Claims
- 1. A method for measuring the activity of plasmin in plasma which comprises reacting a compound of the following formula or a salt thereof: ##STR80## with plasmin in a buffer solution having a pH of 7.2 to 7.6 and quantitatively determining the reaction product thereof.
- 2. A method for measuring the activity of plasmin in plasma which comprises (a) reacting a compound of the following formula or a salt thereof: ##STR81## with plasmin in a buffer solution having a pH of 7.2 to 7.6; (b) oxidatively condensing the reaction product of step (a) with a coupler to convert to a colored compound; and (c) quantitatively determining the compound by colorimetry.
