Claims
- 1. A method of manufacturing a ribbed structure with fiber-reinforced composite material, comprising:
preparing a mold for the structure, having a mold surface; placing non-hardened resin containing reinforcing fibers on the mold surface of the structure mold; forming a mold for a rib by using a material containing biodegradable polymers; laminating non-hardened resin containing reinforcing fibers on the rib mold, and then placing the rib mold in a predetermined position on the non-hardened resin containing the reinforcing fibers tin the mold surface of the structure mold; hardening the non-hardened resins; and biochemically degrading the rib mold, wherein in the hardening of the resins, the resin hardened on the rib mold and the resin hardened on the mold surface of the structure mold are united with each other.
- 2. A method of manufacturing a ribbed structure according to claim 1, wherein:
in the forming of the rib mold, a plurality of rib molds for a plurality of ribs are formed; after the non-hardened resin containing the reinforcing fibers is laminated on each of the plurality of rib molds, the plurality of rib molds are arranged such that at least parts of the plurality of rib molds contact each other in a plurality of predetermined positions each of which is located on the non-hardened resin containing the reinforcing fibers on the mold surface of the structure mold; and in the hardening of the resins, the resins hardened on the plurality of rib molds are united with each other and also united with the rein hardened on the mold surface of the structure mold.
- 3. A method of manufacturing a ribbed structure according to claim 2, wherein each of the plurality of rib molds is annular.
- 4. A method of manufacturing a ribbed structure according to claim 1, wherein the hardening of the resins is performed by heating the resins.
- 5. A method of manufacturing a ribbed structure according to claim 1, wherein in the hardening of the resins, one of an autoclave molding and an RTM molding is used.
- 6. A method of manufacturing a ribbed structure according to claim 5, wherein when the autoclave molding is used, the non-hardened resin containing the reinforcing fibers is provided as a prepreg.
- 7. A method of manufacturing a ribbed structure according to claim 5, wherein when the RTM molding is used, the non-hardened resin and the reinforcing fibers are separately provided in which the reinforcing fibers are firstly provided and then the non-hardened resin is provided to impregnate the reinforcing fibers with the resin.
- 8. A method of manufacturing a ribbed structure according to claim 1, wherein after the non-hardened resin containing reinforcing fibers is laminated on the rib mold, and then the rib mold is placed in the predetermined position on the non-hardened resin containing the reinforcing fibers on the mold surface of the structure mold, at least one layer of non-hardened resin containing reinforcing fibers is further laminated on the non-hardened resin containing reinforcing fibers laminated on a surface portion of the rib mold which is located opposite to the non-hardened resin containing the reinforcing fibers laminated on the mold surface of the structure mold.
- 9. A method of manufacturing a rib structure according to claim 1, wherein after the non-hardened resin containing reinforcing fibers is laminated on the rib mold, and then the rib mold is placed in the predetermined position on the non-hardened resin containing the reinforcing fibers on the mold surface of the structure mold, at least one layer of non-hardened resin containing reinforcing fibers is further laminated on the non-hardened resin containing the reinforcing fibers laminated on the mold surface of the structure mold, and also on the non-hardened resin containing the reinforcing fibers laminated on the rib mold placed in the predetermined position on the non-hardened resin containing the reinforcing fibers on the mold surface of the structure mold.
- 10. A method of manufacturing a rib structure according to claim 2, wherein after the non-hardened resin containing reinforcing fibers is laminated on said each of the plurality of rib molds, and then said each of the plurality of rib molds is placed in an associated one of the plurality of predetermined positions on the non-hardened resin containing the reinforcing fibers on the mold surface of the structure mold, at least one layer of non-hardened resin containing reinforcing fibers is further laminated on the non-hardened resins containing reinforcing fibers laminated on surface portions of the plurality of rib molds which are located opposite to the non-hardened resin containing the reinforcing fibers laminated on the mold surface of the structure mold.
- 11. A method of manufacturing a rib structure according to claim 2, wherein after the non-hardened resin containing reinforcing fibers is laminated on said each of the plurality of rib molds, and then said each of the plurality of rib molds is placed in an associated one of the plurality of predetermined positions on the non-hardened resin containing the reinforcing fibers on the mold surface of the structure mold, at least one layer of non-hardened resin containing reinforcing fibers is further laminated on the non-hardened resin containing the reinforcing fibers laminated on the mold surface of the structure mold, and also on the non-hardened resins containing the reinforcing fibers laminated on the plurality of rib molds placed in the plurality of predetermined positions on the non-hardened resin containing the reinforcing fibers on the mold surface of the structure mold.
- 12. A method of manufacturing a ribbed structure with fiber-reinforced composite material, comprising:
preparing a mold for the ribbed structure, which has a mold surface and a rib formation groove formed in a predetermined position in the mold surface; forming a mold for a rib by using a material containing biodegradable polymers; laminating non-hardened resin containing reinforcing fibers on the rib mold, and then placing the rib mold in the rib formation groove formed in the mold surface of the structure mold; placing non-hardened resin containing reinforcing fibers on the mold surface of the structure mold to cover the non-hardened resin containing the reinforcing fibers on the rib mold placed in the rib formation groove; hardening the non-hardened resins; and biochemically degrading the rib mold, wherein in the hardening of the resins, the resin hardened on the rib mold and the resin hardened on the mold surface of the structure mold are united with each other.
- 13. A method of manufacturing a ribbed structure according to claim 12, wherein;
a plurality of rib formation grooves are formed in a plurality of predetermined positions on the mold surface of the structure mold; in the forming of the rib mold, a plurality of rib molds for a plurality of ribs are formed; after the non-hardened resin containing the reinforcing fibers is laminated on each of the plurality of rib molds, the plurality of rib molds are arranged such that at least parts of the plurality of rib molds contact each other in the plurality of rib formation grooves formed in the plurality of predetermined positions in the mold surface of the structure mold; and in the hardening of the resins, the resins hardened on the plurality of rib molds are united with each other, and also united with the resin hardened on the mold surface of the structure mold.
- 14. A method of manufacturing a ribbed structure according to claim 13, wherein each of the plurality of rib molds is annular.
- 15. A method of manufacturing a ribbed structure according to claim 13, wherein the hardening of the resins is performed by heating the resins.
- 16. A method of manufacturing a ribbed structure according to claim 12, wherein in the hardening of the resins, one of an autoclave molding and an RTM molding is used.
- 17. A method of manufacturing a ribbed structure according to claim 16, wherein when the autoclave molding is used, the non-hardened resin containing the reinforcing fibers is provided as a prepreg.
- 18. A method of manufacturing a ribbed structure according to claim 16, wherein when the RTM molding is used, the non-hardened resin and the reinforcing fibers are separately provided in which the reinforcing fibers are firstly provided and then the non-hardened resin is provided to impregnate the reinforcing fibers with the resin.
- 19. A method of manufacturing a ribbed structure according to claim 12, wherein the structure mold is formed by using a material containing biodegradable polymers, and is biochemically degraded along with the rib mold.
- 20. A method of manufacturing a ribbed structure according to claim 12, wherein:
before the rib mold on which the non-hardened resin containing the reinforcing fibers is laminated is placed in the rib formation groove formed in the mold surface of the structure mold, non-hardened resin containing reinforcing fibers is placed on a bottom portion of an inner surface of the-rib formation groove; and in the hardening of the resins, the resin hardened on the bottom portion of the inner surface of the rib formation groove, the resin hardened on the rib mold and the resin laminated on the mold surface of the structure mold to cover the resin on the rib mold in the rib formation groove and hardened are united with each other.
- 21. A method of manufacturing a ribbed structure according to claim 12, wherein:
before the rib mold on which the non-hardened resin containing the reinforcing fibers is laminated is placed in the rib formation groove formed in the mold surface of the structure mold, non-hardened resin containing reinforcing fibers is laminated on the mold surface of the structure mold and the inner surface of the rib formation groove; after the rib mold on which the non-hardened resin containing the reinforcing fibers is laminated is placed in the rib formation groove formed in the mold surface of the structure mold, non-hardened resin containing reinforcing fibers is further laminated on the non-hardened resin containing the reinforcing fibers which is laminated on the mold surface of the structure mold, in such a way as to cover the rib mold which is placed in the rib formation groove formed in the mold surface of the structure mold, and on which the non-hardened resin containing the reinforcing fibers is laminated; and in the hardening of the resins, the resin hardened on the mold surface of the structure mold and the inner surface of the rib formation groove, the resin hardened on the rib mold, and the resin, which is laminated and hardened on the mold surface of the structure mold in such a way as to cover the resin on the rib mold in the rib formation groove, are united as a single resin.
- 22. A method of manufacturing a rib structure according to claim 21, wherein:
after the non-hardened resin containing the reinforcing fibers is laminated on the mold surface of the structure mold and the inner surface of the rib formation groove, and before the rib mold on which the non-hardened resin containing the reinforcing fibers is laminated is placed in the rib formation groove formed in the mold surface of the structure mold, non-hardened resin containing reinforcing fibers is provided on a bottom portion of the inner surface of the rib formation groove; in the hardening of the resins, the resin hardened on the mold surface of the structure mold and on the inner surface of the formation groove, the resin hardened on the bottom portion of the inner surface of the rib formation groove, the resin hardened on the rib mold, and the resin which is laminated on the mold surface of the structure mold to cover the resin on the rib mold in the rib formation groove and hardened are united with each other.
- 23. A method of manufacturing a ribbed structure with fiber-reinforced composite material, the ribbed structure including a T-shaped cross section having a wide head portion and a narrow body portion, comprising:
preparing a reference surface mold which has a reference surface and a wide head portion-formation groove for formation of the wide head portion, formed in a predetermined position in the reference surface; preparing a mold for the ribbed structure, located in a predetermined position on the reference surface of the reference surface mold, providing a narrow body portion-formation groove for formation of the narrow body portion of the rib in association with the wide head portion-formation groove, and having a mold surface; forming a mold for the narrow body portion of the rib by using a material containing biodegradable polymers; placing non-hardened resin containing reinforcing fibers in the wide head portion-formation groove formed in the reference surface of the reference surface mold; placing the structure mold in a predetermined position on the reference surface of the reference surface mold; laminating non-hardened resin containing reinforcing fibers on the mold for the narrow body portion, and then placing the mold for the narrow body portion in the narrow body portion-formation groove provided by the structure mold placed in the predetermined position on the reference surface of the reference mold; placing non-hardened resin containing reinforcing fibers on the mold surface of the structure mold to cover the non-hardened resin containing the reinforcing fibers on the narrow body portion mold in the narrow body portion-formation groove; hardening all the resins; and biochemically degrading the narrow body portion mold, wherein in the hardening of the resins, the resin hardened in the wide head portion-formation groove, the resin hardened on the narrow body portion mold, and the resin hardened on the mold surface of the structure mold are united with each other.
- 24. A method of manufacturing a T-shaped cross-sectional ribbed structure according to claim 23, wherein the structure mold is formed by using a material containing biodegradable polymers, and is biochemically degraded along with the mold for the narrow body portion.
- 25. A method of manufacturing a T-shaped cross-sectional ribbed structure according to claim 23, wherein the hardening of the resins is performed by heating the resins.
- 26. A method of manufacturing a T-shaped cross-sectional ribbed structure according to claim 23, wherein in the hardening of the resins, one of an autoclave molding and an RTM molding is used.
- 27. A method of manufacturing a T-shaped cross-sectional ribbed structure according to claim 26, wherein when the autoclave molding is used, the non-hardened resin containing the reinforcing fibers is provided as a prepreg.
- 28. A method of manufacturing a T-shaped cross-sectional ribbed structure according to claim 26, wherein when the RTM molding is used, the non-hardened resin and the reinforcing fibers are separately provided in which the reinforcing fibers are firstly provided and then the non-hardened resin is provided to impregnate the reinforcing fibers with the resin.
- 29. A method of manufacturing a T-shaped cross-sectional ribbed structure according to claim 23, wherein:
in the forming of the mold for the narrow body portion, a plurality of molds for a plurality of narrow body portions are formed; a plurality of wide head portion-formation grooves are formed in a plurality of predetermined positions on the reference surface of the reference mold; in the preparing of the structure mold, a plurality of structure molds are prepared; the plurality of structure molds are arranged in a plurality of predetermined positions on the reference surface of the reference surface mold, and provide a plurality of narrow body portion-formation grooves for the plurality of narrow body portions, in association with the plurality of wide head portion-formation grooves; the non-hardened resins containing the reinforcing fibers and placed in the plurality of wide head portion-formation grooves are located such that at least parts of the non-hardened resins containing the reinforcing fibers contact each other in the plurality of wide head formation grooves; after the non-hardened resin containing reinforcing fiber is laminated on each of the plurality of molds for the plurality of narrow body portions, and the plurality of structure molds are located in the plurality of predetermined positions on the reference surface of the reference surface mold to provide the plurality of narrow body portion-formation grooves, the plurality of narrow body portion molds are arranged in the plurality of narrow body-formation grooves such that at least parts of the molds for the plurality of narrow body portions contact each other; and in the hardening of the resins, the resin hardened in said each of the wide head portion formation grooves, the resin hardened on said each of the plurality of narrow body portion molds, and the resin hardened on the surface of structure mold are united with each other.
- 30. A method of manufacturing a T-shaped cross-sectional ribbed structure according to claim 29, wherein each of the plurality of narrow body portion molds is annular.
- 31. A method of manufacturing a T-shaped cross-sectional ribbed structure according to claim 23, wherein:
before the non-hardened resin containing the reinforcing fibers is placed in the wide head portion-formation groove formed in the reference surface of the reference surface mold, non-hardened resin containing reinforcing fibers is laminated on an inner surface of the wide head portion-formation groove; after the non-hardened resin containing the reinforcing fibers is placed in the wide head portion formation groove, and the structure mold is placed in the predetermined position on the reference surface of the reference surface mold to provide the narrow body portion-formation groove, the non-hardened resin containing reinforcing fibers, which covers the inner surface of the wide head portion-formation groove, is laminated on an inner surface of the narrow body groove and the mold surface; the narrow body portion mold on which the non-hardened resin containing the reinforcing fibers is laminated is located in the narrow body groove; after the narrow body portion mold on which the non-hardened resin containing reinforcing fibers is laminated is disposed in the narrow body portion-formation groove, non-hardened resin containing reinforcing fibers is laminated on the non-hardened resin containing reinforcing fibers laminated on the mold surface of the structure mold, to cover the narrow body portion mold on which the non-hardened resin containing reinforcing fibers is laminated and which is disposed in the narrow body portion-formation groove; and in the hardening of the resins, the resin which is hardened on the inner surface of the wide head portion-formation groove, the inner surface of the narrow body portion-formation groove and the mold surface of the structure mold, the resin which is hardened in the wide head portion-formation groove, the resin which is hardened on the narrow body portion mold, and the resin which is hardened, laminated on the mold surface of the structure mold, and covers that resin on the narrow body portion mold located in the narrow body portion-formation groove, are united with each other.
