Claims
- 1. A process for treating hypercholesterolemia in a large mammal which comprises orally administering an effective dose for treating hypercholesterolemia of endomycin to said mammal.
- 2. The process defined in claim 1, wherein said effective dose comprises between about 1 milligram and about 100 milligrams per kilogram of body weight per day of endomycin.
- 3. The process defined in claim 2, wherein said effective amount comprises from about 5 milligrams to about 40 milligrams per kilogram of body weight per day of endomycin.
