- 4. An arrangement for shipping a reel onboard a ship, where the reel is at least partly placed into a cargo space of the ship, the arrangement comprising a reel holder, which holds the reel placed therein substantially in position at least in the horizontal and downward direction, and wherein the reel holder being arranged onto a tweendeck in the ship's cargo space placed at a distance from the bottom of the ship's cargo space, closer to the metacentre of the ship than to the bottom of the cargo space.
- 5. An arrangement as claimed in claim 4, wherein the tweendeck is beneath the weather deck level, and in that the weather deck is arranged to prevent the reel from rising from the reel holder when the weather decks close the ship's cargo space.
- 6. A tweendeck to be used as a transport support for a reel in sea transport wherein the tweendeck

comprising a tweendeck which can be placed at a distance above the bottom of the cargo space, and by the tweendeck comprising at least one reel holder for a reel, and by the tweendeck arrangement comprising an arrangement for moving the tweendeck between a storage space and a second position, in which second position at least one reel can be placed into the reel holder.
- 10. A tweendeck arrangement as claimed in claim 9 wherein the weather deck closing the cargo space can be closed when the tweendeck is in the storage space.
- 11. A tweendeck arrangement as claimed in claim 9, wherein in a first position the tweendeck is placed between the weather deck and the bottom of the cargo space and the reel can be placed into the reel holder and the reel can be held in the reel holder by means of the weather deck by employing the weather deck to close the cargo space at least partly.
- 12. A tweendeck arrangement as claimed in claim 9, comprising rails or corresponding controllers fastened to the ship and control rolls or the like fastened to the tweendeck arranged to move along the rails or in the corresponding controllers.
- 13. A tweendeck arrangement as claimed in claim 9, wherein the tweendeck can be turned into a substantially horizontal position in the storage space.
- 14. A tweendeck arrangement as claimed in claim 13, wherein the tweendeck can be turned into a horizontal position in such a manner that it forms at least partly the wall of the ship's cargo space.
