Claims
- 1. A method of organizing a variety of threads for cross-stitching comprising the steps of:
(a) arranging a predetermined number of threads according to at least one predetermined color scheme for cross-stitching; (b1) prefabricating a plurality of sheets having a predetermined thickness with at least one perforated I-shaped element disposed therein, said at least one perforated element having selective indicia disposed thereon to reflect a color scheme for each of said plurality of sheets; (b2) selecting a single I-shaped element from said plurality of pre-fabricated sheets having selective indicia indicating at least one color from the predetermined color scheme and a associative number of said at least one color; (c) selecting a thread from a variety of threads based on the predetermined color scheme of step (a) and corresponding to the element according to the selecting step (b); (d) wounding the selected thread of step (c) around the I-shaped element; (e) inserting the wounded I-shaped element of step (d) within a distinct spring loaded compartment, disposed within a first level of a multi-level storage compartment as a color coordinated storage compartment depending on a specific cross-stitching project; (f) comparing said single wounded element of step (d) with another threaded element according to another color scheme via a comparison chart; (g) continuing steps (a) through (e) until said predetermined number of threads have been organized according to said at least one predetermined color scheme, and in preparation for a cross-stitching project.
- 2. The method of organizing a variety of threads for cross-stitching according to claim, further comprising the step of:
(h) storing residual threads from said arranged predetermined number of threads in a second level of the multi-level storage compartment.
- 3. The method of organizing a variety of threads for cross-stitching, according to claim 1, wherein the selective indicia of step (b2) includes indicia in at least one native language.
