- advancing the prosthetic device from the front-end loading portion into the introducer lumen.
- 2. The method of delivering a prosthetic device to a percutaneous transluminal introducer sheath according to claim 1 further comprising the step of sealing a proximal end of the front-end loading portion lumen prior to said infusing step.
- 3. The method of delivering a prosthetic device into a percutaneous transluminal introducer sheath according to claim 2 wherein said infusing step includes the step of infusing liquid into the front-end loading portion lumen in a direction perpendicular to the axis of the prosthetic device.
