Claims
- 1. A method of reducing the growth height in plants, which comprises allowing an effective amount of phenylalkylamine of the formula ##STR12## where the radical R.sup.1 is selected from the group consisting of lower alkyl, R.sup.2 and R.sup.3 are C.sub.1 -C.sub.3 -alkyl, z is a straight-chain C.sub.4 -C.sub.10 -alkylene which is unsubstituted or substituted by not more than three C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 -alkyl radicals, X is oxygen, and m is 1, to act on plants or on their propagation stock.
