The waste plastics was crushed and mixed with shredded paper which was grinded to produce raw material. Raw material was fed into extrusion where a flat, thin film material was fabricated by extruding with an appropriate nozzle. Simultaneously, the cross sectional profile of the film material was modified by arranging the bending points of the composite dishes to be formed.
