- flowing a coolant fluid through said cooling line.
- 14. The method of claim 13 wherein said pressurized fluid is pressurized water.
- 15. The method of claim 14 wherein said coolant fluid is carbon dioxide.
- 16. The method of claim 15 wherein said elongated housing has threading on the outside surface thereof to provide a greater surface area for said housing.
- 17. A method for placing an anchor for connection to a towing cable within an ice mass comprising the steps of:
- providing pressurized fluid within said anchor;
- directing said pressurized fluid against said ice mass to form a cylindrical borehole in said ice mass;
- advancing said anchor within said borehole;
- exhausting said pressurized fluid from said borehole;
- providing a refrigerant within said anchor; and
- refreezing said anchor within said borehole.
- 18. The method of claim 17 wherein said pressurized fluid is pressurized water.
