Claims
- 1. An isolated DNA, wherein said DNA encodes a coriander .omega.12 desaturase.
- 2. An isolated DNA according to claim 1, wherein said DNA is as shown in SEQ ID NO: 1.
- 3. An isolated .omega.12 desaturase, wherein said desaturase is a coriander desaturase.
- 4. An isolated .omega.12 desaturase according to claim 3, wherein said desaturase has the following amino acid sequence: ##STR1##
- 5. An isolated DNA according to claim 1, wherein said DNA encodes a desaturase having the following amino acid sequence: ##STR2##
