Claims
- 1. A merchandising system for displaying objects, the objects having mounting points at different locations, the merchandising system comprising:
a base; an interface coupled to the base; at least one support coupled to the interface; wherein the at least one support is configured to be coupled to the interface at a first position to provide a first mounting arrangement and configured to be coupled to the interface at a second position to provide a second mounting arrangement.
- 2. The merchandising system of claim 1 wherein the interface is configured to be rotated relative to the base.
- 3. The merchandising system of claim 2 further comprising a drive system, wherein the drive system is configured to rotate the interface relative to the base.
- 4. The merchandising system of claim 3 wherein the drive system further comprises a motor.
- 5. The merchandising system of claim 3 wherein the drive system further comprises a drive assembly.
- 6. The merchandising system of claim 5 wherein the drive assembly further comprises a transmission.
- 7. The merchandising system of claim 1 wherein the interface further comprises a plate.
- 8. The merchandising system of claim 7 wherein the plate further comprises a series of slots configured to receive the supports.
- 9. The merchandising system of claim 1 wherein the support further comprises a clamp.
- 10. The merchandising system of claim 9 wherein the clamp is adjustable.
- 11. The merchandising system of claim 1 further comprising a web coupled to the interface and configured to be selectively moveable relative to the interface.
- 12. The merchandising system of claim 1 wherein the interface comprises at least one aperture and wherein the support is configured to be coupled in the at least one aperture.
- 13. The merchandising system of claim 12 wherein the first position is a position in the at least one aperture and the second position is a position in the at least one aperture.
- 14. The merchandising system of claim 13 wherein the at least one aperture further comprises a slot.
- 15. The merchandising system of claim 14 wherein the slot has a profile.
- 16. The merchandising system of claim 15 wherein the profile is linear.
- 17. The merchandising system of claim 15 wherein the profile is curved.
- 18. The merchandising system of claim 1 wherein the interface comprises a first aperture and a second aperture.
- 19. The merchandising system of claim 18 wherein the first position is a position in the first aperture, and the second position is a position in the second aperture.
- 20. The merchandising system of claim 1 wherein the first mounting arrangement is for a first object.
- 21. The merchandising system of claim 20 wherein the second mounting arrangement is for the first object.
- 22. The merchandising system of claim 20 wherein the second mounting arrangement is for a second object.
- 23. The merchandising system of claim 1 further comprising a second support coupled to the interface.
- 24. The merchandising system of claim 1 wherein the interface is a universal interface.
- 25. A display system for differently sized vehicles, the display system comprising:
a base; a first plate configured to be rotated relative to the base; members coupled to the first plate; a mounting plate coupled to the members; and supports configured to be coupled to the mounting plate; wherein the supports are configured to be adjustable to accommodate differently sized vehicles.
- 26. The display system of claim 25 wherein the mounting plate further comprises a number of slots and wherein the supports may be coupled to the mounting plate at locations along the slots.
- 27. The display system of claim 25 further comprising a motor configured to rotate the first plate relative to the base.
- 28. The display system of claim 25 wherein an individual support further comprises
a base; and a clamp portion coupled to the base; wherein a portion of the vehicle is received between the base and the clamp portion.
- 29. The display system of claim 25 further comprising
a hook adjustably coupled to the mounting plate; and a strap coupled to the hook; wherein the strap is configured to couple with a portion of the vehicle.
- 30. A merchandising system for an object having a frame, the merchandising system comprising:
a plate; a number of apertures provided in the plate; a support configured to be received in one aperture and the support is configured to couple with the plate; wherein the support couples with the frame of the object, and the support is configured to be adjusted relative to the plate to accommodate objects of different size.
- 31. The merchandising system of claim 30 further comprising a base rotatably coupled to the plate.
- 32. The merchandising system of claim 30 wherein the support further comprises
a base; and a member; wherein the frame of the object is received between the base and the member.
- 33. The merchandising system of claim 32 wherein the member is a clamp.
- 34. The merchandising system of claim 32 wherein the base and the member are configured to be adjustable relative to each other to accommodate frames of different size.
- 35. The merchandising system of claim 34 further comprising a slot provided on the member.
- 36. The merchandising system of claim 30 wherein the number of apertures further comprises a number of slots.
- 37. The merchandising system of claim 36 wherein the number of slots further comprise a series of parallel slots, and the support is received in one of the parallel slots.
- 38. The merchandising system of claim 37 further comprising a series of perpendicular slots to the parallel slots.
- 39. The merchandising system of claim 38 further comprising webbing configured to be coupled to the frame, and wherein the webbing is configured to couple to one of the perpendicular slots.
- 40. The merchandising system of claim 1 further comprising a cushioning material provided on the support.
