Description
TECHNICAL FIELD

The present invention relates to a vehicle sharing service, and more particularly, to a method, device, and system for providing an integrated navigation service using a vehicle sharing network.

BACKGROUND ART

Recently, in the global interest in the sharing economy, a car-sharing (vehicle sharing) services in which an unspecified number of people share a vehicle, are spreading rapidly, and as the number of users using the vehicle sharing services increases, the number of shared vehicles is also increasing rapidly.

The vehicle sharing service is a kind of rental car service in which an unspecified number of people rent and use a specific vehicle for as long as necessary. From the perspective of users, the biggest difference between the vehicle sharing service and the existing rental car service is that users may select and reserve shared vehicles they want by using apps installed on their smartphones, etc., without having to face vehicle owners or vehicle sharing service providers directly.

When a route is set using a navigation application installed on a conventional vehicle head unit and a smartphone, only the current road condition is reflected, so the route is not only frequently reset while traveling, but the arrival time is also frequently changed accordingly.

Also, in the related art, different routes are provided to the same destination according to types of navigation applications installed on the vehicle head unit and the smartphone, and thus, there is a problem in that the reliability of the optimal route is lowered.
