Claims
- 1. A cellular mobile telephone apparatus having a response message transmitter, comprising:a memory which stores a plurality of previously written audio messages for notifying a calling party of a responding user's situation; a selector which previously selects one of said plurality of messages stored in said memory to be transmitted to any calling party in response to the cellular mobile telephone apparatus receiving an incoming call from any calling party regardless of the identity thereof; a transmitter which transmits the message selected by said selector to any calling party; an incoming call responder which is operated to instruct said transmitter to transmit said previously selected message to any calling party at the time of receiving a call; a message recorder which records a message from the calling party after said transmitter transmits said selected message; and a communication channel disconnector which cuts a communication channel for said apparatus after said message recorder records the message from the calling party.
- 2. A cellular mobile telephone apparatus having a response message transmitter, comprising:a memory which stores a plurality of previously written audio messages for informing a calling party of a situation which a user of the cellular mobile telephone experiences; a selector which previously selects one of said plurality of audio messages to be transmitted to any calling party in response to the cellular mobile telephone apparatus receiving an incoming call; a transmitter which transmits the previously selected message to any calling party; an incoming call responder which instructs said transmitter to transmit the previously selected message in response to the selection by said selector; a message recorder which records a message from the calling party after said transmitter transmits said selected message; and a communication channel disconnector which cuts a communication channel for said apparatus after said recorder records the message from the calling party.
- 3. A cellular mobile telephone apparatus having a response message transmitter, comprising:a memory in which are stored a plurality of previously written audio response messages for informing a calling party of a situation which a user of the cellular mobile telephone experiences; a response message selector by which one of said plurality of response messages is previously selected to be transmitted to any calling party in response to the cellular mobile telephone apparatus receiving an incoming call from a calling party, regardless of the identity of the calling party; a response message transmitter by which the previously selected response message is transmitted to any calling party; an incoming call responder which instructs said response message transmitter to transmit the previously selected response message to any calling party at the time of receiving an incoming call from a calling party; a recorder by which a message from the calling party is recorded after said transmitter transmits said selected message; and a disconnector which cuts a communication channel for said apparatus and making said mobile telephone apparatus enter a standby state when the calling party cuts the call or an available recording time expires.
