Description
CROSS REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATION

The present application claims priority to Korean Patent Application No. 10-2020-0111718, filed Sep. 2, 2020, the entire contents of which is incorporated herein for all purposes by this reference.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to men's underpants and more particularly to men's underpants which prevent skin diseases in the testicular area by spacing and supporting the testicle of a man from the skin of the groin, etc., and furthermore prevent the testicle from touching the skin by appropriately adjusting the height of the testicle no matter what activity a user does, such as sitting, standing, or driving, so that it is possible to healthily and comfortably manage the testicle.

Description of the Related Art

The ovary of a woman is inside the body because it requires a warm body temperature. Meanwhile, the testicle (scrotum) of a man requires a temperature lower than the body temperature. Also, the scrotum of a man gets sweaty due to close skin contact of the man wearing underpants. Such a problem causes discomfort in daily life and is harmful to the activation of sperm and to hygiene. Hereinafter, related prior art documents will be described. The identification symbols of the following prior art documents are unrelated to the present invention.

According to Korean Patent Application Laid-open No. 2001-0000657 disclosing “men's triangular underpants with testicular pouch”, an opening hole is formed in the front lower portion of the men's triangular underpants 10 and has an I-shape, a quadrangular shape, or various shapes with length and area. A mesh pouch which covers sufficiently the length and area of the opening hole and has its volume is formed on the outer surface of the opening hole. Then, a multiple layered corrugated body is formed at the edge portion of the mesh pouch, and a binding body is formed at two upper and lower points of the corrugated body or is formed as much as required, and then the binding body is intended to function to tie four corners of the mesh pouch, thereby ensuring a stable expansion of the mesh pouch. Also, the same effect can be obtained even by installing a binding rubber band which uses the elasticity of rubber without forming the binding body unlike the above. A separator is formed in the center inside the mesh pouch, and penis is passed through a vertical separation hole formed in the separator. Then, after the position of the penis is maintained by a button designed to adjust the height of the penis, a urine hole is formed on the outside the mesh pouch, so that a structure for ventilation is maintained without other actions while wearing clothes. Also, even though the material of the mesh pouch is replaced with a general fiber instead of mesh, desired effects can be achieved by the separation effect between the scrotum and penis.

According to Korean Patent No. 10-1400879 disclosing “Healthful underpants provided with testicle band”, a testicle band is installed in the center of the inner surface of a portion of a waistband of the underpants, which is below the navel, and a shape memory material-made support is installed on a portion of the testicle band, which is below the testicle. A plurality of magnets are installed in the testicle band. When the testicle band is worn on the testicle for a long time, the testicle does not come into contact with both groins, thereby preventing sweating between the testicle and the groin. A magnetic field is generated by the wavelength of the magnets installed in the testicle band, which facilitates blood circulation and energy flow around the genital organs and testicle. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent erectile dysfunction and to help to enhance the stamina. The shape memory material-made support is installed in the inner center of the testicle band, so that the wearing comfort is improved even when the testicle band is worn for a long time.

However, the above-described prior art documents provide a uniform structure without considering an individual shape of the user's testicle. Accordingly, this cannot satisfy all the users who have different positions, sizes, etc., of the testicle.

Hereinafter, the embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of men's underpants according to a first embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a cross sectional view for describing the inside of the men's underpants according to the first embodiment of the present invention.

The present invention relates to men's underpants 100 of which an upper portion and a lower portion have openings through which waist and legs pass respectively. Here, the term men's underpants herein have a concept that includes all underwear which contact the testicle and men's genitals without exposing them to the outside and which have openings formed therein through which waist and legs pass respectively. For example, the men's underpants include bottoms such as swimming suit, sportswear, shorts, and long trousers, etc., as well as ordinary underpants such as triangular pants and trunks.

According to the embodiment of the present invention, a testicle support mesh 200 is provided inside the men's underpants 100. For the purpose of the support the testicle support mesh 200, support bands 210 and 220 are provided to both sides of the testicle support mesh 200. Ends of the support bands 210 and 220 are coupled to a fastening portion formed on an upper portion 110 of the underpants 100 and then a height of the testicle support mesh 200 can be adjusted.

A manner in which the ends of the support bands 210 and 220 are coupled to the fastening portion is not particularly limited. Any general fastening means is included in the scope of the present invention.

Since the testicle support mesh 200 supports the testicle in the manner of wrapping upward, the testicle does not contact the skin of groin, etc., so that the temperature rise of the testicle is suppressed and the testicle is prevented from being sweaty. Further, even when a user wears trousers and does any activities, the testicle is not caught in between the groin.

While the support bands 210 and 220 are shown as being composed of three strings respectively, they are not necessarily limited thereto. According to needs, a planar elastic band, etc., having a wider area can be applied. Also, when the support bands 210 and 220 are composed of a plurality of strings, the ends of the strings may be, as shown in FIG. 1, gathered and merged together and coupled to the fastening portion formed on the upper portion 110 of the underpants 100. Alternatively, the ends of the strings may be, as shown in FIG. 3, individually present and coupled respectively to the fastening portions formed on the upper portion 110 of the underpants.

Also, it is preferable that a lower support band 201 is formed at the bottom of the testicle support mesh 200 and the lower support band 201 is connected to the lower inner side of the underpants 100. Through this, when the user wears the underpants 100 according to the present invention, the testicle support mesh 200 stretches naturally back and forth, the user's testicle can be more easily seated on the testicle support mesh 200.

Also, since the testicle support mesh 200 is supported in a total of three directions including both the support bands 210 and 220 as well as the lower support band 201, the testicle support mesh 200 can be more stably positioned within the underpants 100.

In the first embodiment of the present invention shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, buttons 211 and 221 are formed at the ends of the support bands 210 and 220, and the fastening portion located on the upper portion 110 includes a plurality of the button holes 120 disposed at a regular interval. The user is able to appropriately adjust the height and position of the testicle support mesh 200 by inserting the buttons 211 and 221 at the ends of the support bands 210 and 220 into the appropriate button holes 120 in accordance with the size and position of the user's testicle.

FIG. 4 is a view for describing the adjustment of the height and position of the testicle support mesh 200 of the men's underpants according to the first embodiment of the present invention. The user selects any one of the button holes 120 disposed at a regular interval and couples to the buttons 211 and 221, so that the height and position of the testicle support mesh 200 can be appropriately adjusted.

FIG. 5 is a perspective view of men's underpants according to a second embodiment of the present invention. In the second embodiment, a Velcro may be applied in substitution for the button. That is, in the second embodiment, Velcro 212 and 222 are formed at the ends of the support bands 210 and 220, and the fastening portion formed on the upper portion 110 of the underpants includes a plurality of Velcro 130 corresponding to the Velcro 212 and 222. The user selects at least any one of the plurality of Velcro 130 disposed at a regular interval and combines it with the Velcro 212 and 222, so that the height and position of the testicle support mesh 200 can be appropriately adjusted.

FIG. 6 is a perspective view of men's underpants according to a third embodiment of the present invention. In the third embodiment, a zipper structure may be applied in substitution for the button. That is, in the third embodiment, a zipper head 230 is formed at the ends of the support bands 210 and 220, the fastening portion formed on the upper portion 110 of the underpants is a zipper 140 corresponding to the zipper head 230. The user is able to appropriately adjust the height and position of the testicle support mesh by pushing and pulling the zipper head 230. It is preferable that the zipper head 230 cannot move along the zipper 140 when being pressed. If necessary, the end of the zipper head 230 is fastened to a fastening hook 111 formed on the upper portion 110 of the underpants, so that the zipper head 230 can be further prevented from moving.

FIG. 7 is a perspective view of men's underpants according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention. In the fourth embodiment, a fitting structure using a protrusion may be applied in substitution for the button. That is, in the fourth embodiment, at least one protrusion portion 240 is formed at the ends of the support bands 210 and 220, the fastening portion formed on the upper portion 110 of the underpants includes a plurality of recesses 150 corresponding to the protrusion portion 240. If necessary, the protrusion portion 240 may include a plurality of protrusions. The user selects any one of the plurality of recesses 150 disposed at a regular interval and causes the protrusion portion 240 to be joined to the recesses, so that the height and position of the testicle support mesh 200 can be appropriately adjusted.
