Claims
- 1. A method of increasing the .[.absorption.]. .Iadd.effect .Iaddend.of t-PA in the blood in a mammal in need of t-Pa therapy comprising administering to the mammal .Iadd.exogenous t-PA and .Iaddend.an amount of t-PA inhibitor disassociating agent effective to increase the disassociation of the inhibitor from the t-PA, the amount of exogenous t-PA being less than that required to be administered in the absence of the inhibitor disassociating agent.
- 2. A method according to claim 1 wherein the inhibitor dissociating agent is added intramuscularly.
- 3. A method according to claim 1 wherein the inhibitor disassociating agent is added intravenously.
- 4. A method according to claim 1 wherein the inhibitor disassociating agent is hydroxylamine or a non-toxic salt thereof.
- 5. A method according to claim 4 wherein the inhibitor dissociating agent is added intramuscularly.
- 6. A method according to claim 4 wherein the inhibitor disassociating agent is added intravenously.
- 7. A method according to claim 4 wherein the inhibitor disassociating agent is hydroxylamine hydrochloride.
