- 2. A method of fabricating a screening screen assembly as set forth in claim 1 wherein said support screen is a first support screen and further including the step of positioning a second support screen on the opposite side of said fine screening screen from said first screen, and fusing said areas of plastic into said first support screen and fine screening screen and second support screen.
- 3. A method of fabricating a screening screen assembly as set forth in claim 2 wherein said areas of plastic comprise a grid.
- 4. A method of fabricating a screening screen assembly as set forth in claim 1 including the step of providing a finer screening screen which is finer than said fine screen, and positioning said finer screen over said fine screen prior to fusing said areas of plastic into said support screen, fine screen, and finer screen.
- 5. A method of fabricating a screening screen assembly as set forth in claim 4 wherein said areas of plastic comprise a grid.
- 6. A method of fabricating a screening screen assembly as set forth in claim 4 wherein said support screen is a first support screen and further including the step of providing a second support screen, and positioning said second support screen on the opposite side of said finer screen from said first support screen, and fusing said areas of plastic into said first support screen and fine screening screen and finer screening screen and second support screen.
- 7. A method of fabricating a screening screen assembly as set forth in claim 6 wherein said areas of plastic comprise a grid.
- 8. A method of fabricating a screening screen assembly as set forth in claim 6 wherein said first support screen is positioned in contiguous relationship to said apertured frame.
- 9. A method of fabricating a screening screen assembly as set forth in claim 8 wherein said areas of plastic comprise a grid.
- 10. A method of fabricating a screening screen assembly as set forth in claim 1 wherein said support screen is positioned in contiguous relationship to said apertured frame.
- 11. A method of fabricating a screening screen assembly as set forth in claim 1 wherein said fine screening screen is positioned in contiguous relationship to said apertured frame.
- 12. A method of fabricating a screening screen assembly as set forth in claim 11 and interposing a finer screening screen between said fine screening screen and said support screen prior to fusing said areas of plastic into said support screen, fine screen, and finer screen.
- 13. A method of fabricating a screening screen assembly as set forth in claim 12 wherein said areas of plastic comprise a grid.
- 14. A method of fabricating a screening screen assembly as set forth in claim 1 wherein said areas of plastic comprise spaced strips.
- 15. A method of fabricating a screening screen assembly as set forth in claim 14 wherein said undulating screen configuration includes ridges and troughs, and wherein said spaced strips are positioned so as to extend crosswise to said ridges and troughs.
- 16. A method of fabricating a screening screen assembly as set forth in claim 14 wherein said undulating screen configuration includes ridges and troughs, and wherein said spaced strips extend lengthwise of said ridges and troughs.
- 17. A method of fabricating a screening screen assembly as set forth in claim 1 wherein said areas of plastic comprise a grid.
- 18. A method of fabricating a screening screen assembly as set forth in claim 1 wherein said undulating screen configuration includes ridges and troughs and wherein said areas of plastic include strips which are located in said troughs and extend lengthwise thereof.
- 19. A method of fabricating a screening screen assembly as set forth in claim 18 wherein said strips are portions of a grid.
- 20. A method of fabricating a screening screen assembly as set forth in claim 1 wherein said areas of plastic comprise spots of plastic.
- 21. A method of fabricating a screening screen assembly as set forth in claim 1 wherein said apertured frame has side edges, and wherein said undulating screen configuration has ridges and troughs, and wherein said step of forming said bonded subassembly into an undulating screen configuration includes spacing said ridges predetermined distances apart, and locating said ridges which are closest to said side edges predetermined distances from said side edges.
- 22. A method of fabricating a screening screen assembly as set forth in claim 21 including the step of flattening the edges of said undulating screen, and bonding said flattened edges of said undulating screen to said apertured frame.
- 23. A method of fabricating a screening screen assembly for a vibratory screening machine comprising the steps of providing a support screen, superimposing a plastic grid onto said support screen, superimposing a fine screening screen onto said plastic grid, applying heat and pressure to said superimposed support screen and first screen and plastic grid to fuse said plastic grid and thereby form a bonded subassembly by causing said fused plastic grid to permeate said fine screen and said support screen, forming said bonded subassembly into an undulating screen configuration, providing an apertured frame, and bonding said undulating screen configuration to said apertured frame.
- 24. A method of fabricating a screening screen assembly as set forth in claim 23 including the step of providing a finer screening screen which is finer than said fine screen, and superimposing said finer screen over said fine screen prior to said step of applying heat and pressure to said superimposed screens.
