Claims
- 1. A cast slab having a negative segregation zone composed of a multilayer structure of negative segregation layers, said negative segregation layers disposed between dendrite or crystalline layers, wherein said dendrite or crystalline layers are a deflection structure caused by vibration during formation of said cast slab, said negative segregation layers having a distance between them of not more than 2 mm and the number of said negative segregation layers being not less than 3.
- 2. A cast slab having a negative segregation zone composed of a multilayer structure of negative segregation layers, said negative segregation layers disposed between dendrite or crystalline layers, wherein said dendrite or crystalline layers are a deflection structure caused by vibration during formation of said cast slab, said negative segregation layers having a distance between them of not more than 2 mm, the number of said negative segregation layers being not less than 3, and said negative segregation zone having a thickness of not more than 30 mm.
- 3. A cast slab having a negative segregation zone composed of a multilayer structure of negative segregation layers, said negative segregation layers disposed between dendrite or crystalline layers, wherein said dendrite or crystalline layers are a deflection structure caused by vibration during formation of said cast slab, said negative segregation layers having a distance between them of not wore than 2 mm, the number of said negative segregation layers being not less than 3, and said cast slab having an equi-axed crystal ratio of not less than 50% on the inside of the negative segregation zone.
- 4. A cast slab having a negative segregation zone composed of a multilayer structure of negative segregation layers, said negative segregation layers disposed between dendrite or crystalline layers, wherein said dendrite or crystalline layers are a deflection structure caused by vibration during formation of said cast slab, said negative segregation layers having a distance between them of not wore than 2 mm, the number of said negative segregation layers being not less than 3, said negative segregation zone having a thickness of not more than 30 mm, and said cast slab has an equi-axed crystal ratio of not less than 50% on the inside of said negative segregation zone.
