Claims
- 1. A method of controlling fleas which comprises delivering a compound of the formula (I) ##STR11## wherein R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 are H, methyl, or ethyl, in an amount effective to control fleas,
- to a location where control of fleas is desired.
- 2. A method according to claim 1 wherein said compound is on a treated substrate.
- 3. A method according to claim 1 wherein said delivering is accomplished by applying a topical treatment to an animal.
- 4. A method according to claim 1 wherein said delivering is accomplished by feeding an animal a composition that comprises said compound.
- 5. A method according to claim 4 wherein said animal is a cat.
- 6. A treated substrate for controlling fleas where said treated substrate comprises the compound of claim 1.
- 7. A topical treatment for controlling fleas where said topical treatment comprises the compound of claim 1.
- 8. A feed composition for controlling fleas where said feed composition comprises said compound of claim 1.
