the number of stitches of the transverse line and the vertical line of the graph are amended in the step 1), corresponding adjustments are made in the step 2) and different gram weights, waist widths and time need to be recorded in the step 3) till the dimension of the dyed product is in accordance with the requirements as we required.

The present invention has the beneficial effects: an integrally formed bag is formed at the crotch of the men's underwear by using reasonable operation and method, and thus the men's underwear has relatively strong integrity on structure and is very comfortable to wear.

As stated above, the detail embodiments abovementioned of the present invention are described, however, the protection scope of the present invention is not limited to this and any transformations or alternations without creative efforts should be covered by the protection scope of the present invention.
