Claims
- 1. A method of making a heater comprising the steps
- (1) of providing at least a first and second bracket means, wherein each of said bracket means comprises a thin, flat strip,
- (2) attaching a frame bar means to each of said first and second bracket means to secure said bracket means in a fixed relative position,
- (3) attaching support means for engaging and supporting a heater element to said frame bar means, and
- (4) forming said first and second bracket means into respective geometric shapes each having a plurality of corners and a plurality of sections intermediate adjacent corners, said frame bear means being attached at at least one of said intermediate sections, wherein said steps (1), (2), and (3) may be performed in any order and said step (4) is performed after completion of said steps (1), (2), and (3).
- 2. A method according to claim 1 wherein said step of forming comprises forming each of said first and second brackets into substantially identical geometric shapes.
- 3. A method according to claim 2 wherein said geometric shapes are generally triangular.
- 4. A method according to claim 2 wherein said forming step further comprises overlapping opposite ends of each of said first and second brackets and securing said overlapped ends together.
