Claims
- 1. A method for quantitatively determining gamma hydroxybutyrate comprising:
contacting a sample with the mixture of an enzyme conjugated to gamma hydroxybutyrate, enzyme substrate, and a buffer; determining a color change in the mixture; and correlating a color change in the mixture with the amount of GHB in the sample.
- 2. The method according to claim 1 wherein the enzyme is selected from the group consisting of glycosidases, esterases, sulfatases, phosphatases, hydroxylases and oxidoreductases.
- 3.
