Claims
- 1. A device for casting prefabricated products, wherein the device comprises:a casting mold and a strand guide arranged downstream of the casting mold; the strand guide comprised of rolls positioned opposite one another in pairs and configured to support and guide a solidifying cast strand, wherein some of the rolls are drive rolls and some of the rolls are idle rolls; drives provided for the drive rolls, wherein the drive rolls are configured to be adjusted against the cast strand in order to transmit guiding forces and strand conveying forces onto the cast strand in interaction with the idle rolls; means for storing and transmitting measured data of the driven rolls to a data acquisition system; wherein the data acquisition system comprises: a first unit, configured to control load compensation by presetting rotational speed and torque of the drives; a second unit coupled to the first unit and having means for performing a nominal/actual comparison of the rotational speed and the torque, wherein the second unit is connected to the drive of at least drive roll; a third unit interacting with the second unit and configured to control a required segment adjustment by adjusting cylinders for adjustment for compensating temperature shrinkage and soft reduction as well as for adjustment for slip diagnosis.
- 2. The device according to claim 1, comprising a temperature sensor connected to the second unit.
- 3. The device according to claim 1, wherein the strand guide is divided into roll segments on which the rolls are arranged and wherein each one of the roll segments having one of the drive rolls has a data memory chip.
