Claims
- 1. A method for producing a molded plastic product, comprising the steps of:
- sandwiching a shielding part between two plastic sheets so as to form as member to be molded;
- heating said member to be molded so as to soften said plastic sheets;
- placing said heated member to be molded in a die having a cavity of predetermined configuration, introducing compressed gas into said die between said plastic sheets and forming a molded plastic part having a hollow cross section, said molded plastic part having a shape matching said predetermined configuration wherein said plastic sheets form an upper wall and a lower wall of said molded plastic part;
- wherein one of said upper and lower walls has a pressing part which bulges toward the wall not having the pressing part and presses the shielding part against the wall not having the pressing part;
- fitting a conductive member on a portion of the molded plastic part, said portion corresponding to a position at which the shielding part is pressed against the wall not having the pressing part.
- 2. The method for producing a molded plastic product as claimed in claim 1, wherein a conductor is driven from the conductive member into said shielding part.
- 3. A method for producing a molded plastic product, comprising the steps of:
- forming molten plastic into a hollow parison with an open end of predetermined size;
- feeding a shielding part into said parison's open end;
- introducing said molten plastic hollow parison and said shielding member into a die having a cavity of a predetermined configuration, introducing a compressed gas into said molten plastic hollow parison so as to form a plastic part into a shape matching said predetermined configuration, a hollow cross section accommodating said shielding part, an upper wall and a lower wall;
- wherein one of said upper and lower walls has a pressing part which bulges toward the wall not having the pressure part and pressing the shielding part against a wall not having the pressing part; and
- fitting a conductive member on a portion of the molded plastic part, said portion corresponding to a position at which the shielding part is pressed against said wall not having the pressing part.
- 4. The method for producing a molded plastic product as claimed in claim 3, wherein a conductor is driven from the conductive member into said shielded part.
- 5. The method for producing a molded plastic product as claimed in claim 1 or claim 3, wherein said shielding part is extended from said molded plastic part, as a lead part, when said molded plastic part is formed to have a hollow cross section, and conductive member is electrically connected to said lead part.
- 6. The method for producing a molded plastic product as claimed in claim 5, wherein electrical connection is established between the conductive member and said lead part by driving a conductor into the conductive member and said lead part.
- 7. The method for producing a molded plastic product as claimed in claim 5 wherein a conductive connecting member is fitted in such a manner as to connect said conductive member and said lead part electrically, whereupon a conductor is driven into said conductive member and said conductive connecting member.
- 8. The method for producing a molded plastic product as claimed in claim 1 or 3, wherein a holding groove is formed for fitting the conductive member on a portion of the molded plastic part, said groove corresponding to the position at which the shielding part is pressed against the wall not having the pressing part; said conductive member being press-fitted into said holding groove.
- 9. The method for producing a molded plastic product as claimed in claim 8, wherein, after the holding groove is formed, a conductive insert member is inserted into the holding groove, and said conductive member is press-fitted into said insert member.
- 10. The method for producing a molded plastic product as claimed in claim 1 or claim 3, wherein said compressed gas is introduced into a first space and a second space in said die, and a holding groove is formed by trimming a portion of the molded member at which portion said second space is created, whereupon a conductive member is press-fitted into said holding groove, the first and second spaces being formed by using a configuration of said cavity of said die.
- 11. The method for producing a molded plastic product as claimed in claim 1 or claim 3, wherein after said molded plastic part is formed to have a hollow cross section, a conductor for electrically connecting said shielding part is secured into said molded plastic part.
- 12. The method for producing a molded plastic product as claimed in claim 11, wherein a conductive member is interposed between the conductor and the molded plastic part when the conductor is secured into said molded plastic part.
